Bluetooth speaker stops after reboot

I have a blue tooth IDM8 iHome speaker.  I can add it without problem and it will play a sound, but if I turn off the speaker and back on is no longer works.  I have changed to the default drive and can see his bar up and down as his is assumed to be coming from the equipment, but it's not.  I should add again whenever I turn it off what can I do to solve this problem.  Site of manufacturers are no longer supports the device and can not find the drivers anywhere.

Hello

1. What is the number of brand and model of your computer?

2. have you connected Bluetooth speakers via Bluetooth dongle?

Follow the methods mentioned below:

Method 1:

Configure the Bluetooth audio as audio device in Windows 7 by default. To do this, follow these steps:

1. click on Start button and then click Control Panel.

2. in Control Panel, click hardware and sound.

3. under his, click manage audio devices.

4. in the box of his , click the read tab, select the Bluetooth device, click set as defaultand then click OK.

5 restart all media programs that are currently running.

Method 2:

Run the fixit available in the link below and check if that makes a difference

  • Bluetooth mouse reconnect after reboot

I recently bought a laptop Acer Aspire V3-575-53BP running Windows 10 and a Microsoft Bluetooth Mobile mouse 3600.  They have paired fine initially, but every time after that I turned off the computer and restart, the mouse does not connect.  When I go to Bluetooth settings, it shows the mouse as always matched, but I have to remove the device and re-pair the helmet to make it work.  Of course, I don't want to do that I start the computer each time.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?  Thank you!

I dropped the Bluetooth mouse.  Don't think it was a problem with the Acer, I tried the mouse on my laptop (ThinkPad) and got the same result.

As I have no recovery CD, I can't do anything (software installed when I bougth the PC without any CD included).

I have a good software entering (and identification number is located on the computer), but I can't find anywhere to download on a recovery disc (CD)?

    Very frustrating!

    Hello

There are several methods to reinstall Vista.

There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

They should do this for a small fee.

To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:

You need to change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order:

How to change the Boot order in BIOS:

    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/SS/bootorderchange.htm

"How to replace Microsoft software or hardware, order service packs and replace product manuals.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/326246

And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall Vista on how you purchased your computer.

The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)

    Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.

Ask them to the proper key sequence.

Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

If this happens, you may need to try this instead:

You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.

Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.

And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs

Here's how to do a clean install of Vista using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft:

"How to do a clean install and configure with a full Version of Vista '

    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/117366-clean-install-full-version-Vista.html

And once the operating system is installed, go to your computer manufacturer's website and get the latest drivers for your particular model or laptop computer.

And phone Activation may be necessary when you use the above installation method.

  • iPhone does not communicate w / bluetooth speaker when it is plugged

    9.3.2 IOS on iPhone 4S

I sometimes use my iPhone on long journeys to listen to my music and GPS directions using a speaker phone bluetooth. I noticed in the last months, after a software upgrade, that 2 devices communicate very well until I have plug the power cord into the iPhone. As soon as I do this, all sound stops coming out of the bluetooth speaker and nothing comes from the iPhone itself. I have not found any settings that look like they would affect. Any suggestions?

Have you checked if the two devices are paired again?

Have you tried to disable the bluetooth connection and turn it on again after plugging in the power cord?

  • Yoga 3 Pro: speaker stopped working (headphone jack still works)

Recently bought Yoga 3 Pro (Windows 8.1) the Lenovo Web site (2 months ago).

The speaker worked fine until yesterday. All of a sudden, the speaker stopped working, after I used the headset.

Now, only the helmet works and no sound can get out of the enclosure.

I updated the driver from RealTek speaker to a new version 9/2014. It did not help.

Does anyone have an idea on what could be the cause and how to fix it?

    Thank you!

My problem has been resolved to back the audio driver (which has been updated
through Windows Update automatically) to the factory default. The speaker
works again once the default driver has been reinstalled.

Now, one thing to note is that you must also disable the automatic
"update driver in" System Properties "==>"Material"==>"Device"tab
Installation settings"==> no, select"Let me choose what to do"==> and
Then select "never install driver from Windows Update." and ensure
"Automatically obtain the device app and info provided by your device.
Reference the manufacturer"is checked. This will not prevent the driver gets automatically
modified by Windows Update after your next reboot.

I hope this helps fix your situation also.

BTW, the likelihood of a material defect (speaker) is very very low...

    Good luck!

  • El Capitan keyboard does not not after reboot

I have a Macbook Pro 13 inch with OS X El Capitan 10.11.6

After one of the recent improvements, I met a problem, if I take my mac, the keyboard and the trackpad to respond enough lag (if I constantly try to move the cursor, he'll have a time and then for like half an hour it will completely stop responding and after this the other repeats). It only happens after reboot and only on the login screen. So if I put my mac to sleep and then wake up, everything will work perfectly. Same thing if I managed somehow to connect, once the keyboard and trackpad respond correctly. The only button that works fine after reboot is the power button, but it doesn't help much, because it charges does not solve the problem somehow: as soon as the user selection screen, keyboard and mouse stops responding again (or should I say "start answering from time to time").

I saw lots of questions here on the keyboard does not not after waking up, but as you can see, this isn't my situation.

    Try again in Safe Mode.

Start up all by holding down the SHIFT key. It takes five minutes longer because it is a disk first aid on the way up, and you MUST provide your user name and password, even if you normally the automatic connection.

  • Bluetooth works only after restart

I got my new iMac a few months ago, and since then, I had this annoying problem.
My bluetooth mouse and keyboard don't work after a reboot, in fact all bluetooth doesn't work after reboot.

When I start my computer and connect with a second mouse and plugged in the bluetooth keyboard is "not found" and there is not in the system of care either in bluetooth. But I googled and tried different things and makes the SMC reset and after restarting the bluetooth is rising and running after the connection...

Do I need to restart my computer everytime I want to use it?

    Hi Anna,.

You have an imac 27 "?

I bought a new one and spent a total of more than 20 hours on the phone to apple care. After a month, I return two different imacs and am now on the third.

After giving me bad suggestions a month, apple now care, it is true, now, not a month before, tell me that they have discovered a 'known problem' by which the new iMac 27 "with some configurations loses their bluetooth connectivity if an update of the BONE is made up of el capitan!  I don't see any other product you would have a problem with, even if you bought it new.

  • Windows 7 does not stop after updates

My computer will not stop after you install updates. What is the best way to solve the problem?

    Thank you
    Cam1956

    Hi cam1956,

The updates take time depending on the size of the file. If the update has hung so I suggest you hard reboot the computer and see if you can boot to the desktop. If you can boot to the desktop and then the updates are not installed will appear and which will be installed during the next update.

Run the troubleshooter in Windows 7 for Windows Update turn when starting the computer on the desk, and perhaps that should take care of the updates. Install updates by selecting two to both as the updates and see update is actually causing the problem.

Once you have identified the update that causes the problem, you can access the link below and install the updates manually.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/default.aspx/GP/downloadover/en-AU#TAB0

If you know the updates that must be installed, you can manually enter the KB update in the search bar the link to download the update manually.

If the computer does not start on the desktop, then I suggest you to start safe mode and see if you can boot to the desktop. If you are in the office, do a system restore which will take the computer to a time where it was working fine and then start to install the updates manually as suggested above.

Go to the link below for the procedure to start in Safe Mode and system restore.

  • Pairing bluetooth speaker

Blackweb Soundbrick bluetooth speaker.  I turn it on - voice ad power-pairing. BlueLight flashes quickly and the music playing on my laptop cannot be heard from the speaker if I connect it with the cable supplied with the speaker.

I click on the Bluetooth devices icon at the bottom right of the screen, says that Bluetooth is turned on and says that soundbrick is associated. Why can I not hear sound through the speaker unless I connect it with the cable? What should I do to fix this?

    Thank you for your response.

It turns out that after I had downloaded the update Atheros Bluetooth 8.0.1.305 the site to Acer.com and unzipped, it, I have it has not installed correctly.  Finally, I clicked on the exe Suite Bluetooth and it installed the update on my computer, and the speaker was able to connect.  Everything works fine now.
