cant stop/re-start or service configuration manager

I have a Windows 7 32 bit with LabView2014... I used to re - start the service manager Setup OR after the computer starts, and my card data PCI-6024E acquisition would work... now can't stop Configuration Manager Service OR... try to stop and restart and get the Windows Services error: Error 1053: the service has failed to demand launch or control in a timely. Tried disabling McAfee, but no change, same error?

Cleared out of the history of configuration or-Max and was able again to start and stop the service config.

    Did you do changes on the computer before the show?

    Method 1:
    You can perform these steps manually to start the Windows defender and check:
    a. Click Start.
    b. in "Start Search", type services.msc and then right-clicking the name of "services" in the list of programs.
    c. Select "Run as Administrator".
    d. look for windows defender and right click and select start.

  • I get 'service control manager configuration tool' popping up when I start my laptop.

    For the last month or two, I get a message that the 'service control manager configuration tool' wonder if I want to allow this program to access my hard Bank of Windows etc.  What is this & how can I get rid of him?

    I have this for over a week but have now resolved, for me at least.

    Click on the details and see what SC. EXE tries to run.

    Mine was SC. EXE 'start SbieSvc' which is Sandboxie.

    Update this solves the problem.

Unfortunately, I got a warning: (translated since I'm German) "adobe-rca-core-services - dsc.jar is deployed, but currently don't not running."     Yes we have seen several times.

    The simple solution is to install ONLY the Client vSphere and not all vCenter Server.  Specified in the manual, but it is up to the user that installation of the client is the option left on the halfway point in the Setup user interface.

  • In older firefox if I stop firefox.exe to the Task Manager and start firefox it will restore all my open tabs, now it doesn't

    First of all, the hidserv.dll is not a DLL that can be recorded.  You can try all day long, but it will not be because he is not on the list of DLLs that will be or must be registered.  There is a list, and which is not on it.  (well thought of).

    In your, you can see I have stuff in bold print on the front of the chain: 20.00...  In hexadecimal, is a space and a null value (null value is correct).  You must use regedit to get rid of this leading space (20 hex), and don't forget that, in the settings section, the first character of the value ServiceDLL is the % sign (which is a hexagon of 25).

    You can, of course, just change the string, delete everything that is there, and retype the value if it looks like this without spaces attack/crawling:

    %SystemRoot%\System32\hidserv.dll

  • I stopped a lot of services and now I can't run Nero and its components, photos, e-mail, etc.. ?

    I tried the system restore but it had only recently and the date was after I stopped a large number of services I thought were essential, I then started all however, I have problems with just about everything here, they are to do with everything. I get an error message whenever I need Nero or its components and I don't have the original disks to reinstall, but this isn't the only problem. There is an error like 1907? and ADVENT?
