  I've updated BBM from version 7 to 7.0.1. After the reboot, I found that my BBM was gone. I checked my world in Blackberry World, to see that it is installed, but it was gone.   I am a new owner of a BB torch.  I recorded with BB ID yesterday and then tried to connect to World Apps BB on my Torch. After entering my e-mail address and password on the identification window BB log the process gets as far as "authentication." I clicked on the Apps World button several times later in the day with the same result that IE always says "Authentication" and I can't cancel the window and start over.

  I deleted the app World app on my Torch (Blackberry button symbol gives you options to remove) and downloaded another version on the site of World Apps on my Torch.  Now everything works perfectly.

  I bought a Blackberry 9900 in September 2011.
