ADF jsf: disabled property works on selecting rows from table but not rendered

I use JDeveloper 12.1.2

Page has 3 components:

-table

-button

-text outputFormatted component

When the user selects a certain line, button is enabled/disabled according to the logic of bean support. It works fine:

< af:button text = "Go to the reports!" id = "b1" action = "#{backingBeanScope.Studybrowse.b1_action} '"

Disabled = "#{! backingBeanScope.Studybrowse.userAuthStdNotExp} '"

partialTriggers = "t1" / >

However when I apply the same boolean rendered property of outputFormatted, it is not visible (not provided)

< af:outputFormatted value = "you are not authorized or study expired" id = "1".

rendered = "#{! backingBeanScope.Studybrowse.userAuthStdNotExp} '"

inlineStyle = "color: Red;" partialTriggers = "t1" / >

Someone knows why?

I just read on another post that partial triggers cannot work on a component that is not rendered. Therefore, it is suggested to use the "visible" property If it worked:

visible = "#{! backingBeanScope.Studybrowse.userAuthStdNotExp} '"

inlineStyle = "color: Red;" partialTriggers = "t1" / >

I'm sure that this rendered version worked in 10g, but

  • Why vMotion will not work with an IP from DHCP, but not a static IP address?

    I have a bit of a puzzle game. I'm trying to implement vMotion on our new leaves. They run VMWare ESX 4.0.0 208167. I've implemented the VMkernel on a separate vSwitch. When I try to use a static IP address, I get various errors about the connection being reset by the peer or that he was unable to send a copy before starting the message to the remote host, or that he was unable to receive bytes from the remote host.

    However, if all I do is go to the VMkernel and switch to a static IP address to DHCP on the IP settings tab, it rolls. And, as far as I can tell, everything is exactly the same except for the last digits of the IP number (static IP is 10.11.129.148, DHCP is 10.11.129.64). The subnet mask looks the same, and the default gateway is the same. Only these latest figures do not.

    DHCP always appears to pick up the same IPs for the blades, so I'm just a bit puzzled as to why the last digit would make a difference, if there is no other device on the network with this IP address.

    Thank you!

    Keith

    It is absolutely not a DHCP or static IP address. If static IP adrresses don't wor the you must check all your settings and check for IPs in doubles.

  • ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error. Virtual MACHINE works on old MBP and Win7 but not on new MBP [mid 2015 retina], speed or network problem?

    We strive to use our VM on the new retina MBP (mid-2015) with MacOS X 10.11 (El Capitan) but we had a problem starting from Oracle. If we first converted our ESX VM but once on the Mac laptop Oracle (v12.1.0.1.0 on WIN2012R2) does not open the database, error;

    ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

    Does not change us any setting on the virtual machine itself so services work fine. Network has set the IP with host only. Tried with Fusion 7.1 & Fusion 8.0.2 new Mac with nothing doesn't. Also with the different versions of the VM tools. Tried to remove the NIC in Fusion and recreate, don't sucses.

    Funny enough the same virtual machine starts fine on PC (workstation 10.3.0 & Win7), MBP beginning 2011 (Fusion 7 & Mac 10.10) or ESX itself for Oracle opens the database!

    That's why we think in the direction of the new MBP specific? speed or network issue? Ring the bells?

    Help appreciated!

    Bottom line, this is a problem of Oracle who dislikes the MBP on a virtual machine.

    for reference;

    Virtual MACHINE works very well on all platforms, but not on the latest MacBook Pro (retina, 15 inch, mid-2015). So, when you try to use sqlplus you might get the error that there is no such thing as SID. Earphone works very well, but the DB process does not record with earphone or work correctly also. But the process is running and a SID tnsping returns an OK. This isn't a problem of configuration Oracle as the VM and DB works well from the moment where you run the virtual machine on a PC or an old MBP. Either way, Virtualbox has the same problem so not a problem of Fusion.

    I will record a deal with Oracle but I doubt that it is corrected.

  • HyperSnap Textsnap works with Firefox 3.6.12 but not the latest version: ideas?

    Under XP Pro sp3. TextSnap has worked with almost all of the screens presented by Firefox 3.6.12 - what is telling, not pdf - but upgrading to the latest version of Firefox has left Textsnap almost totally disabled. So how is different from the presentation of text/display again Firefox, and is there a workaround?
    Thank you

    Hello, cor - El thanks for your response. Unfortunately, she does not - but I have marked your answer 'useful', because even if an idea doesn't work, it is always useful!
    Thank you. HR

    And I just saw that your response to mark as 'useful' automatically tag the problem as "resolved" - even if there is another "fact that solves... button". " I'll know next time.

  • Selection of several Tables, but requiring data based on a table in the 3rd

    Hi all

    I'm having a lot of trouble with this selection

    I have three tables:
     prod_poured, conc_test, and cyl_break
    To set up my report, I need to recover these data:
    cyl_break.pour_no "Pour Number", cyl_break.cyl_id "Cylinder ID", cyl_break.pour_d "Pour Date", conc_test.mix "Mix #", conc_test.amb_t "Ambient Temperature", conc_test.conc_t "Concrete Temperature", conc_test.air "Air %", cyl_break.break_d "Break Date", cyl_break.age "Age (Days)", cyl_break.spec_str "Specified Strength", cyl_break.str "Specimen Strength"
    and I need to enter all the data from these two tables when a column in the prod_poured table meets a certain condition

    That's what I have so far:
    select cyl_break.pour_no "Pour Number", cyl_break.cyl_id "Cylinder ID", cyl_break.pour_d "Pour Date", conc_test.mix "Mix #", conc_test.amb_t "Ambient Temperature", conc_test.conc_t "Concrete Temperature", conc_test.air "Air %", cyl_break.break_d "Break Date", cyl_break.age "Age (Days)", cyl_break.spec_str "Specified Strength", cyl_break.str "Specimen Strength"
    from conc_test inner join cyl_break on conc_test.pour_no = cyl_break.pour_no, prod_poured
    where conc_test.pour_no = prod_poured.test_id and prod_poured.job_no = '9-12-821';
    It gives me good results but wayyy too many of them so obviously, that I got something wrong.

    the results it gives are this:

    As you can see it my query provides good results, just too much of them. I just need to have a result by cylinder id.

    I can't seem to wrap my mind around this and if someone could set up a proper selection based on what I need which would be extremely useful. If you need to any more data to provide a help just ask and I'll stick it.

    Thank you

    Hello

    Whenever you have a problem, post a small example of data (CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements) for all the tables involved, so people can recreate the problem and test their solutions.

    There is a one-to-many relationship between conc_test and prod_poured? In other words, can there be several lines of prod_poured all with the same test_id?
    If so, you probably don't want to join prod_poured; one EXISTS or IN Sub query instead.
    For example:

    select  cyl_break.pour_no     "Pour Number"
    , ... -- other columns, as you already have them
    from         conc_test
    inner join     cyl_break     on     conc_test.pour_no = cyl_break.pour_no
    where   conc_test.pour_no     IN (  SELECT  test_id
                              FROM    prod_poured
                              WHERE   job_no     = '9-12-821'
                           )
    ;

    No doubt someone will suggest that say you SELECT DISTINCT to remove duplicate rows. This is inefficient; It is best not to get the first duplicate lines.

  • working in sql of the query, but not so forrms!

    I transferred my column of tblrefstaff to use paymast apprnum

    SQL > update paymast set paymast.apprnum = (select tblrefstaff.apprnum in the tblrefstaff where the tblrefstaff.empno = paymast.empno and rownum = 1);
    5072 lines updated

    Now I ask paymast records

    SQL > select empno paymast where apprnum = '338';

    EMPNO
    ----------------

    2217
    SQL > select apprnum from the paymast where empno = '2217'.

    APPRNUM
    --------------------------------------------------
    338

    Now in shape when I write this in the title of the post REQUEST
    Start
    Select apprnum
    in: paymast.apprnum
    of paymast
    where empno =: paymast.empno;
    exception when no_data_found then null;
    end;
    No data is retrieved in article apprum

    its only retrieved when the table name is that of the previous one like this
    Start
    Select apprnum
    in: paymast.apprnum
    of tblrefstaff
    where empno =: paymast.empno;
    exception when no_data_found then null;
    end;

    2nd CASE: after the transfer of apprnum to paymast all items are now under paymast then I just removed under POST-QERY code and all of the datbase Yes item and column name to APPRNUM but still no use
    It retrieves only records in the use of apprnum
    Select apprnum
    in: paymast.apprnum
    of tblrefstaff
    where empno =: paymast.empno;
    exception when no_data_found then null;
    end;

    How should solve this problem. ?

    I think you forgot to commit; after you run the stmt update...

    It will not work in SQL, because you wrote the application immediately after the selection of stmt.

    But shapes is in another session, he cannot access the data until you commit the SQL session.

  • Work of Auditors in the Simulator but not actually "BOLD"

    Hey - if anyone knows how to get a "BOLD" handset to allow listeners (PhoneListener, KeyListener, OutboundMessageListener) I would appreciate it. My app uses listeners and works very well in the Simulator, but only sporadically on the actual handset. Does anyone know how it works?

    See you soon,.

    I think you need to post a snippet of a listener of non-working, if you want to help more with this.

  • RV042 to RV220W VPN works... can ping IPs, but not host names

    We have an installation RV220W to the main office one-site-2 program (gateway-to-gateway) to remote desktop RV042 VPN

    RV220W has subnet 192.168.1.x (Windows 2003 server hosting DNS, DHCP)

    RV042 192.168.2.x subnet a (machine Windows 8, RV042 is hosting DNS, DHCP)

    We can ping IP numbers in both directions, but not machine names.  I know it's linked DNS are unsure which solution is.  All advice is appreciated.

    Thank you

    Lori

    Hi Lori, hostname access is generally limited to the range of local IP addresses. In addition, the router does not host a DNS record to resolve hostnames on part and other VPN respectively. You can configure the LMHOST files on each machine or you can try to use NetBios.

    You can enable NetBios on the VPN tunnel configured on each router and disable the Firewall window or make exceptions to allow NetBios traffic through the firewall of the machine.

  • ADF: conditionally disable a field in a table - but not the entire file

    Hello people!

    I want to implent the following:

    Suppose I have a table showing all employees. There is a flag that indicates whether or not the employee is a Manager.
    If the flag is Yes, "Salary" field (and only in this area) should run in read-only (or disabled). In other words, this scenario is that, if an employee is a Manager, no one can change his salary (too bad...).

    I tried the isAttributeUpdatable, but this will make the whole of the noneditable file.
    I tried EL in turn it off and the read-only column attribute (something like #{bindings.managerFlag.inputValue == '1'?) "true": "false"}), but it did not work at all. "

    Do you have any suggestions?

    Thank you very much in advance!

    >
    (something like #{bindings.managerFlag.inputValue == '1'?) "true": "false"} "
    >

    Try #{bindings.managerFlag.inputValue == '1'}

  • 8620 OfficejetPro works with Windows 7 and 8 but NOT 8.1

    I bought a 8620 last week and it loaded well on our laptops to operate Windows 7 and Windows 8 and we are facing up and running and fully operational.

    However, while I followed the same process on our Windows 8.1 machine, and the printer seems to be properly installed, any impression that we seems to blend into the ether!

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice, made sure that the windows firewall is disabled (we have Mcafee) and generally tampered with about-, but to no avail.

    Does anyone have the solution please?

    Welcome to the Selpat forums!

    I understand that your Officejet 8620 does not work on your Windows 8.1 system, however, works very well with your Windows 8 and 7 systems. I would like to help!

    First of all, try to run the HP Print and Scan doctor.

    Please let me know the specific results of the execution of the tool.

    If the tool detects that the complete software is not installed, run the HP printer install wizard for Windows.

    Please let me know the result and how you have the 8.1 Windows connected to the printer. (USB, wireless, ethernet) Try an alternative connection as well to see if it will work.

    Happy Tuesday
