Adding a Cisco SX20 to Communications Manager version 10.5

Hi all!

Can someone help me, I try to save my end SX20 CUCM version 10.5 point.

Do you have a procedure that can show me how to do this configuration?

TKS,

CB

Try this:

http://www.Cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/TD/docs/Telepresence/endpoint/codec-c-s...

Sound for the most part similar to CUCM 10.5. A parameter is activated early to offer on the SIP profile, make sure that you select best effort.

    Thank you

Hello Ahmed - although this configuration "can work", Windows 2008 Small Business Server is not on the support list. This means that it has not been tested and it certifies to work with telepresence.

To my knowledge, he's not on the roadmap for the future support however, I search and repost as soon as I have an answer for you.

  • xhistory Cisco SX20 codec calllog

    Hi all

Can someone help me? I have a Cisco SX20 with the version of the TC7.2.1 software, I´d as know, if a limitation extracting SX20 call logs using the command line:

    xhistory calllog appeal

I extracted the last 30 days, always, once the month.

    TKS,

    Caesar

You may have been able to see some newspapers, but this is not a complete list of all calls (at least that you didn't really use the unit much at all).

With TC7.2.1, you can retrieve the call history via the web interface in a more readable format (Diagnostics, historical calls) - but to have a glance at it, it shows only the last 100 calls (which, for the unit, I looked it is a matter of days, not the "last 30 days" you are after).

You really need TMS to capture and save the CDRs to be able to report for any significant period of time.  You can download TMS and run as a demo version to report up to 3 devices without any permit.

  • Cannot launch the call to Polycom V700 to Cisco SX20/EX90

    Hello

I am configuring a Cisco SX20 and a Polycom V700. I can call to Polycom Cisco, but can't call Polycom to Cisco. It proved a mistake, "your call could not be connected because the call was was routed through a network of intermediary that is not service the remote site." Please contact your network administrator. "But I have that in place inside the LAN, and there is no firewall on the inside.

I've tried with EX90 as well, but it's the same thing.

Can someone please advise me what I missed?

    Concerning

    Robi

    Hi Robi,

I'm kinda a waste, then as to why it does not work... If you have enabled IP H.323 gatekeeper OFF, call preference value IP H.323, numbering method with H.323 Auto in 1st preference and all other disabled protocols - it should just really work when you dial an ip address...

I guess the next thing to look at would be the version of the firmware on the polycom - is recent (or maybe an older buggy)?

In addition, you could try a factory reset on the device (just to make sure there is not another stuck somewhere setting) and to reconfigure settings you need.

  • Deactivate the filter driver Cisco AnyConnect Network Access Manager

I hope that it is the community just to post this in.

I was wondering if it is possible to script disable the "Cisco AnyConnect Network Access Manager filter driver" for a LAN connection?

By comparison to the registry before and after it is manually turned off via Control Panel control-> network and Internet-> network-> connection to the Local network connections, I came with:

: remove the filter Cisco AnyConnect Network Access Manager driver
: the list of filters for the LAN adapter
    reg delete HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\ {4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} \0007\Linkage /v FilterList/f

: import the Cisco AnyConnect Network Access Manager filter driver
: to the list of filters, excluding the LAN adapter
    Reg import linkage - no - lan.reg

: remove the filter Cisco AnyConnect Network Access Manager driver
: the network of the LAN adapter config
    reg delete HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network /v /f Config

: import the Cisco AnyConnect Network Access Manager filter driver
: to the network with the exception of the LAN adapter config
    Reg import network - no - lan.reg

: Remove the adapter LAN of the list of maps where the
: Cisco AnyConnect Network Access Manager filter driver is used
    reg delete HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\acnamfd\Parameters\Adapters\ {77197E43-5875-469F-A3A5-A97F63A32E0A} /f

This disables 'Cisco AnyConnect Network Access Manager filter driver' to connect to the local network, but it is not automatically to my wireless connection.  However, if I manually in a not checked the "Cisco AnyConnect Network Access Manager Filter Driver', the connection automatically changes my wireless.

The end result, I'm looking for must be able to use a wireless connection and at the same time be able to use the connection to the local network, when I connect directly to some work equipment to download the firmware files.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Hi Paul,.

Instead of hacking the registry, you can use nvspbind.exe for this task.  You can download the tool here.  It will be also NAM automatically mode interfaces.

    https://Gallery.technet.Microsoft.com/Hyper-V-network-VSP-bind-cf937850

    Disable: nvspbind.exe /d "Wireless network connection" csco_acnamfd

activate: nvspbind.exe/e 'Wireless network connection' csco_acnamfd

    Thank you.

  • AT & T Communication Manager

    Hello

I have a year old T61 without the wireless card built-in. I use access connections.

I just finished a clean install of Windows XP on it and I want to use my AT & T 3G Broadband card. It seems that the dial-up connections now supports 3G, but I don't know if I still need to install the communications manager. I'm looking on the net but no luck to find an answer. Thank you.

    Best regards Michael G.

    Michael,

I have a T60p with the card integrated Sierra Wireless.

I used to use the AT & T Communications Manager to start and stop the service of AT & T Wireless.

Then, after a session of ThinkVantage System Update, AT & T Communications Manager has stopped working properly. It would do funny things, and it took three or four tries to get finally connected to the cell tower nearby.

Finally discovered that, after the update of the system, the Lenovo program access connections has figured out that the machine has the map service integrated wireless and interfered with the AT & T Communications Manager.

So, I stopped using the AT & T Communications Manager and now use logins to start and stop the wireless service. It's the same thing, except that the dial-up Connections applet does not show you the intensity of the signal.

My experience leads me to think that you don't need AT & T Communications Manager, as long as you can get logins to work.

  • The traffic load between the power of Cisco ASA and FireSight Management Center fire

    Hi all

I have a stupid question to ask.

Can I know what is the traffic load and the e/s flow between firepower Cisco ASA and FireSight Management Center?

Currently working on a project, client require such information to adapt to their network. Tried to find in the document from Cisco, but no luck.

Maybe you all have no idea to provide.

It varies depending on the number of events reported from the module to the CSP. No event = only health controls and policy changes are exchanged. 10,000 events per second = much more traffic.

Generally it is not a heavy load, however.

I had the same question, so I opened a folder of TAC to find the version of the software. I was told that the software listed as available in the bug report are versions of NX - custom OS and that there was no version patched for the 5548p. The support engineer also said that the updates of Nexus 5 k should not until November or December. The best advice I could get was to subscribe to the bug report and wait to be notified of an available upgrade.

There are maybe two shortcuts in your system startup file.

If there are 2 BB Desktop Manager icons - remove one. Select it, click with the right button on the mouse button and select "Delete" from the context menu.
