  How to export a page created by Alternative page layout in InDesign CS6? Or how can I get the name of the alternative page layout containing a page?

  I can usually export an InDesign page to JPEG using the exportFile of the document. Normally, it works in pageString value of application jpegExportPreferences on the name of the page that you wish to export.

  It works normally:

  app.jpegExportPreferences.jpegExportRange = ExportRangeOrAllPages.exportRange;
  
  // set pageString to the name of the page I want to export, e.g. "3"

  The problem is, with pages created by the Alternative to the CS6 layout, there may be a lot of pages with the same name of '3 '. ExportFile method should now know the 'type' or the name of the layout of a page to export. Instead of using '3' as the pageString, I need to use something like "iPad h: 3. (See the image below). But I know not possible to get the name of a page layout. Can you please help?

• Camileo P10 - what tools are needed?

  5WV280 has a speed of only 200 MHz FSB and the requirements for the Intel Solid State Drive are fairly high.
  In addition, the motherboard only supports IDE hard drives. There is no SATA connector on the motherboard to connect SATA HDD.

  However, PATA SATA converters are available. However, the bus speed required for the connection of a Solid State drive is very high, compared to what might be available using such an alternative arrangement.

• Sony Handycam/HP Pavilion laptop g6

  I have a HP Pavilion g6 (C6S45EA #ABU) with Windows 8.1

  I also own a Sony Handycam DCR-HC44E. Unfortunately, my laptop does not recognize my camcorder and tells me that I have to download a missing driver. Of course, for the moment, I have no way transfer info since the strips to the laptop. Sony said that the Handycam USB driver is not supported by Windows 8 so I can't use a USB connection. Moreover, they say that I can use a connection i.Link (FireWire) using PMB as a content transfer software. However, if the laptop doesn't have an i.Link port, which I think it didn't, I will need to get either an i-link to a converter cable USB which does not always, or should I buy a FireWire PCI card for laptop / FireWire PCMCIA card port, if the laptop has a port PCMCIA. the g6's and if so it will work?

  According to the specifications of your computer, it does not resemble your willing of a PCMCIA port, which today is not surprising.

  Energy consumption is not an issue here, as the laptop only stays at home in the area.

  Alternatively, can anyone suggest how to contact HP by telephone or to recommend a contact HP support, I can call for directions to solve this?

  An alternative to the suggestion of Pam:

  You can create a query on the fnd_concurrent_requests and fnd_concurrent_programs for applications that you need and use the API for fnd_request.submit_request submit by using the settings that you have received the request.

  Layer > duplicate layer. Document: new. Name the new file.

• PageMaker 7.0.1 has stopped working.  I can't uninstall and reinstall everything attempt fails

  My Pagemaker 7.0.1 has stopped working.  When I try to re install it first tells me that the bot will app uninstalling load and once complete, the program stops as soon as I open it.  This is a full version under license.

  PageMaker does not work on windows 8. With no claimed to run on win 7 and 8, but not always, and no one proved a reliable configuration which is able to output several times pdf files.

  You need an old windows Xp machine to run Pagemaker.  Other alternatives are Indesign, including but expensive and complicated, worthwhile if you do a lot of page layout. Serif pageplus is a good enough alternative cheap, or Scribus which is a free alternative.

  You cannot use a select * on a nested table - if you want to do this, you need a sql - type (create type...) not a type in a plsql block definition.

  Have you tried the listagg - instr variant I described?
