• My iMac freezes during a turn on and between two switching user accounts

  My 2011 iMac has been crashing for weeks. Usually, it freezes when I turn it on, connect to switching user accounts or user accounts.

  I upgraded to Sierra yesterday and I continued using for hours and it was fine.

  I turned on today; some of the Apple applications do not work... Mail, App Store, Safari (this is what I tried). Responsible mail application, saw a list of emails, but when I click on a particular message, the message will not load. Safari cannot load a Web page at all (I'm now using Chrome). AppStore cannot load anything too.

  I asked for help here before the crash but I was reluctant to share the report of being. Now, I've read about it and understand how it works. The report says "failed".

• Lost user account password and cannot get into Netbook

  We bought a Toshiba Netbook nb200 for our teenager for Christmas.

  She was so excited to get it and was on the computer immediately implemented its own user account without writing or allowing me the time to create a floppy disk for it.

• Cannot remove the old user account (admin)

  I'm on a MacBook Pro 15 "the retina with OS X Yosemite 10.10.5.

  I have two admin accounts, an 'old' I do not use and a more current that I use.

  The first thing that comes to mind is the following: is there enough room for the disc to be created image and put in files? The files are not moved from the reader to the disk image, they are copied. Then for a time in the account to be deleted files will be on the computer two times. The second thing that comes to mind is that there is a directory of the hard drive problem.
