  You are able to test with another battery? If this does not help, and if you have access to a computer, I recommend to backup your data using the BlackBerry® Desktop Software and perform a clean reload of your BlackBerry® Device Software in order to avoid any problem of software that can be the cause of the black screen.   It is normal that the timer to appear during the installation of the applications.  It disappears once the application is installed.

  on my BlackBerry Curve 9320 normally I have a very good WiFi connection because my router is directly beside me. For two days, I have the problem that, when I'm on Wifi, it does not run any connection (not even the browser); on the mobile network, everything works fine. I restarted my phone several times, but the problem is still there. It's a little crazy because I got the phone only 1 months ago. Can someone help me?

  Remove the battery while your phone is on, then replace it. Then restart your wireless router.

  I need a third-party application to open these documents. I downloaded Mobipocket Reader on my PC, the program recognized a downloaded a player for BB. I have imported the Word documents and can now read on the BB. Yayee!

• BlackBerry Smartphones "timer" in the middle of the screen, battery drain, slow, etc...

  I've been running OS 6 (service pack 1879 was a leaked version) absolutely smoothly on my Bold 9700 for several months and in the last days my phone has simply becomes unnecessary.  (I'm on Orange UK)

  Need AAAAAGES nothing to do, the timer is always on the screen, it warms up and the battery lasts a few hours.  It started overheating yesterday and it is constantly "work" even when doing nothing.  It takes like 2 minutes to get the screen of my password and then another minute to typing to thre, etc. etc...

  I tried the things:

  clear the event log

  disabling memory compression

  battery grips

  removing applications, I use often (I only use Facebook and Facebook, both have feeds update 1 hour value or never)

  deletion of messages/music/photos

  updated desktop software and to return to a return to the top 2 weeks ago, when it worked fine

  Disabling the automatic connections 'hot spots' on the wifi...

  and nothing seems to fix... I'm ready to cry in frustration.

  I have never use flashing light or vibrate... I also pretty much only use BBM during my work day (no calls) and my battery normally lasts well over a day.

  This upward as there should be a few SLEEP update coming, but or desktop software or updated offfer wireless anything...

  Should I stay if I can't find an official release?

  I figured out it's a memory leak...

  I've been using an unoffical OS6 for centuries, but the other night I downgraded to obtained OS5 OS6 official UK Blackberry out and re-installed and it works like a dream.

  Have you checked your network. Is this picture is really uploaded under your current display picture. Are other contacts of yours, the visualization of your previous display picture or something else.

  Recently my Torch 9800 has decided to show only 1/3 of the screen when I check messages or SMS. Is there a toolbar of the message locked in place 2/3 of the way to the top of the screen and nothing but white underneath. I asked a few Blackberry users and nobody seems to know how to get this toolbar to disappear and my full back screen to read the messages. If anyone can help? Thanks MickJ.

  until yesterday, my SMS to view format threaded with the last message at the bottom. Now, for some reason, it shows with my messages sent in order at the top of the screen and received messages at the bottom.   See there is no special settings to change, I have faced this problem and corrected by the 4th time of traction battery. So I would say that you pull out battery and keep out for 2 minutes and reinsert.

  Ensure that the time zone is correct.

  Finally after a long dispute repair my flashlight, I decided to buy the 9320 curve, which I eventually did. Essentially, the bb is installed with BBM version 6.2. When I change my Dp it not turned to day, nor that I can view my DP friends. I heard that BBM 6.2 was such a problem, so is anyway to fix this or need to download the old version?

  problem solved. A reboot and my photos are starting to get the update. Some photo of my friends are not displayed. Maybe if they change the RFP then it will begin to update. In any case been solved

  Approval of safety timer editing is used by 3rd party applications to set the backlight timer to allow him to stay longer or expand the password resets when using the application.

I just got my blackberry curve today and I was wondering one thing: is it possible to make the phone set up a new screen (as do most other phones) when I get a new text message? good now it vibrates or makes a noise, but keeps my background, which is inconvenient because it is harder to know if I have a text or not.
