Blue screen of PC tailor-made

I built a custom a little pc back, but it hangs at random times, gives me the blue screen. How can I find out what's wrong with it.

Here's the file dump of the last fall.

So the problem seems to be memory. Should I get the new ram sticks?

How can I do to get rid of the problem.

the blue screen is also known as the 'blue screen of death '. However, it is actually a message that provides information about the crash of windows.

There are several reasons why the computer would crash and the analysis of the error code on the scree blue of death and the internal error logs may provide a clue as to why the system hangs.

Although we do not have your error codes, it could be rationalized that in your particular case, the accident may be associated with the update files.

Thus, one of the possibilities of the accident is that something is wrong with your file system and update of the files on the disk is not possible.

Maybe your anti viral is badly configured and prevents the updates to your system.  Maybe your system is infected and corrupted files / infected are prevented from being updated with the authentic system files. Perhaps the master file table is not indexed and so update of the files is not possible.

all these are only indicative, but you can probably see where you are going with this.

  • YouTube crashes my computer. Blue screen event.

OK, so I have a Toshiba laptop running Windows Vista. The browser I use is Mozilla Firefox (just recently downloaded a new beta version of it too and tried, doesn't help). Every time when I am on youtube, my computer stops and gives me a blue screen (it takes sometimes an hour, two hours, three hours, or more, he also made right after the computer starts, and I tried with open, only youtube is not that I'm running too much, I don't think). Then it restarts itself until I have a chance to read anything on the blue screen and tells me that windows is recovering from an unexpected shutdown. It gives me nothing when I'm looking for a solution, but it's the details it gives me:

    Signature of the problem:

Then I thought I should check the manufacturer's Web site. At first, I was sure that it was something wrong with my DVD player, but I fixed and it is always the case. A little more than a week, I did a restore of the system at the factory, so I am not convinced that that is going to work, however I didn't start having this problem until AFTER I did the restore... then maybe it was? I do not know.

Someone suggested that I acquired a virus. I have anti-virus software.
And may not have something to do with my computer overheating because I use a cooling block. Any help would be much appreciated!

Oh! And it occurs both in Internet Explorer. And I always check the updates of Windows on my computer. I download when I have them, but right now I have not any significant.

I was finally able to get the blue screen to stay long enough for me to read. It said it would close down because it has detected a problem and is trying to prevent any damage to my computer. He said that if I had never seen the message before, just restart, but if I had seen him before following a bunch of steps I don't understand completely...

To check if a disk space sufficient (-adequate for what?)

If a driver is identified in the stop message (which I do not know if it is) I need to disable the driver (which I do not know how) or consult the manufacturer for the update of the driver (I guess that means on the Web from Toshiba site?)

Change video cards (once more... no idea?)

He also tells me to check the hardware provider for the BIOS update (don't know what it is or how to make)
Disable the BIOS such as caching memory options or shading (still don't know)

Then he told me how to go in safe mode, if I need to do it this way.

    Then he says this:

    STOP: 0X0000008E (0 X 0000005, 0X8D8497C0, 0XA6EFB6B8, 0X00000000)
    igdKmd32.sys - address 8D8497C0 base at 8 803000, DateStamp 4851d0b0

And then said a bunch of stuff about dumping something memory to disk or whatever.
If ya... If anyone knows what this means and can help me... PLEASE DO!

PS. A BETA version of Mozilla Firefox is my browser by default at the moment because in the past, I met problems with Internet Explorer

    The flash player update

To BSOD issue, it can happen due to a hardware or software problem, but in your case I think it's software to associate s.
If the flash update does not help, recover the device again and experiment with new new preinstalled OS.

    Hello

I try to help my in-laws with their SPA10 Pro Satellite. I had set this up for them a few months ago and it was working fine.
Now it reboots about two seconds after the "use last good configuration ' screen etc, gets to the screen again then restarts immediately to infinity, never a break on error message for long enough to see what he says.
I managed to boot from the Windows XP home and got disc with respect to the repair or continue with the installation screen. When I asked the computer don't either TI stuck on blue screen almost immediately. The error message is
    STOP: 0X000000C5 (0X00000002, 0X00000001, 0X00000000, 0X8082B98B)

This is beyond my skill level, someone can help?
    Thank you

    Hello

It is not easy to tell what the problem is here and what your in-laws have made with this device. Try to start the machine in safe mode by pressing F8 at the beginning upward. What unit starts check a bit if some strange software is installed.

If there is no important data, I advise you to install the new OS. On this way, you will be sure that it is not because of software. If the problem persists then is the question is more complicated and there may be a hardware failure.

At the moment I can't tell you more. Try to make the clean OS install and post again on the results.

  • Qosmio G10-137: blue screen after re-install using Recovery CD

    Hi all

just got my qosmio G10-137 earlier this week after being under repair since the beginning of the month of January! Guys made the repair found no better then install the Dutch version of the operating system. I don't like this, then I took out my recovery CD and began the recovery. Everything works fine and I am asked to remove the media and reboot my PC.

This beautiful laptop to start early and... Blue screen of death. Restarts, wonder how to restart... count up to normal reboot... BSOD... restarts, wonder how... I choose "Safe Mode"... BSOD... I choose the mode safe mode with prompt... the system.ini file is missing!

It seems that the recovery CD is bogus.

If someone has encountered this? Does anyone have any resolution?

    Kind regards
    Wim

    Hello

It s very strange because the recovery CD was tested and install several times. It should work without any problems.
I put t know where you come from, but the service partner should install the Windows operating system in the same language. In this case, if you bought the device in Dutch the recovery CD and the OS are in the Dutch language.
Please note that you must use the same recovery CD that came with the device. Another recovery CD will not work.
What you can do is to test the unit with an original CD of Microsoft Windows. It would be very interesting to know if the blue screen appears with the original Windows.

  • Satellite P205-S6337 - blue screen and the black screen with the display driver

    Hello
It is my first time here, so let me know if I did something wrong in the post or something of the sort.

    Info:
    Toshiba Satellite P205-S6337
    Windows OS: Win XP Pro SP3 x 86 (x 32)
    BIOS version: 1.40
    RAM: 2 GB
CPU: Intel Core2 T5300-1.73 GHz, 1.73 GHz (Dual Core)

At the beginning I was watching a video on my laptop with Media Player Classic, I made an update of windows, after I did the update and rebooted my computer I tried to re - open the video with Media Player Classic, then once I did it kept freezing, then gives me a BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) saying :
    'igxprd3 '.
    Beginning physical memory dump
    memory dump complete physics. »

So I kept getting that whenever I tried to watch a movie, so I thought it was due to the update of windows, because it is is not the first time that the updates on their part messed up everything. So I reformatted and once he was done after I install all the driver I want to restart my computer, once Windows is started almost entirely the screen begins to bog down then finally go completely black, the computer seems to work very well once he does, but just no screen, so I went in SafeMode (F8) and would be either disable or uninstall the video After that it would be fine, just that it does not use the video card and all current graphic stuff are bogged down and looks bad and I installed versions older and more recent video card and it always does.

Since I'm more savy with desktop and never loved laptop a lot, but what I've tried and what not it just seems that the video card is out. I even tried it blow and ensuring that everything is in place, but I hope I'm wrong and he is not out, if so, is there a way to put a new or add another external any?

The only thing I could think about maybe trying to update the BIOS, but I never had no problem BIOS with any thing with that I'm not kidding, and never a update BIOS since Ive never liked to play with her.

    Hello

In General, change the graphics card is not possible because the graphics card is attached to the motherboard. In this case the entire motherboard must be replaced and an authorized service provider can ask for help.

A point would be interesting: you can install Windows Toshiba Recovery disk? I ask this question because it would be interesting to know what is happening with the factory settings. And you can determine if this hardware or software problem.

  • Portege R700 3G - blue screen WwanUsbMp.sys

    Hello

We have two Portégé R700 (first part no PT311E-01G01JEN) bought 2 months apart, but both with the same problem. All of our other laptops of the same model running Windows XP and do not have this problem.

Windows 7 32 - bit freezes or blue screening at all times when it is connected to 3G in Ericsson device using the. Blue screens give a message "IRQL not less or equal to" and creates a crash dump file that points to a problem with WwanUsbMp.sys

Both machines above using the standard image of Toshiba Windows 7 that comes pre-installed. Both have the Citrix DNE for Windows 7 installed [(see here) update | http://www.citrix.com/lang/English/lp/lp_1680845.asp] and the Cisco VPN Client v5.0.07.0410.

A laptop computer uses the 3G of the image of Toshiba driver, while the other has been upgraded to the latest version available from Toshiba.

The problem is persistent, and led to an accident, after which it either from 2 to 20 minutes when it is connected to a 3G network, but is yet collapsed when connected via GPRS or EDGE, although he made a blue screen after the computer was put into hibernation when you are connected to the GPRS on one occasion.

Forums for other manufacturers show problems with this particular Ericsson device state to update the firmware, but as an OEM device, the firmware must come from the manufacturer of the laptop and Toshiba claim there is no all available.

Has anyone else seen this problem? Any suggestions?

    See you soon

    Andy

    Hi mate

Have you tried a pilot 3G update?
You can find it on the European driver Toshiba page.
    Currently, there is a 3 G Driver v r2y04 out to the 28/09/10.
Please check if you can use this new driver

  • Equium M50 shows black lines on sceen followed to blue screen

    Help please!

I have Equium M50-192, who suffered with this problem for some time. More often, looking at youtube. APPER of black lines on the screen and no response from the mouse or the keyboard. But the sound continues. In a few seconds - a blue screen on death! And then a reboot. I think its something to do with the graphics card. I changed and then returns to the original driver - same thing happens. Check the bios.

Any ideas. Otherwise its time for a new laptop!

    Hi 7hili7,

And what of your operating system? Use you to XP, Vista, Windows 7, or another OS?

Why do you think this has something to do with your graphics card? What is your personal feeling or do you have made specific for this?

Without BSOD STOP code it s hard to say why this is happening. Blue screens can have much reason to also check your RAM and HARD drive using the special tools such as Memtest86 and Drive Fitness Test.

  • Crash blue screen Tecra M4

    Hello
I've been a satisfied customer of Toshiba Tecra M4 until recently. Lately and is getting worse every day, I have known many of these blue-screen breaks down in which a physical memory dump takes place and usually a different file is mentioned (a dll windows or vga or a number of other types of files). He also mentioned to disable memory cache or shading, but I can't find these options in the Bios or anywhere else...? I also checked all my drivers and nothing seems to be wrong, as well as checked if there were updates the Bios, but could not find.

I bought my tablet in the United States but now live in Germany. I've had for about half a year now and never experienced this before a few weeks, although last week, I can't do anything without it crashing.

As soon as I bought the camera I added 1 GB of RAM, but I doubt that because he didn't at the time. I seem to have tried everything, and it won't go away, advice? And if it comes down to it, where can I send it to get repaired or replaced? My warranty is still good... Thanks for all the help
    Good bye

PS: I also had a problem with the display, it seems dust was formed between the lcd and the top cover, this problem has been worse and worse yet, I don't know how they do, but they will not disappear... so my best bet is to send it in for repair or replacement, where I could do so, who should I contact , (again, I have now live in Germany, but made my purchase in the United States)
    Thank you...

    Hi Philippe

On this path, it is not easy to tell exactly what is happening with your laptop. In my detailed problem just opinion analysis can give precise answers. If you can not work more comfortably backup your data and reinstall the OS using a supplied recovery media.

On this way the unit will be own pre-installed and hardware and software should work smoothly again. I put t know what kind of warranty you have, but it is possible that you will have some problems with the security here in Europe. I'm not sure about this, but you can request that the partner of service in your country.

You can find them under http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/su/su_gaspLocator.jsp?pf=true.

Good luck and I hope that you will be satisfied again!

  • Re: Satellite C660-1LD blue screen while trying to connect to internet

I had a lot of trouble trying to get my laptop to connect to internet, when I was trying to solve it, the blue screen appeared and it stops, I didn't have enough time read all the information so I don't really know why it appeared. The laptop has rebooted and still cannot connect to our wireless network, I tried many restorations system that could not realize even though I tried it after I turned off my AVG protection.

Finally he connected and I was able to go on the internet for a short period of time with a very temperamental connection, disconnect and then again after about 15 minutes, I fought so he can connect again, but when I finally made the connection seems well and does not drop.

I stopped it and when I turned it back I had the same problem again, it wouldn't connect, the store could not solve the problem, although several times he has identified the problem as a "problem with the wireless adapter. I tried everything I could think of, more system restores, re - install the "network adapters" in the Device Manager, change the maximum power for the wireless adapter options and check the computer does not turn off the current record, remove all the wireless networks and then try to reconnect to their. After about 2 hours, I managed to get it to connect again after the restart it in safe mode and the connection is good now.

But I'm afraid I'm having this issue whenever I turn my laptop to go on the internet. I am also very concerned about the "blue screen" which came, it happened yet and it was the first time I have ever seen one and I have been informed by friends that his pretty severe and is known as the 'blue screen of death '. I don't know if it's something to worry about or if it's just a stop? Is it possible that my laptop could have some kind of virus or bug? Or a possible hardware problem? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm fairly certain that there is a problem with my laptop and not on the wireless network I can access the internet on my iPhone and internet works perfectly on all laptops of my roommate.

    Thank you

    Hello

You should not worry BSOD. I guess that the reason was a software conflict.
Are you using the original OS that you got with your laptop or your own installation of the OS?

Have you noticed this problem with WIFI only?
    You can use LAN?
Have you tried to test with another router and other WLAN?

  • Photosmart HP B210a more: HP Photosmart Plus B210a shows a blue screen with error B8145558 and restart.

For two weeks now my HP Photosmart Plus B210a was wrong to behave. Until that time, I was a happy user, but since it says there is an error in the printer and that I should turn it works again.

Putting out voltage is actually not possible using the button, as this will trigger a reboot, ending up on the same screen as before. During the start cycle, I have a brief moment where I can access the regular menu before it shows a blue screen with the B8145558 error code. 2 seconds after it is shown, a white screen appears with the title of printer error and the message to reboot.

So far, I have cleaned the print head and the connections of all dirt and residues. I even managed to start and finish in a copy process, before it gives me the error. However, the error will come, and then it's over.

Someone has encountered this problem before? Currently, I find only 1 reference to this error in Google and not on this site. Any suggestions that I could try?

    Hi @kootstra,

From your description, I suspect there is a problem with the firmware that may be irreparable. We can try a reset, but because the printer will not stay on very long main screen until the error appears that we are not able to access the menu of support, we need to reset.

I'll send you a PM (private Message), but before I do, please see the HP Privacy Statement.

A few resets require you to enter key combinations to open special menus on your printer that you were supposed to never access.  These special menus are used by developers and staff support for debugging of problems, but they are not intended for inexperienced users and can have unexpected results.  A wrong button push and you might no longer have a printer, but rather an expensive paper weight.  On top of that, if you happen to the 'brick' the printer in this way, it is considered as customer induced damage and voids the warranty automatically. These resets are only intended to be distributed and used as a last resort and under the direct instruction of a representative of the HP technical support. They should not be made lightly!

  • Blue screen on HP on HP all-in - One PC Vision

Hello. For the last week or so my PC all-in-One was bat with a blue screen every time that comes out of hibernation. It seems not serious if it went into hibernate on its own, or through start-> sleep action. The blue screen usually indicates a page KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR error.

I restored my system to attempt to repair. He did, for a while, but today it started again.

A few web searches made me suspect that it is a manifestation of problems with the fix for Microsoft KB2670838. Other users have reported blue screens after installing (usually as a sine qua non for IE 10), although I have not seem to reports of what happens after a sleep, as it is for me.

Others hit this kind of problem? Suggestions on solving?

I intend to uninstall this hotfix, see if it helps. I'll report.

The number of my all-in-one PC product is

    HP Vision 120-1026

(Sorry, I wanted to include it).

I ran the diagnostics twice, but no problems were found with the S.M.A.R.T. tests or anything else; all the past. In addition, the hard drive is not that big by today's standards, just 685GB (not 1 TB or more as suggested the fix).

I have some good news, however. During the uninstall of the KB2670838 bug fix only made no apparent difference, I managed to solve the problem by using the system restore to restore my system to the first point of restoration, this day here. Thus, it seems that it is triggered by a Microsoft Update, but not pain causes one on other systems.

I configured my system for manual updates now and will see if I can identify the culprit was updated.
