• Fill the programmatic view object during execution

  Hi all

  I have a requirement to switch between the three different data source during execution in a single page. The user interface and the field names are the same for these three cases, but data from various sources (queries).

  So, imagine that we have 3 objects in view which has implemented read-only (object request depending on the view) and we want to fill a display object at the main performance as a data source for my page.

  My idea is to use "Prgorammatic view object" for this data source and then fill dynamically the contents of one of the three objects view read-only based on a setting in the user's selection.

  First of all, I want to know if it is thin approach and if yes, then get some points on the implementation or any other sample.

  You can use EL to change the name of the ViewObject that an iterator in ADF queries its data. If the switch is on the link layer and there is no need for programmatic view objects. Unlike in the article of the blog above, VO 3 exist in your case then you don't need to create on the fly. Just change the name of VO in the managed bean referenced

• Loading in the library during execution?

  I built an animation flash (for a website) which requires a number of good quality JPG images.  I don't display any of this at first, so I don't want to wait for them all to load before starting the animation.  So, I want to be able to load these images in the background - the obvious process would be MovieClipLoader.loadClip () method.  It works fine if I load it into an INSTANCE of a moveclip (either existing on the stage or one that I have creat in actionscript) - but I really want to load into a clip from the library.

  The problem is that I find myself using these images in two different movies on the scene: everyone gets a movieclip in the library (which contains the image I want).  So my original thought was simply to load (with the help of loadClip()) in the film of the library - which in turn arise under the movieclips of two floors with this clip of library in the panel mounting.  However, I can't get loadClip() to use a library object.

  I tried to export the library movieclip for actionscript (giving it a name) - but loadClip() doesn't seem to load in it.  I can't get loadClip() to load it into an instance that exist on the stage.

  Sorry if I ask a stupid question - I do not a lot of flash programming - even though I have a great experience of programming in other languages.

  So is this possible?  Is there another way to accomplish what I want to do?

  I can easily load it into an instance of movieclip - but I do not want to load each image twice (in two different clips that I need to handle)-where my desire to load into an object of single library that end up having multiple instances on the stage.

  My other thought was to load into an instance and then COPY this instance to the second instance.  But I can't seem to find a way to copy an element in another clip?

  Pointers would be much appreciated.

  Just to clarify, here is an example.

  * I have several clips library (call them clip1, clip2, clip3...)  that contain a single image with a JPG image in this context.

  * I have a movieclip called bkgnd library that has 10 images inside.  Each image has an instance of the various clips above (e.g. Framework 1 has inside clip1, framework 2A clip2, frame 3A clip3 inside etc).  At runtime, this movement is handled through gotoAndStop() to display a particular image.

  * I use this movieclip library bkgnd at TWO locations on the real scene (two cases).  Each is controlled via actionscript to display individual frames (images in particular) via the gotoAndStop() method.

  * I want to be able to load the individual images during run - my thought was to use loadClip() to load JPG files clip1, clip2, clip3... clips in the library.  However, loadClip() does not seem to load in a clip from the library.

  You cannot load in the library or in a clip from the library.  objects in your fla library do not exist in your swf file unless they are instantiated.

  You can load two times (and, if you wait until the loading is finished with the first load, the 2nd will be retrieved from the cache of the user and not downloaded) or you can use the bitmapdata's draw() method class' to copy the first loaded image and reproduce them.

  Hi Brunno,

  Usually the best way to handle this is to have several copies of a server running, replace the binary image to disk and the tmshutdown/tmboot sequence of each server.  This ensures that only services will always be available, and when servers restart they will pick up the new executable image.

  You don't need to reload TUXCONFIG to implement configuration changes.  You can use the tmconfig command, even if this isn't the friendliest tool in the shed.  TSAM + 12 ° c provides a plug-in control of Cloud for Oracle Enterprise Manager that provides comprehensive management functions for Tuxedo, including making virtually any configuration change on the fly.  You can also make direct requests of MIB yourself with a customer FML32 or ud32 to modify the dynamic configuration.  Do not forget that these dynamic changes will be reflected in the TUXCONFIG, but NOT in the source UBBCONFIG file.  If you usually perform a tmunloadcf after making significant changes in Dynamics.

  So adding new servers, changing the Server binary, new groups of servers, add a new machine to a cluster, etc., can all make dynamically.

  What is the intended behavior of the filter action "stop filter execution"? I can't find any recent documentation on this issue. When part of the filters manually execution, "Stop filter execution" is intended to stop all other filters for all messages if the filter that contains both matches? This seems to be the behavior for me. When included in the first several filters filter, only the first filter matches and the log only shows instances of correspondence of the first filter, although several other subsequent filters must correspond to several messages that don't match not the first filter.

  I appreciate the functionality of Thunderbird filters, but I try to find a solution to implement more complex logical Boolean to move messages from my Inbox with the help of manually run filters. I have several filters put in place to classify the messages, but I want to implement filters such that they are not applied to tracked messages. Currently I have the logic in most filters do not match a favorite message using the option 'Match all the following', however this prevents the use of the logic of the GOLD in the filter and led to an increase in the number of filters. I want to set up the filters as a first filter messages from games played and prevents other filters running only for messages that match the filter first.

  Maybe the behavior I see is a bug specific to my system, but I would like to get a confirmation on the expected behavior and see if others have encountered this problem.   Well, the 2D table is updated immediately and you do not all the other tables.

  Do you mean that you want to update XAbs, etc. where the just changed line is already selected?

  In any case, here's a simple project, perhaps it will give you some ideas. I would recommend using also the tables for XYZPos, entrances etc. and the XYZabs. This simplifies the code because you reduce the number of terminals and table operations.

  If all you want to do is to access data from an outside domain and does not allow API access to this area there is an easy trick.

  This gives access to any field.  What it won't let you do, is add WebWorks APIs in this area.  If you need to provide APIs for a domain, you must explicitly set in the config.xml file at

  I created containers when running, and I want to allow a user drag a new container on a canvas, then drag - move containers within this container.

  The problem is all the containers are built during execution, and I don't see how I can add dragEnter etc to it.  Here is the code I use to create the container.

  So, I have another issue to resolve and my migration to 11.5 will be complete.  In the previous iteration, the project has been able to set the background image from an external file dynamically during execution.

  After the migration, it seems that the projector keeps the canonical path to the image of Member and looking for him there.   I do it all the time.  Just make sure that the image is in the same location relative to the projector that's director file.  The easiest way is of course if the image is in the same folder as the .dir file, in which case, you'd sure as to put it in the same folder as the projector, and you can set the name of the file using:

  Member ("someExternalMember"). FileName = the moviePath & "filename.jpg"

  You can have it in subfolders as well if you want to make sure that the relative location is the same.
