  Sorry, that didn't work. Coincidentally, you can check the same approach, but instead of the printer Properties, see if there is an impression of Preferences from the list of options for this printer right click.

  The other question that occurs to me is if the other computer that you tried your barcode printer had another printer connected to it? I want to say here is that if the other computer had not another printer is connected, then the functions print sent to the barcode printer. If this is the case, you may need to do the first barcode printer or the default printer.   I see that you would like to know how to solve this problem and that you are able to print letters perfectly well. Looks like there could be a problem with mail merge. HP Support Forums helps solve printing problems, but HP does not support third-party applications. You are able to print, but a feature is giving you issues.

  The only thing I would say is that you try to create a new label to see if you can print that.
