  Using Driver Verifier is a dubious proposition. Most of the time it will crash and it will tell you what is the driver. But sometimes it will crash and will not tell you the driver.   I restart the computer and choose F9-Diagnotics.  When it opens.  I see that the test of memory has failed and has an error code of "BIOME-1" and the suggestion of "Please contact HP Support".

  Before all that happens, I reinstalled an antivirus program that I have used for several years without any problems.

  From your description, I suspect there is a problem with the firmware that may be irreparable. We can try a reset, but because the printer will not stay on very long main screen until the error appears that we are not able to access the menu of support, we need to reset.

  There are a growing number of messages in this forum and elsewhere in the internet with the steps to do a reset on different printers.  Reset to will sometimes fix problems, so resetting is not the issue.
