C4D: R 17.048
I have 2 computers with the same operating system same C4D BUD DIFFERENT Ae CC 2015 (older and newer version).
As stated in the release notes, version or the 2 major difference is CINEWARE 3.0.
I have a project of C4D works well in EI plus old (2015.1), but when I import the c4d file in the newer shows Ae:
Then I try to create a new C4D file directly in most recent EI and edit it with C4D R17, it works perfectly.
As my own project C4D is simple, I have deleted part by part and try to understand what had happened.
Finally, I found once I deleted a deformer FFD in my C4D file (or a new C4D file just have a cube inside), the new Ae can be read. I have used several deformers such as the cone or bend in my project, but ONLY of FFD break the workflow.
The new version of the AE is out! Hooray! Depending on where you are in the world, this can take a long time to hit your local creative Cloud servers, but you should sometimes see today or tomorrow. If this does not resolve the problem, please let us know.

This is an incorrect error message. Please post the exact error message or a screenshot of the error, if possible.

My computer is infected with a virus/bug I have checkd with Anti virus few records showed infected but could not withdraw, step by step programs stoped working, I tried all the things microsoft Web and other webs to run antispy etc, but nothing works programs start, but halfway to display error and stop now even explore stop working, now I had a white windoa screen opens more but I have a lot of data that is important, how to fix it? can anyone help please thanks

If you have a known problem with the virus then I suggest to get an antivirus program that you can boot from and run it without starting Windows.Another option would be to format your drive and do a clean install of Windows (this would remove all the data of your drive). If you have a backup of your data, this is the best course of action. If you do not have a backup, you can then do a parallel install (This installs XP in a different folder if you don't lose any data). Behavior of copy - paste doesn't seem to work properly in Win7.
I just migrated to a new machine of Windows 7 with new Office 2010 installed where I performed tests on the problem.
If I copy the text to the Clipboard from an application open MS (for example Excel, but also other programs MS like windows Explorer, internet Explorer, etc.), and then open a fresh word (one instance open) document and paste the text, it appears as an oval-shaped blob image.
Similarly the same problem when I subsequently open apps package and try to make a hem
The problem does not arise
1. If the fresh Word document is already open before doing the copy operation
2. If another document is already open before doing the copy operation
3. If the copy on an Excel cell (for example) make it, stick first to Excel, and then open a fresh Word document (single instance) and paste to that
It is not just Word. Other target applications get the unwanted copy if they are open between the copy and paste.
This bug is not present in XP.

OK, it's more clear now. It is Office 2010 which trashes the Clipboard when the first instance of a program Office 2010 is open (well, I tried only Excel and Word).
Scenario 1: Open Excel, write a few essays in a cell, copier, copy to the Clipboard, open the new Word document, paste that and the oval blob error occurs
Scenario 2: Open Word, write a few characters test, copier, copy to the Clipboard, open new worksheet Excel, paste that and the oval blob error occurs
Scenario 3: Open Word, write a few test characters, copy to the Clipboard, close the word document, open it again, dough one and the oval blob error occurs
Scenario 4: Open Word, write a few characters test, copy to the Clipboard, open another document, paste and no error occurs
Scenario 5: With Excel and Word open, first cut an and stick to the others - works fine
Conclusion: the windows clipboard is always corrupted when the first instance of an Office application is opened.

RUM could not download updates for CC AUSST 2015.5
I recently deployed cc 2015.5. We have some updates once my deployment was built. I ran the RUM on a few machines and always, it fails to download the same updates. I have a local AUSST, I rebuilt the server with the option - fresh options and it didn't help. Here's the log of RUM. Y at - there something I'm missing.

I have an error message when you open any PDF file. It reads "Could not complete your request because of a disk error", but all the files are good. There is no this problem on the other computer with the same Photoshop installed under my own account. And also I couldn't save any file in PDF format. I get the same error message.
My system info:

Not, this work. So I tried to remove Photoshop and install it again. And it works. Now it can open all files :-)
So if anyone has the same problem, it is advisable to uninstall and reinstall Photoshop.

I recently upgraded to Photoshop cc (2015) and Windows 10. Now I get error messages - "the extension of com.adobe.preview.loader could not be loaded because it was not properly signed.
When I try to open a dng file, it comes up with "could not complete your request because it is not the right type of doc. Now I have "expansion of libraries could not be loaded because it was not properly signed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. The program worked perfectly in the past.
I contacted Support Adobe this morning, and they were able to solve the problem. It was difficult.

The files could not be changed because Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 could not be launched.
How is it that I get the below error when I select a batch of images in Lightroom to edit in Photoshop:
"Could not be displayed because Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 could not be launched."
However the 5 files open in Photoshop before the above message appears and I have to click ok for each file not open remains to be edited in PS.
Then I find that another copy of each file opens in fact twice in photoshop.
Then, I get this error box:
An internal error has occurred
AgStoreProviderSession:getEntityByID: id must be a number or a string.
It's wasting a lot of my time. It started happening in Lightroom 6, then was briefly fixed when the sloppy until October update was released, and then reintroduced in November was last updated.
I looked at my application logs (go to the Explorer, do a right click on the system, choose the gale, go to the activity log, applications) and it was a mistake starting Photoshop. I reinstalled Photoshop and now it works.

With version 2015.1, I ran into problems of handling certain types of files Photoshop used to be able to open.
When I try, I get an error message: could not complete your request because of a disk error.
(Mac, OSX El Capitan, Photoshop CC 2015.1, lots of space, a lot of RAM available)
Is no longer works and causes the error message:
Open a .ai or .pdf either from the file inside the og of Photoshop in the command-click context menu in the finder.
By dragging a file .ai or .pdf from a window in the finder in the Photoshop workspace empty.
It works (but that's really not what I need for a flow of work):
By dragging a file .ai or .pdf from a finder window in an existing Photoshop document window.
How can this problem be solved?

After you install the latest update for Photoshop, if you have not customized the application for your use, then you can try reset the Photoshop preferences to default.
Steps to follow:
To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

I recently downloaded Adobe CC 2015... Face serious problems with the PS when I try to superimpose images.
Here are the steps I followed:
1. file-> Scripts-> battery files
2. five selected. CR2 files (average size 28 MB)
3. click on Ok
4. once photoshop has completed her treatment, selected layers and Edit-> auto-merge the layers-> stack of Images
Please note that I followed the same steps in converting the CR2s in JPEG... same error result
Error result
PS throw up a dialog error: could not complete the automatic Layer Merge command because there is not enough memory
Expected result
Photoshop must accomplish the task of auto-merge layers

Historically, Photoshop has always been remarkably well with large files and little RAM. Excess data which cannot be held in RAM are written to the drive to work, and even if it slows down things considerably, it really requires a lot to run Photoshop to a complete stop.
Of course, you must move to a 64-bit version of Windows. As it is, Photoshop can use less than 2 of your installed 8 GB of RAM. It's not much, but do not attempt to allocate more than 70% in the PS preferences. Process of the operating system and other applications need RAM too. Allowance too will choke the rest of your system and send it to pimples without end-of-file exchange.

My watermark came before I did the recent update on CC 2015, always when I would export to PhotoShelter. Now, the watermark does not appear. I asked PhotoShelter for help and they said they have heard about other problems. How can I solve this? Nothing has changed on my computer. Thank you.

"Export as an extension could not be loaded because it was not properly signed.
I get this popup error when you select file > export > export under... and also when right click on a layer to ' export as. I tried with layers, work plans, groups, images, nothing works. The "quick export" and "save for web (legacy)" still works well, but since I'm assuming that it will be removed I would really like to get this working...
Don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I enabled "generator" in Preferences > plugins and also "generate image assets' seems to work very well.
I tried to google and search on the Adobe forum, but I was not able to find a solution to this problem. I'm fine with technical details...
I am running the latest version of Photoshop CC 2015 (2015.0.1 version) on:

Looks like that some files used by export as had changed after the installation, initial, so upgrade is not put to update these files.
Please try:
1. Uninstall Photoshop2 check files listed below and if these files are not removed by uninstall, delete or move them to another location
