  Original title: my laptop has lost all printers and windows & no longer recognizes them. Help! I can't print anything

  I use my laptop computer in a docking station.  I took it out to take for a trip and when I got home I plugged it back (as I always do).  Just before the trip, I have upgraded to Windows 7 and all my printers were working very well.  When I got home and pluged again, Windows does not recognize one of my printers.  When I try to add printers a say8ing error message "Windows can't open add printer."  The local print spooler service is not running.  Please restat the spooler or restart the machine. "I tried to restart and turn off the printer, etc.  Can someone help me?

  This may occur if the print spooler requires other services, and these services are not running. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
   
  1. in Services, right-click on print spooler and then click Properties.
  
  2. click the Dependencies tab. The first box list all system services that must work for the print spooler start. These are dependencies.
  
  3 make a note of each service, click OK, and restart each service on which the print spooler is dependent, if the service is not already started. If a service is not started, right-click, click Properties, and then make sure that the startup type is automatic.

• My iphone 4 says it can not be used because it requires a version more recent iTunes (I have version 12.1.2.27 on Windows vista), but I can't update itunes because all later versions will not install on Windows Vista.

  My laptop runs on Windows Vista 64-bit Service Pack 2 and the latest version of iTunes that can be installed on it is version 12.1.2.27. After updating my iPhone 4 to the service pack 9, when I try to sync with my computer, I get an error message saying that my iPhone 4 cannot be used because it requires a newer version of iTunes.  The problem is that whenever I try to update iTunes, I get an error message saying that this iTunes Installer requires Windows 7 64 - bit edition or later.  My question is: are there at - it a solution for this, or can I just no longer sync my iPhone 4 on my computer?

  Did you choose to back up your device to iCloud via Wi - Fi?

  If the WiFi is enabled on the phone, connect to the adapter and wait the phone save automatically on iCloud. After your personal data and settings must be saved to iCloud, and you can clear the device by connecting to your iCloud computer account, select your device in "find my iPhone".  Tap 'Clear' and disable ' find my iPhone ' after that your phone has been erased.

• Can't uninstall iTunes because of itunes.msi file missing.

  I click on itunes error icon problem with shortcut that this action is only valid for products that are currently installed. First I tried to search for the file, no luck. I tried the system restore. I tried "winrar" apparently there are no files to extract. I also tried "Ccleaner" is there anything else I can do I tried for 48 hours!
  This is the error message when the uninstall - the component you are trying to use is on a network unavailable resource. Click Ok and try again, or enter a different path to the folder containing the installation package 'itunes.msi' in the box below. I ran a search and found a file through the opening of the selected path and an error message saying that it is not a valid package for the itunes program. try to find the itunes.msi in a folder from which you can install itunes.

  Windows Installer cleanup utility is no longer available for download from Microsoft. He turned to damage other components and should not be used.

  It would be better to post this question in the discussion forums Apple for assistance.

  Remove all Apple products from your computer.

• CAN´t download iTunes because I Don t have Windows 7

  The other day, I sucscribed to Match iTunes on my new laptop, because my entire library is on my old computer (vista windows since 2009) has my entire library. Then when I had my old laptop to my parents, the other day, I wanted to activate iTunes game on that one as well, to have my entire library on my new computer (Note: my new laptop is not a CD player, so he can´t burn General etc.).

  Problem, when I pressed 'activate this computer' to Match iTunes, I was redirected to the page "Download iTunes". I tried to download iTunes (once again), but was advised that it can´t because this computer is not Windows 7, it irritates me so much!

  There is a new (ish) (and probably final) out of iTunes for Windows XP 32-bit and Windows Vista 32/64, which includes support for iOS 9, although not Apple music. The Apple software update, it will not necessarily be looking for you and may ask you to update when you are not.

  What is the EXACT text (Word for Word) the error message? What version of Vista are you using?  You already have another version of iTunes installed?  Are you sure that you have the right download for your version of Vista?  Can not download you or can not install you?  How are you trying to download?

  Download, install and run Windows Installer Cleanup Utility: http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/Windows-Installer-CleanUp-Utility-Download-18442.html and see if that makes a difference.

  During the installation, right-click on the installation icon and click on run as administrator - sometimes it helps.

  If not, please repost your question in the Group of support to iTunes at: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ with the forums: http://discussions.apple.com/category.jspa?categoryID=149.  They will help you to have installed iTunes.
