  Howdie!

  My HP deskjet 710C trust gives me. I used it for many years and is the current configuration (unchaged for 2 years or more) with a Lenovo Thinkpad Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.

  The printer is connected via a USB-parallel adapter cable and works fine.

  Now: when I try to print (any application) - the print job starts and disappear as before - but the printer does not do anything!

  There is no error message whatsoever, the printer is not giving any sound. The driver is installed via Windows update. I used a different USB connector to the Thinkpad, and the default installation window will appear. So far, all normal. I can also see the print job added to the queue and disappear as usual.

  I tried the printer with another PC in Windows 8, same result.

  It seems that both PC and printer believe jb was printed, so I suspect some defect of HW, but of course, I hope I'm wrong, any ideas?

  I followed all the troubleshooting tips HP but no luck.

  As suspects, it was actually the cable.  With a new parallel to USB cable everything worked fine as before.

  It seems that something is "stuck" in the print queue, delete the queue.

  To remove the print queue:

  1. Stop the print spooler service.
  2. Remove all files in the \WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS folder
  3. Restart the print spooler service.

  You can do it at a command prompt or automate things with a batch file with the following commands:

  net stop Spooler
  del/q %SystemRoot%\system32\spool\printers\*.*
  net start Spooler

  Try duration to remove print jobs to remove Job feel stuck in the queue, and then restart your computer.

  I recently bought the wireless HP Deskjet 3520 printer.

  I set up the fine and was able to get my laptop wireless without having to use the USB cord.  I can print wireless from laptop, iPhone, etc.

  I have a Deskjet 3054 by label on the printer, but the IP address it's Deskjet 3050 all-in-One J610a. My computer is Mac 10.9.5. I read through other posts and have updated all my software via Apple Software Update.

  The symptoms are as below:

  -Scan works (I can scan a page and view it on my computer)

  -Œuvres report printer (this is where I got the IP address)

  -The Mac printer & scanner, the printer is recognized and connected

  -However, when I print a document, the queue is displayed, shows that the work is being processed. However, the printer does not move. I do not hear the cartridge move. Then the queue indicates that the work is completed and the queue is empty.

  I want to help you print from your Mac to your Deskjet 3054. I understand that the print queue says that the print job has been done, but nothing prints. Please follow the steps below and let me know the results of your efforts;

  Reset the printing system
