• Photosmart 7525 eprint do not print

  I put eprint in place and when I send something it will not only print the computer says there is a problem and it is supposed to be an error on the printer control panel.  BUT there is no error message.  I have updated firmware update.

  Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I understand that you can not send print jobs to your printer Photosmart 7525 ePrint e-mail address.

  Connected HP sometimes gives a false report that there is a problem not specified with the printer. HP has been able to reproduce the error.  If there was a genuine mistake, the message would point to the problem (low on ink, paper, etc). Unspecified error message does not prevent you to use ePrint.

  You also mentioned that the printer is not printing. To better help you with this, would provide you some additional information:

  (1) is the printer connected directly to a wall outlet?

  (2) you are able to make a copy of the front of the printer?

  (3) what operating system are you using on your computer?

  (4) you are able to print from your computer?

  (5) did you install the full features of the printer software on your computer or you are using the base driver provided with the operating system?

  (6) do you receive error messages when you try to print? If so, are they displayed on the front panel of the printer or on the computer?

  If this is the only compatible printer to HP Photosmart 7760 usb, then no., not eprint. ePrint needs web service, if you need a network connected printer and is supported by the web service.

  I have a printer all-in-one Photosmart C6300 I want to use to print from my iPhone 4S. On the site web of Apple, I can see the HP printers that supports AirPrint and some of them are all-in-one printers. AirPrint is obvius only printing for an iPhone 4S.

  When I try to print from my iPhone, it cannot find all printers on my WiFi network I'm connected to, but it works fine with my pc. And I can surf the Internet from my WiFi network so there no connection problems.

  I don't think this printer is able to airprint but may still be able to print with the HP ePrint home & Biz app. this article should cover everything you need. Give the steps described a shot and tell us if it helps.

• Photosmart B110a: eprint problems after Windows upgrade 10

  The printer lives in my office, plugged into a Mac.  My laptop connects wireless to it.  You use Windows 7, the laptop could connect to it as a network printer via the Mac, which required that the Mac be turned on, or directly using eprint, requiring only the printer.  After upgrading to Windows 10 I re-installed the printer as a network printer and everything's fine but eprint does not at all.  I downloaded the latest version and I get a 'eprint + Jetadvantage' device in my list of installed printers, but if I select to print anything it either nothing happens.  The call to the top properties of the printer shows an error message saying "eprint driver is not installed on this computer.  You want to install it now? ».  This leads to a "pilot Add Printer Wizard" which lists a driver of HP eprint.  Try to install this product a message that I am about to add the following driver "HP ePrint, x 86, Type 3 - User Mode" but nothing seems to happen and I still get the missing pilot error.  I uninstalled and reinstalled several times without success.  I ran the HP Scan doctor and print, but it can't even connect to the eprint printer.

  Welcome to the HP support forums.

  I understand that after upgrading to Windows 10 that you can no longer use the driver ePrint.

  The first thing I want to address is the "ePrint + Jetadvantage".

  It is not the driver ePrint have you need or want. I will not go into too many details about it, but it's a commercial product and the Photosmart B110a is not supported. It would be best to uninstall this piece of software.

  The following link will take you to the correct driver.

  You can select 64 or 32 bits depending on your operating system.

  I'm curious about something. How is the printer is not on a local network with other devices? How is it, you chose to go through the Mac? Why not have the printer on Wifi and having the laptop connect without having to go through the Mac? Maybe I'm missing a part of the installation, but this seems more complicated then it must be.

  My Photosmart 2575 printer can print the self-test and Windows, but most of the time when I use eprint to android, either phone or tablet, it loads the document and then reports the transport jam. It almost seems like eprint sends a command to the printer is not exoecting. How can I fix?

  The HP Photosmart 2570 series is not supported by the HP ePrint software, so you may experience problems.

  I recently bought a Photosmart 7520 refrubished. He already had an email ePrint address in Setup. This is different from the email ePrint I had the installer with my Photosmart 7520 precedent and is still shown in my account when I connect to the ePrint account. How can I change the ePrint on the instrument address to match what I have on my account? Thank you

  Hi Toledo_RD,

  There is no way to match the old printer e-mail ID in your account with a different printer.

  All you can do is:

  1. add email ID in your account or

  2. to register the printer and save it again to get a cool email ID and the assertion according to which email ID on your account.

  I recommend the 2nd way. Because this will give you a fresh email ID and your email ID that is not exposed to someone else.

  Dear HP

  I used to be able to print from my iPad, iPad Mini, iPhone 5 c or iPhone 5 for my PhotoSmart 5520 using AirPrint. No more.

  I can:

  1. see and print from my Mac Pro and iMac

  2 see and print from Android Nexus 4 of my brother

  3. see and configure the printer through the AiO Remote iPad app!

  What the hell?

  I guess that the printer is connected wireless to the airport?  You've restarted the airport by pulling its plug momentarily?

  This printer comes with the ePrint on that button. By clicking on ePrint and say yes to the activation of the web services and allowing automatic updates, the printer has finally returns the error message that it is impossible to connect to the server.

  Since both a wired and Wireless Windows 7 laptop, which has the complete package installed. can ping, print and scan to/from the printer as well as implement the embedded browser interface and has the installed support framework, try to install the update of the firmware of the printer also fails with the message, this update does not supports all HP device drivers found on this device.   Try a solution I read in a previous post that plans to use another DNS server, (the solution recommended to enter the servers DNS from Google, 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4), also fails to try to add data.   Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support.  I see that you are unable to install web services on your printer Photosmart 5515.

  When you try to set the DNS servers to Google Public DNS servers, so you set a static IP address first?    If this isn't the case, please set an IP address manually before the configuration of DNS servers manually.

  Is it possible to ePrint activate a Photosmart B309a printer?

  I think the B309 is the UK version of the North American B209a printer, which is is not compatible with ePrint. Take a look in the menus of your printer for what we call web services, if web services are not on your printer, it cannot use ePrint.

  I understand that you found ajax send error on your computer. I would like to try restarting your computer and return to eprintcenter and try again. After restarting your computer and if its still working if possible I would try using a different browser.

  I tried several times to log in my Center ePrinter, but he recalled that my login ID is an incorrect email address.  Then when I try to register a new name to logon user with this email address, it was reported as error that this username already exists.

  I don't know that this email address log you name is correct, because I've used it several times before and it's one I had.

  I understand that you are unable to connect to the HP ePrint Center.  I want to help you with this.

  I don't see this particular error with password resets from time to time.  I have a workaround that can clear up this place for you:

  • Click here.  This will bring you to <www.snapfish.com >.  As the Snapfish site is linked directly with ePrint Center and HP connected, you can try to reset your password as follows - click the connection icon and then "forgot your password":

  

  • Enter the e-mail address that you use to connect to the ePrint Center and click on submit.
  • You should receive a message of automatic reset of password by email - the reset as expected before and then try to use this new password to Snapfish to connect downtown ePrint.
  • If this does not solve your problem of access ePrint Center, please call our Cloud Services to 855-785-2777. If you do not live in the United States / Canada region, please click the link below to get help from your region number.

• HP Photosmart 5520: EPrint and uable to connect to the aol mail server

  I have an Android device and that you have downloaded HP eprint. It works fine for printing photos and other documents, but I can't connect to AOL mail.

  I read the other posts and tried to change the hostname to "[email protected]", I am using IMAP port 993 and participate in my e-mail address and password that I know are correct. I checked the SSL box to use.

  The only entry that I wasn't sure of is the 'Description' field, because there is no indication on what to put here. Is how important it that are trying to connect unless something is entered here? I just typed "AOL."

  Please help as this is driving me crazy and spent a few hours looking at this.

• Photosmart 6520 - ePrint-pilot

  I installed the HP ePrint driver on my laptop (W7 Home Premium 64 - bit), that made me a printer named "HP ePrint. Use the printer on the network works fine.

  It's just that I can't change a great many properties of the printer using this driver. If I try, I just get the choice: [1] #copies to print, [2] 1 or 2 pages per sheet, [3] print grayscale (or not) and [4] printing single or double sided. That's all.

  This is how it is supposed to be (with ePrint)? Is there maybe something that will give me control paper-size, use of colours etc etc? All the things I can control when using the printer via a USB connection.
