Burning BluRay PE8

I have an external BluRay burner from LG (connected with USB2).

When I want to burn a HDV (1440 x 1080i) to BluRay movie it always stops after the rendering of burning a single circle on the BluRaydisk then there ruint.

If I take the same file to Nero 9, it burns immediately successful.

This was already the case in PE7 and now in PE8 it is not improved.

Anyone else with this problem?

Phew!  It's a process.

I guess all of you who are interested in creating a Blu - ray disc would have a Blu - ray drive for their computer.

Assuming that it is much easier to simply insert a rewritable Blu - ray disc and click START.

Another thing to have a virtual BD drive is that one would need also to have a Blu - ray player software in order to display the virtual disk.   While most of us, the creators of "Blu - ray" can burn a BD, it plays on our computer is often something different - since the software and burning software playback are two different things.

Also... experience, I learned that to have the different varieties of burning on my "very capable computer" software is a recipe for disaster (otherwise known to video as editors: crashes and deadlocks).   One VERY nice thing about Windows 7 (which I use) is that it will allow a user to create a separate "virtual machine" in which a user can run other programs on XP when they don't get along well with operating systems more recent.  So, if someone wants to have other engines burn on their computer, I suggest strongly that they consider having Windows 7 and then the installation of these engines on the virtual drive so that they do not interfere with the first.

  • Can I burn an AVCHD Disc in fcpX with a bluray burner

I'm having trouble sharing a 3 or 24 minutes of video on a BluRay disc and then insert a DVD-R in the bluray burner to burn an AVCHD Disc. fcpX shot of it and said "of the media in the drive cannot be used. " Please insert another disc. ». And Cancel burning is the only option.

I deleted all the files of rendering and a new rendering, rebooted etc.. I think remember me burning AVCHD discs directly from fcpX before, maybe a year ago. Are updates screwed up, or we cannot burn AVCHD discs in fcpx?

Then, with TOAST 10.0.09, when I create a master file as. FcpX h264 and then import to TOAST and burn BluRay disc with a DVD-R in it, TOAST now move to it also, saying there is a problem with the source material, 18771 error.

Fortunately the bluray discs are much cheaper now, right now for purposes of test/video editing, I have to go to the full monty and burn a disc bluray each time to avoid the relentless crash in the process.

Yes. But the PCF expects the output of a reader optics red laser (DVD writer), not a blue laser drive. Try using a regular DVD burner for AVCHD.

  • Been trying for a year to burn Blu - ray successfully, get the error code 3 As_error 97071

Error Code 3 As_error storage 97071 has losing me my mind. A year in an attempt to burn Bluray

[Duplicate message deleted... post the same question more than once is confusing... MOD]

[This is an open forum, not a direct line to Adobe support... you have to wait a response]

The pieces at the end of the 'Code 3' errors etc. BluRay can make all the difference. Yours is a "AS_storageerror" which is specified with a lot of different numbers. But there is no consistent fixes reported.

All of them seem to have physical storage, hard drive, or media-related questions. Keep in mind that, for Blu - ray, especially, still uses a huge amount of temporary storage. If under windows, make sure that you always use 'administrator' - it fixes many problems. If Mac, make sure that all temporary storage have read/write permissions.

In your case, google the following with punctuation as it is:

    still + 'storage_error =-97071.

There are underscore between 'storage' and 'error' and a sign less in front of the number.

This will help to focus on threads on your particular error.

Research of recall found no anything, although there are nets with your variation of the error.

  • Satellite C660 - 1 7: upgrade internal HDD and writer

    Hello.

I've recently upgraded the memory on my C660 - 1 7 to 8 GB. I want to improve both the internal hard drive as the DVD to the BluRay player.

Is there a maximum capacity that I can use for the hard drive? In the past, I had laptops that are limited in their ability because of the BIOS.

What burner BluRay that I can use or recommend? Is the interface for the command to remove a standard interface?

    Kind regards

    Richard.

    Hello Richard

I'll try to help you, but can you please tell me how much you paid for your laptop and how much you want to spend for the upgrade?

You know that the action is not logical for me. I put t know how many it will be cool, but why you didn t buy laptop best with all that stuff inside?
Instead of buying cheap Satellite C and later spend a lot of money for the upgrade (if the upgrade is possible) why you didn t buy Satellite A665 with the best material, best sound and best design in general?

  • I have a Blu - Ray player that does not work.

I have a HP dv7 1262us running SP2 from Vista and HP mediasmart 222.3309 and a DVD burner/bluray player. I can watch a dvd very well, but when I put in a bluray, he asked if I want to check the updates, I said yes and he flashes on the screen and ask you to check the updates again. I uninstalled medaismart and reinstalled twice and entered in the HP support and installed medaismart dvd v2.20 b2 five times, mediasmart can request to update and takes me on free upgrade to cyberlink website, I do this and it uninstalls and reinstalls the drivers. But still no bluray player. I can also go to windows Explorer and look at whats on the disk, so I know it isn't a hardware problem, but a problem with mediasmart. What should I do?

    Hello

You can use a free BD player or PowerDVD 10, you can download from the following links:

       http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp56501-57000/sp56904.exe

It should play fine of BD. A newer version will be delivered with the latest machines.

It is a known problem with menu elements 13/13.1 first when you are dealing with more than one line of text.

Please confirm which operating system and which version of Premiere Elements.

The only way found so far to get the final product to have 3 lines of title text for menus in the final product is to customize the theme to the movie Menu in the customization of the Menu movie of the project area, do not save, close the project at this time and can do the burn to. • "CS5.5 Code 14.

I'm trying to make a copy of Bluray using MPEG2BR or H264BR coding of material that was shot at the card in AVCHD 1080 x 1920 50I on my Panasonic camera.

"" "To the end of the period to transcode I get error Code 14" "or error 14" B outdated framework Code "on a 3 period transcode hours during 2.5 hours of material...

I only have this problem with this particular material things recently with the same settings work?

On the timeline, everything works and plays very well.

Have you tried both transcode the original again and exports to the first pro like MPEG2 Bluray... AMD now try Blurray H264 in Pro first, but do not expect a different result.

Also tried to place the material in Prem elements and attempt a Bluray in there, after a few hours, it hangs and crashes during transcoding.

    Ideas or workarounds appreciated!

Hi Jim, thanks for the reply.

I solved the problem but happy to add the background for others.

It seems as if the majority of the titles, I added to the default timeline 1440 x 1080 in a project otherwise 1920 x 1080 or I didn't notice settings have changed... has about 10 versions of a master. (Other titles are full of fat!)

I used sequence of correspondence to export settings because it shows 1440 x 1080 and now burned Bluray material (via an export in Bluray of H264 Pro Prem.). I had tried directly by dynamic link to still and auto transcoding in Encore and it produces the problem, also other settings of 1080 x 1920 because that's what I have set the parameters as initially.

I, now, I've finished the video and printed for disk, started to try to make the dynamic link as an experience as before but by removing the titles to see if the problem persists. This will have the advantage of full HD material and if it confirms the problem, again the Securities and re burn.

Cannot say have noticed the title size before or had this problem, but the relief out to disk is great! (Wedding video)!

Will update you when I go any further, but did not leave this hanging that I very much appreciate the answer.
