  Have 2 accounts. A Regional, an outlook.com service. EAS was working fine until this weekend. This morning new e-mail is displayed in the Inbox. If I search, I get the message, then the phone is their reception.

  Solved the problem in safe cleaning of the device and setting things up again from scratch. Seems no other way to fix it.

• BlackBerry Q10 connection screen does not appear

  I have a Q10 and I can not log on screen to display.  When I click on the high background to unlock the screen, the screen came as usual, but in the upper part, the media volume is displayed. When I go to swipe to get the log to the screen the screen cleared all my alerts, but the login screen does not appear (although the display of the media volume is still there).  I plugged it in to see if that would do anything and now see a message that says "charging your battery more quickly, use the charger supplied with this device" but I was.  Any ideas?

  Hi, when I enter my Windows Live email via the Windows 8 tiles (on the start page of Windows 8) mail a lot of my email seems to have been deleted (not by me).

  When I went to the web address Outlook.com & signed this way, my emails all seem to be there.

  However, when I click again on the Mail tile on the start page of Windows 8, the missing e-mails are always all the missing - IE. seem to be deleted (and not by me).

  I don't want to keep going to Outlook.com web address just to check my email when there is a tile from Windows Mail on Windows 8 start page.

  So can you me how Windows 8 Mail tile to show all emails that are in there?

  Change the e-mail app settings. The e-mail application only shows the most recent part of your story by email (especially for the performance and storage issues, I think). Go to the charm of settings and change it to what you want.

• Windows Mail is not properly all my email collection

  Windows Mail is not properly collecting all my email - some messages show only an empty folder. I can identify the messages affected through my ISP and send them to myself, but it's really annoying and doesn't always work.  I was hoping it was a temparary glitch, but it happened for weeks.   Hi there, my Windows Live Mail that I used for years has left work yesterday.  I tried to sync it with my hotmail account and it wouldn't work.  Then I tried to delete more spam in my account, only to get an error message saying: "an unknown error has occurred."  And I went on hotmail.com and actually signed in my email deleted messages, and direct mail does not reflect that.  It will allow me to download, but will not let me write emails or send anything or the other.  What is gong on?  I tried to uninstall and re install the program and that has not worked.  How can I get help?  Thank you

  I use V14.0.1

  I had simliar problems both at home and at work while using Firefox. IE and chrome works very well in these two places.

  While I am at home, and not using any proxy, it worked after disbaling spdy i.e. network.http.spdy.enabled set to false.

  However, when I'm at work (by browsing through a proxy, Ironport in this case) and it does not work. I noticed that it is not only the keyword google search or google sites, but none of the https / ssl working site. He invites me repeatedly for authentication of the proxy, and even if I type my proxy username and password, it does not work.

  I have been with older versions of firefox for a while and have not had this kind of problem before.

  Any idea?

  I did a software update which gave me the opportunity, I used to have on my old blackberry devices which had the possibility to delete emails from my Pocket (only) computer or my handheld and my server (it was not available when the Q10 is out).

  I then went on vacation in Europe and while I was there and since I am new I did more this option!

  Anyone know how I can return this option again please because it's actually a really useful option.

  BB10 devices with OS 10.2.1.1925 and higher, there are options to delete only on the handheld and to delete on the server and your handheld.

  In BlackBerry Hub, tap on three points at the bottom right, frame, display and action. Scroll down and set the parameter "remove the ' field.

  In addition, your phone number in your profile. It is not recommended because it's public forums and spammer can only send you unwanted messages... You can modify it from "My setting" at the top left of this page and change it to your carrier name.

  Thank you! I just got through Q10 helps Blackberry and they helped me to change some settings of my account which solves the problem. They were helpful and courteous and professional. So, I'm a happy guy now!

  Hello and welcome to the community!

  Each time a random strange behavior or slowness comes, the first thing to try is a proper reboot:

  • Pre-BB10 ONLY devices. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
  • Peripheral BB10. Hold the top button until the counter reaches zero. Wait for the unit to be completely stopped (for example, nothing appears on the screen, no lights, etc.). Hold the top button until the red light. Wait through the entire boot process. If this fails, you can try the method of battery-pull above, but it is normally NOT recommended unless nothing else works.

  See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.
