I didn't create a new restore point and also forgot to uncheck "automatic installation of windows. A few days later, the same problem after updates have been installed again on April 15. Unfortunately, this time I don't have a restore point previous April 15. So, I restored it on next day 16, but not resolved the issue. So I uninstall all vista windows update installed on April 15 but did not help either.

  Fortunately it affects only an admin user (user account that run windows update) all users are very well.
