Hello everone, I a Z10 and for the second time in less than a year she just won't turn it on? happens to the "device setup finalizing" stays there for a bit and then stops and starts, I tried everything and still nothing, any ideas out there would be nice

Remove the battery. Then reinsert the battery. While the device is booting, connect it to the computer, and then run the automatic charger. If this does not work, try with the removed battery and then reinsert the battery once the computer sees the device.

    This is not a fault BLackberry, when you send an email to the same address, the e-mail appears in the sent and Inbox on the Z10, it also gets sent to the computer.

  • Connection of Z10 Wifi blackBerry problem

    I have problems connecting to a certain WiFi network.

    When I set this up, everything works perfectly. (Network Eduroam University with certificate authorization and eap tls).

    But when I move from one point to another that the login is disabled and when I turn it on again once I always get one of two errors:

    -Invalid EAP login data

    -Network authentication failed. Check network security preferences

    I greeted handover between Access automatically points. Can I prevent deactivation by switching wifi and before changing the location (not very convenient)

    Once the connection is disabled, I have to restart the BlackBerry. After that I'm more able to connect.

    Network administrators can not help me.

    It is very annoying and no iPhone or Android don't seem to have this problem. With my old Bold 9700 the automatic change of the access points have worked perfectly.

    Is there something else I could do?

    I have a Blackberry z10 with 10.2.0.429 installed and I am on Telus...

    Since I update 10.2, my text messages take a long time to open. It can take up to 30 seconds to open my messages. It of as if the hub freezes and takes a long time to open the message I want to open... Would it because I have all of my facebook on my phone contacts, which makes 863 contacts...

    I solved my problem!

    The problem is that I had too many contacts. By going into options (slide down in contacts), I disabled the facebook contacts and now I only have about 250 contacts and messages to open instantly!

  • BlackBerry Z10 problem with reception and to make a call after updating to OS.

    I just updated my Z10 STL100-3 model with the new operating system 10.3.2.2168. Now, I can not answer incoming calls. The phone rings, but there is no screen to answer or reject the call. I am also unable to unlock while the phone is ringing. Once the caller hangs up the normal opening if Poster Advisor I missed a call and then allows me to unlock the phone. When you place a call, the screen does not change for me to end the call. In other words, I touch the contact and it will automatically start the numbering, but the screen does not respond or don't change to indicate that the call is made. Then I need to cut the phone to hang up!

    Well, assuming that you have waited the usual 48-72 hours, with a lot of reboots (including the battery grips) and this behaviour is new, and the only thing that has changed is the operating system updated... so, the most common thing to do after an update which results in problems is to perform a reload of the OS. Sometimes the update process have errors and others... with a reload often cure the problems.

    Official methods, which will be controlled as to what exact OS versions are available:

    Unofficial methods, which are cleaner and allow you to choose a version of the OS that maybe your carrier (or anyone they control your offers) delays in approval (unless you're on 10.3.2, in which case 10.3.1 and earlier are now blocked, but you should be able to use any 10.3.2 it's official):

    Of course, before you start this, you want a good backup link, a manual copy of the memory of your device to your PC and complete documentation of your configuration (identification information of account, adding applications, configurations, etc.).     Pls can someone help me with this problem?

    Some of the apps in my Z10 has refused to respond or open, I tried restarting several times and also remove the battery and sim card toseee if it will work still does not... these problems are limited to the apps that I downloaded world blackberry, once that came with the device (bbm, facebook, etc.) work except youtube which opens but does not play. other applications like viber, tango, bitcoin etc. will not yet open, 1, I thought it was the virus so I haven't bought an antivirus of max course still no solution. Please I need help on how to get this problem is solved. THX

    It might be one of the applications that you have downloaded the source of the problem, remove all the, Power off and then on and download that one, if that one will not work remove power market again and try another, if the problem persists then it is something else.

  • BlackBerry Z10 Z10, problem with Gmail and BIS

    I just got a new Z10 and had all configured to discover that my primary e-mail service, Gmail, does not work if the only internet access is through the Blackberry Internet Service (BIS).

    When I configured first, I got Wi - Fi active (other than BIS, I don't have a data plan as my main focus is email). As it was my 3 services e-mail (Gmail, Hotmail and my prived ISP service) all the connected without problem. It was only after I turned off WiFi that I discovered that while my other two services work fine, my Gmail account has become "not connected".

    I tried everything I could think of, including delete my Gmail account, do a reboot cold and then try setting up the account to new as well as doing a reset complete, I could start over again. All to nothing does not. Only if the WiFi is on what can I cannect to Gmail and that doesn't help me if I don't have a Wi - Fi service.

    Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I might try?

    You may be right about Gmail not supporting ActiveSync, but on the device the Z10 was supposed to replace (Torch 9860 running os 7.1.0) no problem with Gmail and BIS, so there must be something unique about BB10 on the Z10.

    BIS is not used on BB10. BB10 access directly servers of e-mail now.

    Have you tried to configure gmail so that the signal from the carrier and not on wifi?

    In Gmail, you enable IMAP access and not use two-factor auth

    I can customize the ringtone for some contact.  My problem is that the ring works only for calls. It will not change to the texts.  I don't understand that the process or change is the same.  Is there any solution for this?

    I recently had my blackberry Z10 replaced because one does not turn on at all (after 4 months), my second replacement not detected by my Blackberry link (it was only for a few hours) and now my third new blackberry Z10 has another problem (got it yesterday) - Blackberry world does not load upward.

    My blackberry world works now and I did not do anything else to do the sorting. It seems that regular maintenance is done about it. I would have been nice for us users of BlackBerry phones to be kept informed when there is a scheduled maintenance just if we are aware and in an emergency and we can not use phones...

  • BlackBerry Z10 problem creation account Exchange ActiveSync on Z10

    I'm trying to set up my e-mail account on a Z10 using Exchange ActiveSync. Setting up the same account on a Samsung Galaxy S3 works perfectly well.

    When I use the normal installation procedure, I enter my e-mail address and password and get back this:

    Expected, delimiter: line 1 122 (122 char) column

    If I pass by "Advanced", the error message is the same, except for the number 194 instead of 122.

    The account in question is an Office 365 E3, and I would avoid using BBCS (if it works even with OS 10 devices; there are conflicting reports on the net).

    I asked the carrier, I got the phone, and they said they couldn't help because it wasn't their e-mail account. I asked Microsoft and they told me they couldn't help because it was a problem of BlackBerry. I asked BlackBerry, and they have not yet responded.

    Can anyone help?

    (By the way, why is there an error message from a JSON reader in the standard library of Python concerned with creating a Exchange account? Because that's when the message comes. Microsoft is not known for their enthusiastic embrace of JSON, they love with XML).

    Problem solved. I consider the problem with security and limit myself to the waves of suggestions, but since that alone would suffice to guess the problem, why bother?

    The error occurred because my password contained double a quotation mark character. Somewhere in the account of the Z10 configuration procedure, something assembles a JSON structure, among other things, the password entered by the user. This password is placed in a quoted string, but the quotes inside it are not escaped. When the structure is passed to the next step, it is not parsed, and the error occurs.

    I wonder why I seem to be the first user to have this problem.

    TL; Dr: have no quote characters in your password.

    Last night at 10:30 I started a wipe of my BlackBerry Z10 security is expected to be completed at the time wherever I woke. But it is now 1:30 and it still shows the shredder icon. Would it really just that it took 27 hours (and still ongoing) to wipe the device? I don't believe it. What can I do to fix this?

    No, it's a bit long.

    Try to remove the battery for five minites, reinsert and see what happens. If the cloth continues, let it sit for a bit longer and then let us know.

    I discovered the ansers for two of my questions. You can not do as well on the new Z10. I decided to return the phone and get back to my 9810 folowwing reasons.

    1. NO DATA COMPRESSION (WHICH ONLY MADE MY DECISION EASY). WHY BUY A BLACKBERRY WHEN IT IS ONLY BEST FEATURE IS GONE.

    2. NO APPS. WE HAVE LIED WHEN SAID WHATSAPP BLACKBERRY AND SKYPE ARE AVAILABLE. NO BLACKBERRY TRAVEL. HOW STUPID CAN BE A BUSINESS AND NO RELAEASE A PHONE WITH ONE OF THEIR OWN POPULAR APPLICATIONS?

    3 BATTERY LIFE IS HORRIBLE.

    4. TOO MUCH SCROLLING TO GET ANYTHING DONE.
