BlackBerry Smartphones Trackpad freezing after trackpad replaced several times. Advice please.

I have a 9300 Curve with OS 6. I can't return the unit to the original vendor (out of warranty).

It's the kind of case.

1.) Trackpad stops scrolling after the backlight turns on again. After a delay of 10 seconds, it works well

2.) after an hour or two the trackpad stops scrolling completely. The "push button" trackpad works well.

(3.) I have hard reset the device. Trackpad will stop working completely (does not scroll and pushing as a button does not work either)

4.) I send phone in for repair.

5.) if it works after "trackpad cleaning and replacing" my phone works very well for a few days. Then the problem starts again.

6.) If cleaning does not work, they replace my trackpad. This usually works for a few weeks to a month. Then the problem starts again

I'm sick of having the phone is sent for the trackpad to replace just over and over again.

Does anyone have advice? Or ideas on what is the REAL problem? Pleas help. I posted a similar topic 3 months ago, when the problem occurred. But no one answered. Suffice it to say that I still have this problem.

Yes, you can try to reload the software, but it looks like you're under OS6 already.

I think this is the card that gives you problems.  You can try to reinstall the software, but I don't know if this will help.

    After my bb bold 9900 stayed in mentinance for more than a month for a white screen problem and after I had funlly and it was running smoothly

    but after I restored my data from a file backup and update my app world it restarted and it works for 10 seconds only and freezes

    someone know how to fix knowing that I tried to reboot in safe mode and yet it freezes after 10 seconds exactly

    I was able to solve this problem by removing the world app via blackberry desctop Manager

    but yet, I need the world app one facing this problem?

    I restarted the phone while its connected to the Manager of desctop and got to applications and removed the app world

    After that, the phone worked probably

After entering my e-mail address and password on the identification window BB log the process gets as far as "authentication."     I deleted the app World app on my Torch (Blackberry button symbol gives you options to remove) and downloaded another version on the site of World Apps on my Torch.  Now everything works perfectly.

You may still do a battery pull or using the "Quickpull" app from time to time when things get slow.

    I bought a Blackberry 9900 in September 2011.

    I suggest a completely clean OS reload... perhaps to aid installation method below 'skeleton' slow...

    At the top of each forum device, there should be some 'sticky' threads dealing with the level of the OS available for many models. If they understand your model, please use those as a reference as you go along. Otherwise, you will have to dig through the download portal official for packages of OS for your model:

    From a PC, you can install any compatible OS package (for example, for your BB model exact number) of a BB via this procedure:
