Cancellation of creative cloud

I'm still not able to chat (it must cancel my creative cloud), my OS is OS X Yosemite, my version of browser (and I tried both Safari and Chrome) for Chrome dev (64-bit) of the 46.0.2467.2 and Safari Version 8.0.8 (10600.8.7). Look forward to your immediate response. Need the creative Document rather than the creative cloud.

I tried to cancel a creative cloud on behalf of teams that was accidentally put in place. The user, that it has been set for already owned one, which seems to be a duplicate.
I can not cancel on the website, there is no other choice.
I called first and told me that I had to be transferred to a "special issue".

Later, was waiting again for 38 minutes before I had to go down and fix another situation of emergency. Try again today and I have been waiting for 50 minutes. If you are not in North America, please select the region correct (Adobe - choose your region) and then visit international support.

There is no active subscriptions under the ID you used for the post of the forum.
If please, sign out of your Adobe account and sign in using the Adobe ID and E-mail associated with the subscription address. You will then be able to cancel your online subscription - cancel your creative cloud membership

Can not cancel my creative cloud
I spent the last 30 minutes trying to give up my project, and I can't cancel it. I rarely use photo shop now, so I don't think it would be wise for me to use it now. I went through the customer service to abandon my plan. He told me to go to my account, then manage account, terminate the program, then he told me to return the Customer Support. The same process. Why is it so complicated to cancel? Help?

Why can't everything just cancel my creative cloud?
It does not help me in LR and I want to cancel, but now I tells me I have to pay up to 50% of the one year subscription. An I've dealt with before adobe and they overcharged me for a product, and I had to jump through hoops to get a refund. But they refund my money... so I thought I would give them another chance, but never again.
I tried the plan for 2 months, it does not provide an improvement for me. And they won't let me Cancel.
Never again, adobe, ever.

You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application
