  I installed the DB connector with the GTC feature in IOM 9.1.0.2. No change is required for reconciliation and it works very well, how ever, I need to reach my own adapter for the provision of a new user. Is it well if I'm going to change the definition of process via the console design, since Oracle and Oracle support documentation we ask is not to change the connector through the console of design? In addition, this connector can be exported and imported as the rest of the connectors or what I create in each new environment?

  It will work, but if you redefine the GTC connector modifications will be overwritten.

  On the side of the support of support for changes to all of the artifacts created by GTC varied per person support and time. It is not officially supported (most of the time).

• LabVIEW allways modifies the default connector pane

  Somehow my default connector pane is always reset zo 6x4x4x6 (instead of the normal 4x2x2x4). No idea how this happens.

  I can reset it by deleting the line

  defaultConPane =...

  in LabVIEW.ini (so LabVIEW is running).

  But when you restart LabVIEW (or when you open a project containing no screws?) the line is rewritten.

  Does anyone know this problem (in LabVIEW 12)?

  Yesterday, I found that an IIS site that is supposed to be connected to its own instance of CF is actually connected to another instance of CF. Our configuration is the following

  Windows Server 2008 R2, Coldfusion 9.0.2 Multi server enterprise edition, IIS 7

  Instances of ColdFusion: P1, P2, V1

  Clusters: Primaire1: contains P1 & P2

  Site1 IIS Web site is connected to the Cluster primaire1

  Site2 IIS Web site is connected instance CF V1

  I myself stopped instance CF V1, but IIS V1 site was still running. After much digging, I found this site V1 is not actually connected to the CF P1, an instance of CF V1 instance. I used the web site1 at CF instance V1 connection configuration tool. In IIS the JWildCardHandler site1 points to \JRun4\lib\wsconfig\3\jrun_iis6_wildcard.dll. JWildCardHandler for site2 points to the same directory \JRun4\lib\wsconfig\3\jrun_iis6_wildcard.dll. Here is my dilemma. How can I get JWildCardHandler site2 to point to its own folder under \JRun4\lib\wsconfig, say 14 instead of 3. I don't want to use the web config tool becauseI don't know if it will delete the folder ...\webconfig\3 if another site is still using it. I saw the web configuration tool remove the folder when you remove this connector in the tool.

  So I thought that I would try to manually configure the connectors. That's what I did

  Copy the folder wsconfig\3 wsconfig\14

  en...\wsconfig\wsconfig.properties - ensured site2 exist and referenced instance CF V1

  ...\wsconfig\14\jrun_iis6_wildcard.ini

  serverstore = /JRun4/lib/wsconfig/14jrunserver.store

  127.0.0.1:51007 = bootstrap - 51007 is the port of the proxy that the JRun Management Console is instance CF V1

  ... \wsconfig\jrunserver. Store

  proxyservers = (in file #3 set for P1 and P2 proxy ports)

  
  

  Then, I went into IIS and changed JWildCardHandler from site2 to \JRun4\lib\wsconfig\14 \jrun_iis6_wildcard.dll instead of \JRun4\lib\wsconfig\3\jrun_iis6_wildcard.dll. After you restart IIS sites site1 or site2 came. I went back in and came back JWildCardHandler back to the \JRun4\lib\wsconfig\3\jrun_iis6_wildcard.dll site2 and they both come. I think that I restarted CF both times, but really forget that I was in a bit of fashion panic.

  
  

  Is that what sounds like it should work? Does anyone know of any files that I missed trying to configure site2 to point to the CF V1 instance? Any ideas are appreciated.

  What I understood why 2 Web sites were using the same instance of Coldfusion. 2 Web sites share the same files, sharing the same web.config file. Change the JWildCardHandler, in IIS, for a website has changed the web.config file that is shared by both sites. If I find a way around it, I'll post my solution in case anyone else runs into this situation.

• IOM 11.1.1.5.0 Configuration of the generic UNIX BP02 connector problem

  I have a survey concerning the configuration of the generic UNIX connector on 11.1.1.5 to IOM. Basically, when I try to do the first Recon and Shell Recon group, I get an error saying:

  I followed the connector guide UNIX documentation and has also created an attribute in the OIM Design Console called privateKey [LOADFROMFILE] that contains a value of file:\\\home\oracle\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_OIM1\server\ConnectorDefaultDirectory\SSH\config\oim_rsa.
  
  I also tried to set up a user with UNIX resources but I get an error message saying:

• Cloning of the OID connector

  I am facing a problem of cloning OID connector. I describe in detail.
  What I expect: I want to use a connector available user CN = container users OID OID. "And the second connector (duplicated) available to a different node in OID).
  
  When I clone OID connector using oimOIDUser.xml, there are two options:
  
  1. I have replace after the entry of this file xml to my changed name because these are the things that are needed for a new connector if we just need a new connector from commissioning to cn = users of any other system of target (that we define our default container in Lookup.OID.Configuration):
  
  Name previous name of the object changed name

  So for this I tried to change:
  Lookup.OID.Configuration as Lookup.IRS.Configuration is not found, changing the value of KeyCode: ldapUserID & ldapUserDNPrefix to testId, ldapUserObjectClass top of page | Nobody | organizationalPerson. inetOrgPerson. orclUser | orclUserV2 | ObjAliasUser (my custom class with four required attributes: businessCategory, GlobalUid, testId and RoleId), default container cn = users in OU = Apple
  
  where under the specified name ou = APPLICATIONS USER, OU = OBJECTS of CONTEXT USER, dc = espappledev, dc = appledev, dc = Applecompany, dc = com, dc = nz in Root DN of IT Resource.
  
  User now not get configured in the OID and IRS thrown exception of naming users. I checked the DN of the root and it seems good. I think that Lookup.IRS.Configuration is not be created so that the cloning, so IRS user connector uses Lookup.OID.Configuration and when I make changes, provisoining user survey error.
  
  I tried cloning connector again, this time create Lookup.IRS.Configuration in addition to the items mentioned in the table above. Updated the Lookup.IRS.Configuration with my values. But it is still in error. Failed to create.
  
  2. the second option is totally replace the OID with TID (my name of connector) in all instances except where OID classes are mentioned as I have to use OIDProv.jar and OIDRecon.jar. This Provisioning business to the same cn = users throws exception:

  what I wanted was you have same context root for both the procurement process or dc = espappledev, dc = appledev, dc = Applecompany, dc = com, dc is nz

  For the first, you can specify cn = users (or nothing since cn = users is the default) in the pDataOrg in the process definition and
  for the second, you can specify UO = Apple, or = APPLICATIONS USER, or = OBJECTS of USER CONTEXT in the pDataOrg in the process definition.

  In this way, you are able to users in different containers of the same resource.

• Change the icons in the Sierra

  Does anyone know how do to change the icons in the Sierra of the old way of cut and paste in the information windows no longer works.

  When I try to copy and paste an icon of a file or folder in the right Info Panel icon. it sticks just a generic icon there.

  But what always works for me, is to open an image in the Preview file and select the part of the image I want to use as icon custom, copy the selection into the clip Panel, then paste it into the icon well of Info Panel to another file or a folder that will change the icon to elements that are not protected by the protection of the integrity of the system.

  But generally, I use iconStix to assign a custom for files and Folders icon.  iconStix has just been updated for Sierra and it is quite easy to combine the icons in the application and assign to files and folders.

  After you have created the icon of iconStix use the command "file > attach Custom Item", then select the item in the file picker.

  

• Bootcamp (Win10) has not started after you changed the partition and updated at El Cap.

  I have a MacBook Pro (retina, 15 inches, end of 2013), 2 GHz Intel Core i7 with 8 GB of Ram.

  I had 2 system installed, Win 10 + Yosemite from the windows of beginning and the use of most of the time.

  Yesterday, I ran out of disk space and passed the partition in OS X with disk utility.

  While I changed the partition and I also upgraded to the El Cap.

  After all, I can't start by winning 10 more, although I could see my windows in the startup disk Control Panel.

  I checked some thread here and mess with command autour terminal, but nothing has worked for me.

  You have questions that are beyond the scope of this forum.

  You have changed a systemboard and used the wrong part number. The motherboard you have used is for a computer laptop touchsmart dv8t, not a computer laptop dv8. This makes the troubleshooting your own question, because there are so many things that you have not made correctly.  If your laptop was not the touchsmart dv8t model, then there is a problem with the connector that connects the LCD screen and the motherboard. This is probably your biggest problem is.

  What is the number of complete product or the name of the product from your laptop?

  DV8 is a series of models which includes a portable, including version touchsmart allowed that you have installed.

  In any case, a friend of exchanged me the keyboard and told me to remove the keyboard first support. Who s the plastic cover between the keyboard and LCD display. So open the LCD screen and use your fingers on both sides and lift the keyboard bracket. There are two screws that attach the keyboard under the door-keyboard. Remove the two and lift the keyboard. Last but not least remove the keyboard plate to remove the cable from the keyboard connector.

  As you can read it's not that complicated and I hope I could help a bit! :)

• Satellite P70-A01D: change the drive letters after the 2nd SSD upgrade

  I think it's a generic UEFI / Win 8.1 question (not according to model).

  However, FWIW, I have a Satellite P70-A01D (bought locally here in Australia).

  It is a victory of 16 GB 17.3 inch Gen4 i7 4700MQ Intel HM86 8.0 64-bit RAM.

  I updated the OS to Win 8.1

  The P70 is supplied with a drive Bay HARD vacuum #2 - I bought a 250 GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD that I want to use as the main system disk / boot Win 8.1.

  I installed this SSD in bays #2 and from there I had no problem using the wizard of Samsun cloning software provided with the SSD (VCC 4.0) to clone my 1 TB on the SSD system.

  There are a lot of instructions from Samsun and around the web on how to clone and "substitute" of a HDD with a SSD - however there are much less when it comes to 'Add' the SSD - in the #2 Bay - while always keeping the original HDD fully functional as an additional drive.

  After execution of the cloning software, I tried just go into the settings of the UEFI on reboot and change the order of the boot drive placing the SSDS over HARD drive.

  It worked but there are obviously questions still as I had not renamed readers SSD worked as system but he was editing as D: and HARD drive was still C: and most of the system/application paths were always scheduled to access C:!

  It led to the crash and restart cycles of the Bureau (? & or explorer.exe?) and two consistent error messages:
  -"SkyDrive engine Sync host has stopped working".
  -"Host for the synchronization setting process has stopped working".

  I saw in the Control Panel-Administrative Tools-Computer Management-Online Storage-online-online right click on each drive disk management online online that I can access > however
  (a) I'm not sure if the solution I need is this simple;
  (b) nervous about change of letter on a disk while running the system; and
  (C) uncertain steps in order of evolution [IE. C: (non - sys) becomes M; D: (sys) becomes C:...

  At the moment via UEFI I'm back to working with the system on the HARD disk rather than on the SSD seems stable and without compromise of my screwing around!

  Apologies for the long post by train to make sure to include all relevant information. I think that my final goal is double win bootable 8.1 / Ubuntu 12.04 of the SSDS probably with Ubuntu on a 50 GB partition leaving 200 GB (enough?). I want to keep a slab of SSD space available for photo and video editing: +/-100 GB!

  I wondered simply assign new letters to readers, however the notes at the bottom of http://windows.microsoft.com/en-au/windows7/change-add-or-remove-a-drive-letter state:

  You cannot change a drive letter if the drive is a system partition or a boot partition.

  Suggestions please?

  I think you could try to change the letter to readers as suggested in the Microsoft article.
  Where this is not possible, try to use 3rd party such as GParted software.

  You could try changing the drive letters might start to the top of the unit using the live USB version.
  But it might be possible that your system would not initialize correctly after this change.

  So you should not forget to mark the partition as bootable.

  (1) as a general rule, all laptops can be upgraded to an SSD. If the connector on the SSD is the same as the original hard drive connector, it should work.

  (2) I believe there are 1.8 "PATA SSD available, google is your friend.

  (3) I think the R500 is using a connector ZIFF customized for the SSD drive, then you will not be able to install a standard SATA or PATA 2.5 "SSD Drive. I don't know if you can buy SSDS with the connector ZIFF, once again, google can help you.
