  I've seen some KB13355, which is not much help.  It indicates that you can manually import a cert that is received on the phone via emnail, but I can't find how to do this.  We do not want our users to install if possible Office Manager.  I checked the users guide and searched the RIM support site but can't seem to find instructions on how to manually import the cert.

  OK - I just tried a test... try this.

  On the BB, open an email containing the attachment .cer. Scroll down to the bottom of the message and find the link to the cert downstairs (not the 'Annex 1' above). Highlight, then click on the BBKey. Select the certificate to recover (you might need to open the full menu). Then BBKey again and select view certificate... which should show you even more options. Unfortunately, I cannot completely validate the installation process that I already have the cert installed on mine I need, so he told me to go ahead would not be good because what I installed is newer than what I display.

  My plantronics headset travel stereo bluetooth (with a2dp and avrcp profiles that correspond to the phone) does not work when you listen to the music/tv/video. He worked very well with my motorola and samsung phones, so I don't want to give it up.  Plantronics tells me that the device should work with this phone model. The whole is described on crackberry as compatible.  I can have conversations on the headset in stereo, but no matter what settings I have change / disconnect the battery / re-pair of headphones I still can't make it work. Is there a setting I can change in the phone other than encryption that will solve this problem? Sprint could not help me.   I hope you can, so I do not get this phone.

  Well, I love my blackberry even more now... In more recent versions of Pandora, Slacker, Radio Companion, etc., you can go into the options and select bluetooth or turn on bluetooth in the context menu.  This did not work very well in previous versions or did not even exist in Pandora.  I continued to try newer versions and now all three programs I tried to work reliable with bluetooth stereo.  So I left my blackberry on the other side of the gym until I realize he had disappeared and he has not yet cut.  Hoping soon too SprinTV updated!  Thank you for we hear on RIM HERE!   Yes, I solved the problem by choosing a password that is shorter and more simple, i.e. digital all or all letters seems to work. You must disable encryption so that the phone will allow you to change the password and the turn it back on once you have finished.

  My guess is that encrypt the content in the background with a password alphanumeric mixed dark was taking too long & does not complete until the phone has been reduced from the mode standby or turned off at the end of the day. Maybe he would finally completed but who knows? Now complete encryption in less than a minute after I lock the phone & the lock closes the on-screen.

  Official support of BlackBerry Twitter weren't much help. They suggested that encryption works only when it is connected to BES & BIS as I am. Obviously isn't true since my crypt phone now on BIS as it should.
