• BlackBerry Z10 sound profiles does not

  I am using BlackBerry Z10 for the last 4 weeks and BlackBerry for 3 years, and so far all very well, with this new phone until yesterday. I was using the phone normally when all of a sudden, he stops himself and since it restarts itself I can't change my notification profiles, it is stuck on the silence, my LED doesn't flash when I get texts, it is impossible. I went into a store, EA, they told to upgrade my software to the next version, I did it, not to fix a problem.

  Solution!
  (1) while playing music:
  (2) open the back cover,
  3) press the buzzer of connection on the back (just below the location of the battery). Even now, I managed to apply pressure to the power supply without removing the lid, while playing music. It works!
  (4) fixed!

  In fact, I had my replaced BlackBerry until I knew the Solution. Not even the carriers know this solution! Thank you BlackBerry to another question on the flagship model. Disappointed. .. .and this from a massive loyal BlackBerry user... and creating this forum account to be able to help other users, pain!

• BlackBerry Z10 STL100 10 - 1 AFTER the 10.2.0.242 of the ISSUE of the RANDOM STOP

  After 10.2.0.242 my phone gets stop randomly and does not start. I have to connect it to the charger and it is started after 15-20 minutes. the question is random stop, as in any application, any time, it will stop and take the time to start.   My headphones (beats studios) only works with the left ear when connected. The helmet has never had a problem on my old iPhone 4 and currently with my rMBP so I know that's not the headphones. Any suggestions?

  There seems to be a problem with the jacket of the head. They are defective for a few pieces and the jacket cannot recognize the HP in the same case, what makes the phone to give no sounds on the notification.

  Try to use different headphones. If the problem persists try replacing the model.

  Recently all of a sudden the clock and bedside mode are not workin, they open, give me a black screen, and then close.

  I did a factory reset then it works, when I restore my data that it stops working again.

  The only thing I can suggest is to do the wipe and then not restore the data, I realize that means that other applications are not restored either.

  However, as I know there no other way to remove the data from bedside apps.

• BlackBerry Z10 any additional info on the Z10 USB sync with Microsoft Outlook?

  Many people in these forums will recall, BB has promised the month last to introduce USB sync contacts / calendar with MS Outlook. This should happen in two steps: (1) a synchronization that is unique between the phone and computer and two-way synchronization (2) then in a future upgrade to BB link. However, I can't find any information on the question of whether or not this promise has been kept. As I took my Z10 back to the shop on this issue, but to rebuy once the USB sync problem is solved, I'm obviously curious about what progress has actually been made. Website own of BB is apparently silent on the issue (unless they skilfully buried the answer in a hidden corner of the site). All answers gratefully received. Thank you.

  Resolved, had to repair the Z10 with the PC!  Would have thought that upgrading software would have saved the environment so that this step was not necessary (played with this for several weeks and market).
