  Well, I recently downloaded this add on called 1 click YouTube Download. and it worked perfectly fine for about a month or two and I tried to download another video yesterday and just now and it won't work. on the pop up box of downloads, it just tells 0bytes and it's like this for all the videos! I tried flv, mp4, 3GP and I even tried to use another add-on called Easy YouTube Download and which does not work either! He got just to save and then goes to the pop - up download box and then he said: finished with 0bytes.

  Latest update downloaded Sype November 1 but when I went to use it offline (crashed) whenever the video begins to have. Auidio looks very good. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the software Skype both Lifecam without success. Today, I uninstalled Skype 4.1 and found and downloaded an earlier version (Beta 4.0). The video now seems to work OK though I think the image is not as good. I'll try to call some friends tonight and see if it still works. Has anyone else had problems of compatibility with the latest version of Skype and Microsoft Lifecam VX3000?

  Follow these steps to try to solve your problems of boot.

   

   

  Restore point:

  Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

  Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

  Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

  If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

  When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

  Plug a Flash Drive/Memory Stick, BOOT with the Live CD, and you should be able to read the hard drive.

  When the desktop loads, you will see at least two drive hard icons on the desktop (one for your hard drive) and one for the USB key.

  Click on the icons of hard drive to open and to understand which drive is which.

  Click the icon for the USB drive and click on "Actions > Change the read/write mode" so you can write to disk (it is read-only by default for security reasons).

  Now to find the files you want to back up, just drag and drop them on the USB. When you're done, shut down the system and remove the USB key.

• Why the video playback quality is not as good as the source?

  Hello.  I'm not new to PrE but I'm new to the forum.

  I use the 2 pre for about 7 years.  I got a newer computer running Windows 7 and basically was forced to move to 12 meadow because PrE 2 does not work very well on the newer machine. Once I installed pre 12, I couldn't wait to jump in my first draft on this machine.

  I expect that with a more recent machine and the latest version of the software, I would get outstanding results - hopefully much better than what I always got with 2 pre on the old machine.  With pre 2, it was not uncommon that the imported video seemed frozen during playback or for some other reason seemed not as good as the video source.

  Unfortunately, the new results were no better than the old.  So, I went to the machine (even newer) my wife running Windows 8 and got the same results.  Then I thought that maybe the DVD release would be better than what I saw in the pre Editor.  No dice.

  The video quality of the source is not the largest (see below), but I was expecting that the pre 12 would no more hurt.

  What has gone wrong?

  BTW, I noticed that Steve Grisetti is one of the frequent speakers on this forum.  In case you're reading this, Steve, I want to thank you and Chuck E. for your pre books.  I bought one several years ago and found it very useful.  And surprisingly, I found that with pre 12, I could always use the book that I bought before because the majority was still with the new software.  Still a great buy!

  I'm trying to understand a problem I have with flash keys (especially as I don't want users to have to click twice to make them work), and I keep seeing messages (especially by Murray) asking if the poster knows that flash keys are not a good idea. However, I was unable to find an explanation as to why they are a bad idea. Can someone explain it to me in simple terms? I am very new to Dreamweaver and web development in general.   I had recently a 3000 - x 11. It is original, network card do not seem to work. The guy who originally purchased the laptop told me he has never managed to make it work! The modem works fine however. The rj45 port seems ok.

  However, I have a LAN connection if I use an external network card. I start wondering if this laptop has had an original card mounted inside network. This laptop was purchased at the end of 2001. When I plug a cable in there, there is no light next to the rj45 connector.
  Is there a way to allow the original card or something?

  I have a MacBook Pro, retina 13inch OS X el Capitan Version 10.11.1 with 16 GB of memory. It's brand new and I have recently installed Microsoft Word/Powerpoint etc. a disc that I bought a few years to my previous MacBook. It seems to work very well, but whenever I want to open a word document a message comes up saying "Word could not create the work file. Check the amount of disk space on your startup disk '. However, once I click 'OK' this message disappears and my word file opens without a problem. I have 16 GB of memory on this laptop and it's new I have not reached anywhere near the maximum amount of storage so I'm puzzled as to what this message means. How can I avoid that this message popping up everytime I open Microsoft Word? Any help would be appreciated!

  This has nothing to do with memory - it's the SSD. Word tries to create a temporary file to use as a backup if the program crashes while you are working. First, run the Microsoft Update program to see if there are updates you have missed. Second, Microsoft currently supports only versions 2011 and 2016, so if yours is older, you should consider the upgrade. Thirdly, I suspect that the temporary file is not get created so that you have fewer cancellations (maybe any) and that if the program crashes you have to restore.

  Close all programs. Then in the registry editor, once you get in the folder above, right click on "Cache", make a left-click on "Change", paste in "%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files" (without the quotes), on the left, click 'Ok' close the editor of the register. Restart the PC.
