HP Officejet Pro 8625: My Pro suddenly cannot connect to my wifi Officejet 8625

In the middle of the night, my wireless connection is released. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the HP program on my computer, but unless it is connected to the router - then I can't go on without her.

It finds the router, but when I use the WPS or enter the password - it still does not.

Hi @Pro8625,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I see that you are unable to print to your printer HP Officejet Pro 8625 wireless. I'd be happy to help you and don't forget to come back to this thread and check "Accept as Solution", if I have successfully helped solve you the problem. If you want to say 'Thank you' to my effort to help, click on the "thumbs up" to give me a Kudos.

I understand that the wireless is out in the middle of the night and since that time you could not reconnect the printer.

If you encountered problems with the wireless did you click on the "Reset" button on the router? This restores the factory settings, that would have removed the password wireless. If so, please reconfigure the router settings before reconnecting the printer to the wireless network.

To help determine the cause of wireless questions use this guide HP Officejet Pro 8610, 8620, 8630, 8640 and 8660 e - all-in - One Printer Series - printer does not maintain the wireless connection.

Please avoid using the router WPS function to reconfigure the printer on the wireless network, use instead the wireless configuration wizard. Refer to this guide: connect the printer to the wireless.

Please reply to this message with the result of your troubleshooting. I can't wait to hear strings attached good luck!

  • HP officejet Pro 8600 cannot connect to the scanner

HP Office jetPro 8600 NG11a, Windows 7 OS, connected to the network via an ethernet connection

I've only had the printer for a few months. Initially, had problems with the network connection that has been resolved by manually inserting the IP address outside the DHCP range.

I now keep getting a scanner mesagesaying is not available. I try and turn it back on, but it does not work

I have run the analysis doctor and followed the instructions but it is unable to solve the problem.

I uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and who does not.

Here is mention of the IP address, but as I had all the problems before I am reluctant to interfere with the IP that the printer itself is OK.

Nothing has been changed on my system, I have not actually used the scanner to date but notice all of a sudden the error message on my toolbar and then found that the scanner will not work.

I would be grateful for any help.

    Much thanks 2DX

    2DX

    Thanks for responding.

I worked my way through all the suggestions and nothing worked.

For the moment everything is OK, I've installed a new driver of network and turn on the printer before starting the computer well.

I cross my fingers, but it is very worrying that I had all these problems of network with a new printer.

    Cordially 2DX

  • Satellite Pro C50 cannot connect to bluetooth speakers

    Hi newbie here.

My new computer C50 Pro Satellite laptop detects but does not connect to a new speaker Bluetooth in Cambridge or my iPhone, despite both being visible.

Icons appear in devices Bluetooth, but with the orange warning triangle. Tried to download updates of b/t of Toshiba, no effect. (4 years old HP laptop works very well with both).

    Help?

These speakers are not known to me, but generally, the connection is not very difficult.
First you must make sure that BT is enabled in the settings Windows 8.1 (under PC & peripherals → Bluetooth)

I guess you will have to press a key / button available on the speakers to start the pairing process.
After that you should go to control panel → → its playback and should choose the BT speakers as the default device.

  • iPad stopped Pro charge & cannot connect to iTunes

I don't know what happened during the night but my new iPad Pro stopped charging.  We see 0% long hours unplugged, when I plug in the charger has no display of love at first sight.  It's weird what it was 0% for long hours unplugged but still doesn't work.

iTunes, when connected by USB cable, does not at all.  Looks like something is really bad past with this expensive equipment.  Only a month.  I bought at Costco and will return this defective iPad unless someone has something to revive.

The cables are all authentic new Apple.

    Thank you.

Honestly, even if we had something to revive I always return it. It is too new and that you paid too much for this kind of question in a new device.

  • After WXP installation Satellite Pro A200 cannot connect to Wi - Fi

The laptop does not recognize it and it is not listed in the menu of the device. I have updated with 2 WOOD and tried the drivers on this site but nothing

Obviously you has not installed the right driver WLAN if the wireless network adapter is not listed and recognized correctly in Device Manager.

  • Satellite Pro A40 - cannot connect WIFI tstablish

    Hi guys

    I have a Satellite Pro Model: PSA45E - 0184H - EN

Problem is I can not establish a wireless connection, the laptop can not be set automatically detect wireless networks?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Hi robs1971,

Is your wireless network card equipped laptop? I ask this question because some Satellite Pro A40 models did not have WLAN features so I would be important to know if you have WLAN or not.

Also check device manager if the wireless network card is installed correctly. Make sure that this latest WLAN driver is installed, and check the Toshiba WLAN Portal:
    http://APS2.toshiba-tro.de/WLAN/

If WLAN network is within reach and SSID is not hidden the computer will automatically recognize. Then you need to enter the encryption key and that s all! :)

  • My Dell coming 8 Pro Tablet cannot connect to the internet

After that the last update, my Tablet Windows couldn't access the internet. I get this message when I run a troubleshooting tool:

"The Dell Wireless 1538.802.11 a / ln g adapter knows pilot - or hardware-related problems."

    My tablet is our guarantee.

I contacted Dell support via my laptop and got absolutely nowhere, was mixed around until I finally got a page that asked me several times for my service ticket #.  Whenever I provided, he gave me the same screen, he demands again. A little surreal.

So here's what I know: my Tablet has no wi - fi connection. My tablet is plugged into my laptop, but my laptop does not recognize it as a drive. So I can't transfer anything directly from the internet on my Tablet through my laptop.

(They are both products of Dell. Family feud?)

So I need to find a way to get information on my Tablet without a direct connection and wi - fi, in which case the problem requires that.

Or it could just be a problem with Windows Update. A year ago, someone has answered a similar question on this forum and advised the questioner to find the numbered Windows updates installed Xxxx and Xxxx, then uninstall them. The numbers, of course, do not match updates that have been installed just before that my internet connection disappeared. So I would have no idea what to uninstall.

I would appreciate any advice on how to solve this problem.

    Thank you

    Janice

In a general way, because your DV8P is a complete computer, you can just connect to your PC you could do with a smartphone (you may be able to do using a special cable).

To solve the problem of WiFi:

I had this problem and Dell technical assistance asked me to do a 'discharge' on the Tablet (apparently, static can accumulate in the Tablet, leading to the issue of WiFi).  Disconnect the power supply, if connected. Hold down the power button / stop of the Tablet and turn the Tablet completely off, continue to press and hold the power for 30 seconds (or maybe a minute); Let the only Tablet for 2 minutes; the Tablet is reactivated.  Which, we hope, will fix the problem (it was for me).

  • Laptop suddenly cannot connect to the internet

    Laptop acer Windows 8.

Recently, AVG asked me to update and I did. It you are prompted to restart the computer, and I agreed. Everything went well during the restart period. However, I could not connect to the internet. Whenever I type in a web address in the load bar and and then chrome displays this Web page is not available. Skype seems also impossible to connect. My phone and ipad (other devices) has very well able to connect and had no problems. I ping via cmd google.ca and was able to reach it. I ran Windows troubleshooting diagnosis and got this:

What exactly is happening here? All my other devices can connect but just my laptop cannot. It's quite urgent.

    Thank you!

Problem has been resolved. Uninstalled AVG and rebooted. It seems that there is something wrong with the update.

  • HP Pavilion suddenly cannot connect to Wi - Fi

I turned on my computer this morning, after a Windows Update and it would not connect to my wifi. Initially, he said I have been connected manually to a former network but I deleted that and tried to manually connect to my home network but no luck. I worked through all the options of troubleshooting and checked to see if the driver was updated (it was) - all of this without success.  My computer allows me to plug in an ethernet cable and the router and use the internet like that. I know it's not the router because I use the WiFi with my iPad. Here are some details:

    Product model: E4X87PA

Product name: HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11-e004au Notebook PC

Pilot: Ralink RT3290 802.11bgn wifi adapter

When I look on the driver details, it seems that it is a driver of 32system while I think, I'm running a 64-bit operating system (but I could be wrong to interpret that as I don't know much about these things).

    Can anyone help?

    Hello @HappyPaul,

I see that you are a problem with the wireless and internet access. I will try to help you with this.

As you mention this just happening and recently updated Windows, I would recommend starting with a System Restore before the problem started. There is a possibility that something for the update has problem.

If this does not help, try the following document: troubleshooting wireless network and Internet (Windows 8).

To go with the document, you can go to Device Manager > network adapters > right click on the wireless adapter > uninstall. Restart your computer, start Windows reinstalls the driver.

If when you do that, you have no success, make sure you did the step in the chapeau of this document has reset power to the router/modem. Yes, the iPad connect, but this does not mean that it is not a problem between the laptop and the router. The iPad is a completely different device, how it interacts is not the same (think people, I will interact differently with someone, then you would). This step usually reduces these conflicts.

Try the above and let me know how it goes for you.
Thanks for posting on the HP Forums.

  • Suddenly cannot connect to wifi

I have two wireless cards on my PC (a broadcom and an Asus but I mainly use the broadcom because he is capable of that while the other is compatible only n) and out of the blue once when I tried to go online I found that I was not logged and impossible to reconnect (w / broadcom) I was busy to I simply switched to the Asus which has worked without problem. The next day, the problem repeated itself except neither card would work so I'm now stuck with/without internet conectivety or no matter what clue as to the cause of the problem. Other devices are also able to connect as usual. The network adapter tries to connect, but after a few seconds, it fails without a doubt.

    Hi Philippe,.

    1. What is the error message received when the network tries to connect and fails?
    2. What is the exact model of the wireless device number?

You can try the following steps and check if that helps.

    Method 1:
You can update the drivers for the device on the manufacturer's Web site.

    Download and install the drivers

    Method 2:

I suggest you remove the existing network, and then create a new one.

Please return to the State of the question.
