Cannot switch to 64-bit mode in CS5!
I went to the 43 bit mode in CS5 by clicking on the checkbox in the info. section. I want to go back but the checkbox is no longer visible! Where it's going and how I switch back?
Get info on the application, not the folder.
Unless you have removed a large number of files, the switch will be there.

I can't install my US Robotics modem, because there only drivers under VISTA 32 bit. My current operating system is 64-bit.
Is there an easy way to change my 32-bit system in order to install and use this modem/fax?
Hello
You cannot change your system of 64-bit to 32-bit
they are completely different operating systems
You must purchase the 32 bit OS and do a clean install of it
Contact support with their product, USRobotics
they write drivers for their products, not from microsoft

Full screen with or without menu is grayed out in the view menu and the view menu bar dropdown selector. I quit smoking and readmitted PS and have reset all default workspaces. I checked that I work in 64-bit. I can't yet change standard screen. Last update was 12.04. Last installed extending was photokit sharpener.
Thanks for any help. (PS, how to reset preferences on mac file?)

Safari in 32-bit mode in El Capitan
Hello
For school, my children need access to the Web site that runs 'Shockwave '. They are not currently open.
Navigation online suggestions say run it in 32-bit mode, with instructions on how to do it.
However, when I access the app Safari (version 10), and "Get Info", the check box option is not there to run in 32-bit.
Does this mean that I can't go back now?
Thank you.
Steve.
With Safari 10, you cannot return to running in 32-bit mode, if that's what you're asking.

Used the command ' sudo setkernelbootarchitecture systemsetup - i386 "Terminal to switch to 32 bit on MacPro Xeon with OS 10.7.5. How will I know if it is now in 32 or 64 bit mode? I need to use 32 bit for some audio software I have, including Soundflower.
Also, I found 10.7.5 be shifted somehow. I don't want losing cumulative use audio and video software so can't go as a result of El Capitan. I have almost everything, including Java and Flash works well, but I really need to use 32 bits to record Zoom R24.
Sorry for the many questions but the Apple 10.6.8 to 10.7.5 transition point is a real mess.
Using Applications-> utilities-> activity monitor
Play with the activity-> display-> columns monitor to ensure that 'Gender' is displayed.
Make sure you view the process 'All' and not only of 'Your' process.
Then, look for kernel_task. He should be among the 64 bits
The following text is from an El Capitan, which will very probably a little different from the Lion
What follows is a Snow Leopard system which is 32-bit by default. You will notice that kernel_task 'Genre' snow leopard filed did nto say (64-bit). If you have successfully changed your system from Lion to start the 32 - bit, then your kernel_task shouldn't say (64-bit).

It seems that I can't get SetTableCellRangeVals to publish string data to a table in 32-bit mode, I can't SetTableCellRangeAttribute to work for arrays of strings and now it seems numbers either. I just get garbage - it could be my code, however.
Worse in 64-bit mode, I can't seem to post anything (for strings at least), but get a GP fault instead.
I played with the size of the pointer in the array of strings (from 4 to 8 bytes

Greg-
Certainly, you have found a bug. However, I think that the issues that you run in a SetTableCellRangeAttribute are the result of a misunderstanding of the function. This function, when you use it to set the value, sets the values of all the cells in the range to the same value. Therefore, the var_args parameter must be the value that you want to set all cells to and not a pointer to an array of values. In your code, you would need dereference the berries, and then, you would see that all the cells are the same value, which is the expected behavior.
I created a bug report for the accident which follows from the definition of values on string cell types in 64 - bit with ID 284842. This bug will be fixed in the next version of maintenace of the CVI. In the meantime, you should be able to use SetTableCellVal to set the value of each cell individually in 64-bit.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience-

Cannot open Microsoft Management Console mode author because of current computer policies
Hello, I use Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
When I type "mmc", I get the following error. I am logged in as administrator.
---------------------------
Microsoft Management Console
---------------------------
You cannot open Microsoft Management Console mode author because of current computer policies.
---------------------------
Ok
---------------------------Is this a normal behavior of the default Windows 7? If so, how to launch mmc or not if yes, how can I find the setting that causes this message?
I found the parameter restrict access, which has been the Local computer policy > User Configuration > administrative templates > Windows components > Microsoft Management Console > prevent the user from author, Enabled.
When I turned this option off, I could run mmc.

Hello
you are using IBM AIX PowerHA for your database (active/passive) configuration. then you just install the binaries 'once' on one of the nodes. then coordinate with your operating system administrator to configure the fail the test scenarios.
for your question. before you start the database, make sure that there are no "orphaned" oracle process using the UNIX grep command:
$ ps - ef | grep ora
Kill the oracle of the hanging of the process to release the lock on the database file handle:
$ kill-9
I hope this helps.
Kind regards

Well, your trace file indicates that the above description is innaccurate: you did NOT create an undo tablespace undotbs2, you have created a undotbs2 permanent tablespace.
You may be able to repair this situation, like this:
startup nomount
ALTER system set undo_management = manual scope = spfile;
immediate stop
startup
create undo tablespace undo3 datafile ' / whatever/you.like ' size XXg;
ALTER system set undo_tablespace is undo3 scope = spfile;.
ALTER system set undo_management = auto scope is spfile;.
immediate stop
startup

Audition CS5.5 will work in 64-bit mode?
(If not maybe, I'll stay with Audition 3 for a while on my new Windows 7 Pro 64-bit operating system, since I see
v3 has a few things that I use which is not vCS5.5 by http://kb2.Adobe.com/CPS/895/cpsid_89588.html
.
Audition 3 and are all two Audition CS5.5 32-bit applications, but both performed very well on 64-bit operating systems.
In general, Audition CS5.5 will work a lot more efficiantly on modern systems because it can take advantage of multiple processor cores and so on.

How to open RAW files in 16-bit mode?
In Photoshop CS3, all my RAW files open in 16-bit mode. In CS5, they all open in 8-bit mode. I looked everywhere for where this setting can be done but I can't. How can I say Photoshop or Camera Raw to open images in 16-bit mode?
In ACR, click at the bottom where it shows the depth of profile and little change the bit depth.

Can I boot in 32-bit mode?
MacBook Pro 17 "(8,3) i7 2.2 GHz Quad Core 16 GB DDR3 750 GB HD OS X Mavericks 10.9.5"
I am trying to connect to a USB 1.1 device which has incompatible firmware with 64-bit OS X. The camera manufacturer's instructions for a workaround that allows access to the device to update the firmware, providing support OS X 64-bit. Of workaround requires me to start in 32-bit mode by pressing the '3' key and '2' during the start cycle. They show how to check and see if your Mac is in 32-bit mode, but their example does not match my window, and my machine doesn't seem to be in 32-bit mode. I found several references to this '3' start + "2" keyboard shortcut, but nothing official from Apple.
Please do not recommend upgrading the OS. The software I'm using is not supported by the manufacturer past Mavericks.
Thanks in advance for any help.
If the software is compatible with the Mavericks like you state that the developer shows you should be able to use the device in 32 or 64 bit.
When using any modification of the startup of the suggestion of anyone on the internet always proceed with caution, and damages are exclusively your own:
Method 1: Start key combination
This will bypass the default mode and use a different mode for single session.- If your Mac uses the 32-bit mode by default, press 6 and 4 at startup
- If your Mac uses 64-bit by default, press 3 and 2 at startup
Note: Your Mac will return to the default mode the next time it starts. Method 2: Setting disk
This will change the default mode used by your Mac when starting. For 32-bit mode, use the following command in a Terminal:- sudo setkernelbootarchitecture systemsetup - i386
For the 64-bit mode, use the following command in a Terminal:
- sudo systemsetup setkernelbootarchitecture - x86_64

All iMacs for years past were 64-bit, yours is. I believe that there is evidence in the application of the information system, but you will need to do some research.

I understand that blocking the font size, it is not the corret way to make accessibility on the app. However, as a developer, I can handle that a single font size by default because the increased size in the font style that is not supported for all g
