  When I updated all of my applications to 2015 CC, I lost the license for Photoshop and After Effects. All my other apps are not affected. I tried following the instructions here: Creative Cloud applications unexpectedly back in the test mode. CS6, CCM but it still says that there is no license associated with my account.  I'm running OS X version 10.9.5 and I version the full creative cloud student.   Christina I would advise you to Contact Customer Services and report this issue and they will be able to help you accordingly.

  Two creative cloud subscriptions registered under 2 different unusable i.d. together on a single computer.

  Must disconnect and connect each time as the creative cloud desktop application, in order to be able to use another subscription.

  I have spent today watching the installation for Discoverer 10.1.2.3 requirements have SOA Suite installed 10.1.3.4.
  
  What I have to install the standalone version in which the discoverer, but also that of SOA Suite or discoverer can fail installation SOA?
  
  Appreciate any thoughts on above spent some time searching through records to see if it would be possible to have a level shared for Disco and SOA suite. It seems unlikely, but wanted to check others who may have looked on this.

  Hi Cel
  Discoverer cannot fail to the OC4J installed for SOA. You need to install the separate stand-alone version for Discoverer. I also recommend installing this on its own server.

• Trying to run MS Word (and excel etc) I get error message "Microsoft office home and student 2010 is unable to verify the license for this product...".

  Buy a laptop computer with already installed microsoft 18 months ago. Use the activation key, thought everything was ok but recentley I was getting messages error and cannot find the original activation key. Bought a new 'family pack' office home and student 2010 pack (with disk). Loaded package but error message came back tellingme to remove all microsoft and re - load. Followed by the present instruction, now when I open MS word (or Excel etc) I get the error msg ' microsoft office home & student 2010 can not verify the license for this product. " You will need to repair the office program by using the control panel.

  Can someone explain how I can do this?

  You can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers of the same type (mac or pc), as long as you use it on one at a time. (multi product platform can be installed on the pc and mac platforms)

  It is advisable to disable the software on a computer on which it will be is most used, especially before giving away or selling the computer or reformat the hard disk.
