  • Select the resource and call the drop action

    Hello

    I would like to know how it is possible to do something in a script of the CRA (in my case a WriteDocument) when the appellant falls the call. I don't want to do this in the workflow during the event (s) LOOSE because I don't want this action occurs when the call is redirected to another agent.

    For example, when I called this number and if I go on the hook, I want to do a WriteDocument, but I don't want to do this WriteDocument when the call is still in the queue and is redirected to another agent.

    I have found no detailed explanation of the step of selection of resources on the OCC so if anyone can help, I would be really grateful.

    Thank you very much

    In fact, you must add this step at the beginning of the script. He catches the exception whenver happens.

  • Selection of resources headed?

    I need to direct calls incoming ipcc express to a specific agent based on the area code from which the caller calls. Any ideas?

    Hello

    You can queue a call to an agent directly using the step 'Select a resource' in the script and in the "Type of routing target" Editor select "Resource" and with the aim of 'resources' flood the agent that you want to send the call.

    You will have to deal with situations when the agent is busy or connected to offshore in the branch of output "out".

    Hope this helps,

    Hi Donald,.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    This happens usually when the script does not have enough permissions to manage this.

    Please make sure that this folder applications, and two libraries have full read and write.

    Also if it happens again, please tell me if you use Bridge for example or directly with Photoshop.

    Thank you

  • A user interface custom: select a resource, same metric graph

    I would like to build a dashboard where I can choose a (VM) resource from the resource widget and have a graphic metric widget updated with the data of the resource for a whole of measures... is to say CPU, memory, disk and network.

    I put the interactions between the provider is resources and the reception is metric graphic, but whenever I select a graphic resource metric seems to select a random set of parameters to the chart for this resource.

    Example:

    For a virtual computer, I'll get remaining duration, risk, Uptime, affected memory overload

    The next selected VM I get a Supermetric, CPU Active, the number of virtual disks, received multicast packets...

    This is really random and meaningless.

    I edited the graphic metric widget to select specific settings I want to (and you need to select a resource to do), but that does not make a difference.

    What should I do to "pin" the graph of the metric to a particular set of parameters?

    I have already implemented the 3-tier of the resource interaction, click the metric to display the chart.  I'm trying to shortcut by one step.

    Thank you

    Create a resource interaction file and place it on the metric graph. See here:

  • reason for commas not allowed in the dialog box select text resource

    Hello
    I use jdev 11.1.2.2 and I was quite surprised by not being able to put the comma in the key in the dialog box select text resource. This behavior forces me to change the resource group by hand and not through this dialog box.
    Is there a reason for this undocumented? Because in my teams, nobody thinks that something like:
    mainTable.header=header Text
    secondTable.header=different Text
    is worse than the variant with underscore...

    If I interpret things the way that I think you mean, for example in the dialog select a text key resource cannot be a string without a period (or comma never seen that myself) as a separator, then the explanation is simple.
    This function of "convenience" of a resource string mapping depends on the access of the implicit getter of the Expression language.
    for example, the created EL is in the form #{viewcontrollerBundle.key}, which corresponds to the bundle.get ('key'); in terms of java.
    To support the use of the period (or the comma!) inside the key, the generated form will have to implement: #{viewcontrollerBundle ['key']} otherwise an example like this:
    #{viewcontrollerBundle.mainTable.header} would be generated which, in words EL would be mapped (as a Variant) with bundle.getMainTable () .getHeader () because of the way periods are interpreted in EL.
    So basically, the dialog box is properly in the light of the real EL that is generated.
    All this side - it is a known restriction and 12, we changed the EL format to the more flexible form in this case and therefore the dialog box will accept periods.

  • Select VISA resource name

    Hi all

    I have a visa select resource name in my program that would allow me to choose my channel GPIB.  When I click on the down arrow to select, it takes a long time (about 6 s) for options will appear.  Yes, some options are remote resources.  Is there a way to make the resource name of select visa more responsive drop-down box?  Thank you!

    Yik

    Employment visa find resources at the beginning of your program. It should work.

    Edit: I said should work - let me know if it actually works!

  • Test bench - selection of material resources

    Hi all

    I use TestStand 4.2.1 with LabVIEW adapter (LV 2009).

    I'm developing a test sequence which, for the time being, works on the sequential process model and will run later on the model of parallel processes. I also develop OI in LabVIEW for this test sequence. The test involves the use of an EMS and a NISE virtual device (I preferred, so far, using subVIs NISE in LabVIEW modules rather than integrated NISE TestStand facilities).

    (1) in order to select the resources of hardware device (EMS reference, name of virtual device NISE, NISE itineraries to be connected, etc.), I have a dedicated module for LabVIEW (VI) who runs first, in the configuration section. It is followed by other modules of "Open & configure ' for each material resource, it is a basic interface (dialogue) with drop-down lists that allow the user to select resources. However, if I want to use the parallel model for 4 DUT, it will display 4 these dialog boxes; also, in each race for each object to be measured, re-displays the dialog box.

    My question is: How can I switch handles/references to material to be configured for the IO sequence I'm building in LabVIEW? Should they be passed as parameters to sequence (params) for MainSequence? The operator must select resources only once, when he starts the IO; After that everything should work without needing to select again the device resources.

    (2) if I implement the model of parallel processes, how can I access variables of each socket (running in parallel to the test sequence), etc. At this point, I do this by using the 'testbed - Get property"Subvi (from the context of the sequence and the search string to the Subvi). In the case where I have 4 outlets running, how to sequence of each socket context? Or is there another way to access the properties? (I see "ThisContext.RunState.TestSockets" as variables in TestStand... is it a clue?)

    Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hello Paul,

    I enclose an example that does this with a modified version of the Simple OI of LabVIEW. It displays variables in the file Test.seq in a table. This is just an example and must be modified to work with your application. Have a great day!

  • Scripts of the ARC, "Select Resource" and "connect."

    Step 'select the resource' has the ability to connect immediately, on the connected branch, if the agent was available immediately and he didn't need the call queue. This allows me to perform a step or two first of all, then call 'Connect' myself.

    My question is, how do the same opportunity to run a few steps before the agent receives the call if the call got in queue?

    When an officer is on hold, the result is any logic you have under the branch in queue, but as soon as an agent is available, the script will skip in the branch selected and browsed some logical, you have there. So even if he is waiting, he will get finally to this logic just before it is connected. Note that in both cases, while the steps that you inserted are running under the selected branch, the agent will be in a reserved state until these measures have been completed.

    Hope this helps,

  • Can localization of Applications-why I not see my group of resources (the App title) in the properties of my project?

    Hello

    I followed the 'Localization of Applications' chapter in the development Guide (4.2.1).

    I was able to make it work in my Java Code.

    However, when I go into the properties of my project, I can't select my resource group tab resources.

    The drop-down list is empty.

    What I have to do something special?

    I followed the instructions closely however.

    Thank you!

    Too bad, it was stupid... but in case, it might be useful to someone...

    The application package had a character lowercase and the character was uppercase in the package of the header of the resource file.

  • blank resource visa info during the first round

    Hi all

    I am trying to run the pilot of 6100 fluke on a fluke remote 6100.  When I run the initialization of the remote device, I always get the following error message:

    VISA: (Hex 0xBFFF000E) the given reference of session or the object is not valid.

    I followed the problem and saw that the visa being passed resource name contains no valid information (see below).  That is not sensible, since when I select the name of the resource from the drop-down list, the program has clearly recognized the remote device.  Why the program allow the user to select the resource of visa but won't visa valid for driver information?

  • Radio button problem: selected property of Option does not work

    I want an Option among two options in the radio group to be selected by default at the beginning of the application.

    Here are the ways I've tried.

    using QML:

    {Page}
    content:
    {Of container
    RadioGroup {}
    Option {}
    selected: true
    text: 'feminine '.
    value: female
    }
    Option {}
    text: 'Male '.
    value: male
    }
    }
    }
    }

    using RPC code:

    QmlDocument * qml = QmlDocument::create ("main.qml");
    AbstractPane * root = qml-> createRootNode();

    RadioGroup * group = RadioGroup::create () .add (Option::create () .text ("option 1").selected (true)) () .add
    (Option::Create () .text ("option 2")) .add)
    Option::create () .text ("option 3"));

    Application::setScene (page::Create (). Content (Group));

    in both directions, I get options with text, but default selection is not made.

    Use quotation marks for the value tag.

    If this does not help, you can try this:

    Page

    {
    content:

    Container

    {

    RadioGroup

    {

    onCreationCompleted:

    {

    Female.Selected = true;

    }

    Option

    {

    ID: female
             text: 'feminine '.
    value: 'Female'

    }
    Option

    {

    ID: male
    text: 'Male '.
    value: 'Mâle'
    }
    }
    }
    }

  • Explain plan for select distinct

    I got 1 of the online test and there the question has been asked. I have already answered but curious to cross-check my response with your advice...

    Question

    Explain what information plan if the show room in SQL indicates that a separate select statement is made in the SQL.

    The choices are:

    Sort by a join

    b sort by

    c single fate

    d sort aggregate

    group e - sort by

    My answer

    I gave aggregates of SORT but it seems that his unique kind, because when I run explain plan then I see (unique) hash. Please guide

    SEPARATE will identify unique rows. So in the given choice it would be KIND of UNIQUE. But oracle could go other plans as UNIQUE HASH or same INDEX FULL SCAN.

    Look at the oracle does not SORT.

    SQL> select distinct ename from emp;

  • Lasso selection

    What is this tool really intended? It doesn't seem to work...

    I draw the suggested tilde (see the drawing of gestures) and pull the mobile dotted around the object, close the loop and rejection. Ants vanish and no selection has been made.

    What I am doing wrong?

    Thanks in advance,

    Bo

    Hi Bo,

    The lasso is to group the objects so that they can be moved in one piece. I have attached an image, see if it helps (you) must make sure to capture all objects when you draw the lasso.

    Just one thing... I'm not sure what you mean by "mobile dotted."

    Let me know how it goes.

    Sue.
