CC full membership but only get test versions
Hey everybody,
I have a full membership of creative Cloud. But when I install the applications on the application of CC desktop I get only the test versions. When you try to activate the product, I get the message that I have no rights activation on my account...
Already tried to uninstall all programs, using the tool of cleaning and re - install, but it did not work...
Also, logging and the new did not work...
Help, please!

Please rename the hosts file to hosts.old restart the machine, it is in the folder/tmp. Could you please try to create a new admin user account and check if your subscription is activated under this account?

For the trial;
First of all, disconnect, then back into creative cloud, using adobe id to pay for your subscription.

I have Adobe CC full membership, but I subscribed last year, can I use the version of 2015 for products so now?

Yes, since you have an active subscription for creative cloud, you will be able to use the 2015 version.
You can update applications until 2015, without paying anything Extra.

All of a sudden my pictures folders are now all show in Windows Media Player and I can't open each photo in full screen, but only in the video display mode. When I go to my pictures and choose view as thumbnails, that's fine, but when I click on the individual photo, it shows on the screen no video not in mode full screen and I can't move the photo to the photo without closing the video screen. How can I get my pictures on Windows Media Player?
This problem has now been resolved. I went in my computer > tools > Folder Options > file Type, select the type of file and clicked on advanced then > change and changed back to Windows Picture and Fax Viewer in Windows Media Player. I had the idea of a response posted on this forum about a different issue, but who pointed me in the right direction.

I have a full membership, but am still being charged to buy illustrator
Hi all
I tried and tried to contact adobe customer service regarding this issue, but I can never get through on the cat. I have also searched the forum but can't find not everything related so I apologize if it is mentioned elsewhere.I'm on full membership, but I always wonder about buying Illustrator in the desktop application. I initially ran it on a trial, so now I have just the text "trial expired" and the "Buy" button blue next to him in the apps fall down.
I need it as soon as possible for a work so any help would be appreciated.

buy the full subscription, but still in trial version, tried the solutions provided online but I couldn't find option disable/disconnect option by clicking on help in the application manager... I even tried uninstalling the Creative Manager of cloud and applications, reinstall and re-sign-in but still can't find the option to click on...
It's not 'install' under 'find new applications' law yesterday before I paid for membership, I understand, the system needs time...
I have check the application manager and I saw the difference today, but the buttons under "installed apps" has not changed, the expiry date is always there!
and... I have to install everything in the evaluation mode! It drove me nuts to read online instructions on how to solve this problem, because I couldn't see the options that are supposed to be there that I followed the steps...

This issue occurs because of the connectivity problem. (You can see the steps from here: sign activation, or connection errors |) CS5.5 and later)
- In a Finder window, choose go > go to folder.
- Type / etc.
- Select the hosts file and open it.
- Save the hosts file: choose file > record under, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
- Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
- Save and close the file.
Once you remove all the entries in the hosts file 127.0.0.1 followed Adobe.

Location of the SLCache file:
(1) right click on the Finder icon and select the 'Go-To filer '.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return './ Library
It will open the folder System Library.(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and navigate to the SLCache folder.

I am trying to download the latest version of for example Illustrator (October 2014, including libraries of creative cloud, Lady with sunglasses version) on my computer, but somehow, I still get the old version of (no libraries, version of Lion). Jeff, I thought that maybe my keychain on my iMac opportunity (I don't have the password) was the problem, then this afternoon I had a Mac Helpdesker synchonization on my desk to help me get rid of this problem. His advice: try a new user to test on your computer to see what makes the cloud to create Adobe. It was still the 'old' version po Illustrator. His advice: re - install your computer... that's what I did and now I have a brand new OS X Yosemite, trousseau AND the new version of Adobe CC and all programs, I want to use. Good thing is that I have 2 weeks of Christmas vacation (I'm a Professor of design)...

I'm not very good and to know some things on my phone, so I asked my daughter to change my opinion that it would have a different tone. Remove the battery while your phone is on, then replace it. Then, check again that the mute button has not been pressed accidentally.

The ad hoc network is set up and seems to work with reception on the computer and the ipod. I tried it with ICS enabled on the side ad-hoc wireless and lan internet side with no luck. The TCP/IP protocol seem fine. The onlything that appears bad is that in the network and sharing window, network adhoc Committee has 'local only' in the access panel.
Also all the sharing and discovery options are turned on as well.
Any suggestions why internet is not going through? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I bought the package creative cloud about a month ago and only trial came to the top. I did´t think much, Ant thought that when the trial was on everything went to normal. Now the trial more, and I can't use any of the programs. b NEI I paid for the package and an account of this statement. Don t know what to do, and really Don t want to pay twice for the package.
