6500 a E710 using iPad AirPrint printing problems

I have a 6500 a E710 and saved for Web Services.  I have firmware CIP1FN1048PR.  When you print from iPad with AirPrint, I only see the printer for a while and then it disappears and I get a message "No Printers Found".  I was not able to print correctly using the iPad AirPrint.  The iPad is running the most recent version.  Other information: I downloaded the free "MyDevices" on the iPad app and he sees the printer.  I also made sure that Hello as the Internet Printing Protocol are enabled.  To search for an update using the front panel of the printer, its says no update of product is available.  Should I have the latest firmware?  Any thoughts?

Thank you. I managed to do work in trying after updated the firmware of the router.

    Hi Judy,.

Thanks for posting in the Microsoft community

From your problem description, I understand that you are not able to get some tracking of print through completely controls. Please let me know if you do not experience this problem.

What web browser do you use?

I suggest you try the following

Method 1: Some webpages specify exactly where text should print on the page. If the Web page you're printing specifies exactly where the text should print, Shrink To Fit will not work. You work around this problem by setting a custom preview before print scale factor. For more information about print preview, see

  • Windows 8 and want to 4500 using Adobe Reader printing problems

I have a laptop HP Pavilion (July 2013) with the dreaded Windows 8 and HP ENVY 4500 printer (November 2013). I will have questions, a booklet for printing Adobe Reader that displays only a few pages, and then the print job is canceled. I also noticed that a blue dialog box comes up saying an error has occurred and can not print, added to that, I now leave the printer in standby because another blue dialog box used to say that the printer is offline and I couldn't get it back in line without uninstalling and then reinstalling the printer. I have installed and uninstalled Adobe Reader X 1 and also the Adobe Reader X and I have also installed and uninstalled the printer about 6 times.

The strange thing is that the same pdf file will appear as a brochure when I use my old Pavilion laptop (Circa 2009) which has Vista as the o/s.

Anyone know how to solve the problem?

    Hi Mister_A,

Welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience!

I read your post and see that you are not able to print a booklet from Adobe.

I'll be happy to help you.

You use the downloaded full feature software or driver Windows preinstalled?

Here's the URL for the HP ENVY 4500 e-all-in-one printer drivers.

Select the operating system, and then click Next.
Click on driver - product Installation software and download the drivers.

You can try and set it to print a picture to see if it will work.

Go to file, print, click on the Advanced button and select print as Image.

Run all updates from Adobe. Updates.

Here is a URL to temporarily turn off all the start up programs to see if one of them is causing problems.

How to change Windows 8 start programs.

    Temporarily disable the Antivirus software.

    Try to print again.

You must follow the same steps to reactivate all the and turn on the Antivirus software.

    I hope this helps.

Thanks for posting on the HP Forums.

  • using custom forms printing problems

We use Photoshop CS6 13.0 64-bit.  Audio Visual Office has problems with custom forms.  When creating a custom form, save the custom form (for example, 36 X 94), connect to the printer, the printer settings won't 8.5 x 11 to 36 X 94

Thank you for the information, please try to reset the printing preferences.

Click file > print (hold down the space bar), so as soon as you click on print the keyboard space bar must be pressed.

Once done, it must reset Printer preferences, then please go ahead and try to select the parameters of the printer.

If it is a BT Home Hub, they don't play well with HP wireless printers.

You can try this - remove all instances of your printer in Control Panel > devices & Printers. Then:

    1. make sure the printer is on and connected to your network. Verify that you can access the printer's internal web page by accessing its IP address before continuing. Get his IP address for a network Test printed on the front of the printer.
    2. click on > start > Control Panel > devices & Printers.
    3. click on add a printer
    4. Select local printer
    5. Select create a new port and select Standard TCP/IP Port, and click Next.
    6. under device type, select TCP/IP Device. Under the name of host or IP address, enter the IP address of the printer. Click Next.
    7. Select Hewlett-Packard in the list of manufacturers and select and select your printer model. Click Next.

being stupid on wireless printers, I thought that everything I had to do, is to buy a wireless printer and my ipad 2 could use it for printing. I installed the printer wireless via my router on my desktop with windows vista 64-bit. is it possible to get to airprint activate or what that either i need to be able to use it with my ipad

    Hello bluenitro1,

You may be able to print to your OfficeJet 4500 Wireless by downloading the HP ePrint home & biz app on the App Store. According to me, the application supports this printer, but it can also depend on your routers configuration to make it work properly.

You can also look into Google Cloud Print to an another mobile printing solution. More information on this at:

  • Problem with use of a printer on a homegroup.

I lost a connection to printer.  When I tried a reinstall, I think that the installer could not find the printer because of something about homegroups.  I have one computer connected to the printer through usb.  Others that the internet, there is nothing.  I can't understand if I have a problem of residential group and do not understand something about homegroups even after watching all the videos, etc.  Help!

    Hello

If you have a single stand-alone computer while you do not have a network or
    a homegroup.

OEM for the printer manufacturer is responsible for the proper functioning of the printer
and their drivers. Check with the printer manufacturer's support, their online
documentation and drivers and ask in their forums.

Good luck, you need to update or reinstall the latest driver.

    Hello

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing printing problems.

You use the functions AirPrint and ePrint? The phone is able to see the printer?

Things to check would be that the printer and the telephone are always connected to the same wifi network and that there has been no wifi password.

  • My Canon 5320 Wireless/Airprint printer won't print my Dell 64-bit laptop

I have a new Canon PIXMA 5320 printer. It is wireless and will be airprint.

I went through the installation at least 5 times now - I have downloaded all the software - even went to the Canon Website and downloaded the latest drivers.

I deleted the printer and started again - 5 times - I have reset my modem and router.

The printer prints easily from my iPhone and my iPad - no problem.

My daughter easy print to it from his MAC book Pro

the printer is listed as a printer in the list of printers and it is verified that the default printer

any time I try to print from my Dell laptop (64 bit) to the printer it tells me that the printer is not online

I have tried everything I can think - even asked a friend who can usually work out these things - his answer was - this computer don't like this printer

I don't see anything else to do.

The clean boot link also applies to win7, you can try the Fixit, but the manual method is probably the best

If you use the Add Printer Wizard, it would use the windows update drivers, which are not the same as those provided by the Canon cd
