  • Does anyone know how to control the characteristics of police in a table with a front panel control?

It seems that it should be simple enough.  I want that the user can adjust the characteristics of police of an array of numbers with some controls on the front panel.  I know how to do this using the drop down menus - but I want my users to do with the controls on the front panel.  I looked at the options property node and it does not resemble anything in here would help...

    Thanks for your time.

Right-click on a digital control in the table and choose Create-> property Node-> NumericText-> police-> size.  Change to write and this allows to adjust the size on the fly.

    Hello Michael,

Thanks for posting your query on the Microsoft Community.

You can improve your current PC to Windows 10 by going to the Windows 10 software download page to download the media creation tool. The media authoring tool can be used to create a USB or DVD media to upgrade your current PC to Windows 10 or install Windows 10 on another PC.

Follow the instructions on the download page of Windows 10 software: http://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10

    Note:

When upgrading to Windows 10 using media, you must run setup.exe from in your version of Windows 7 or Windows 8 and authentic. If you want to boot from media, you must have upgraded to Windows 10 previously. Boot 10 Windows media directly without upgrading to Windows 10 previously is not supported and will have problems with activation.

  • Cisco Telepresence EX60 records do not in CUCM

    Hello

Can you help me regarding this issue. Our client has registered in VCS before EX60. Customer decided to registered on CUCM, but before the client has performed a factory reset on the EX60.

Now, EX60 is not save in CUCM. CUCM version is 9.1.

And also I already followed the guide for the retail version of CUCM with TC6 firmware.

Please see attached configuration please. And also attached are the newspapers. And also the error message, we enter.

    Thank you

The following error may be seen in the papers attached EX60:

    Jun 1 12:47:00.844 ppc appl [2971]: 156,29 SipStack W: [Transaction 32]: got exception SIP_MSG_EXCPT = 8 transport layer
Jun 1 12:47:00.847 ppc appl [2971]: 156.30 SipReg W: Transport failed to send record (sipexcept: 8 fermΘe by the remote side connection)
Jun 1 12:47:00.849 ppc appl [2971]: the State of the server SipReg W: SipReg F Unexpected 156.30: 8

Maybe something closes the TCP on the EX60. Is there a firewall between CUCM and EX60? Can we disable SIP on the firewall inspection and analyze the recording?

  • 5320 MCU and EX60

    Hello

I was wondering if you could register EX60 directly to the MCU5320

I can't find any documentation on how to do it properly

i'm train to try to register as SIP in vain

any help will be greatly appreciated

    Thank you

Unlike the previous TANDBERG MCUs, none of the newer Cisco microcontrollers including the 5300 series is not an inner gatekeeper or clerk.  You will need to either save it to a CUCM or VCS call control server.

  • Tests EX60 UCM and VCS registration

    Hello

I did a few test with Cisco EX60 a few days ago a the following infrastructure:

    -UCM 8.6.2

    -Cisco VCS control X7.2.2

    -Cisco EX60 series

    -Csco EX90 series

    -Cisco CPIC

    -Cisco IP Phone

The goal was to try to save the EX60 in SIP mode with UCM and H.323 mode in VCSC and make some calls with EX60 register in both devices, because I have found no documents where it was stated that only I can save EX60, EX90 in VCS or Complutense University of MADRID, but not in both at the same time.

I recorded the EX90 in VCS and EX60 in VCS (H.323) and UCM (SIP).

All calls to H.323 devices EX60 send control VCS and all calls all works fine without any problems. If I try to call EX90 to EX60 in SIP mode, the call will be fails. When the EX90 with EX60 H.323 call is connected, the University Complutense of MADRID and using RTMT I saw that the EX60 was on appeal or in busy state.

-Audio call of the registered IP phone or CPIC to the AAU to EX60: I saw the call in the call control in the EX60 and RTMT and Complutense University of MADRID, but I did not see the call to the control VCS Cisco. If I try to call to EX90 to EX60 using H.323 right now, I got an EX60 busy tone. Also, if I make an audio call to EX60 for an IP phone I can do another audio EX60 call to an IP phone or an EX90. EX90 try to video negotited but calls finally was audio only.

-The presence does not work when the EX60 is under appeal with the other end H.323 in the Complutense University of MADRID, too the BLFs do not work and does not appear the call at the Complutense University of MADRID.

-Si EX60 is videoconferencing with EX90, the EX60 can receive an audio call to UCM get connect and the presence and the BLFs working properly.

I find no more problems at the moment.

    Kind regards.

This isn't a Setup program that you want to use, or register them both to the VCSC or

Let CUCM control your end point, then h323 must be disabled.

  • Use of two different MAC addresses EX60

    Hello outthere.

I use an EX60 for testing. Everything works fine, but my colleagues told me that endpoint uses two different MAC addresses. These addresses are seen on the switch will remain the ex60 ist connected.

The situation has not changed after doing a factory default.

It's a kind of Mystic, because my ex90 do not use two MAC addresses.

So the question is, what is the diffrence between ex60 and ex90? Is this a normal behavior on ex60?

I hope someone can help me!

    Hello

Using a touchscreen on the EX60? I think that the 2nd MAC address will probably be that of the touchscreen attached. How to check? The MAC address of the EX60 can be verified using the API. SSH into the EX60 and run:

    XStatus network //Mac

    * s network 1 Ethernet MacAddress: "00:50:60:05:52:BA."

    * end

    Ok

The MAC address of the button can be controlled via access root for the codec.

  • Directory CUCM EX60/EX90

I'm trying to get the CUCM directory to work on my endpoints EX60/EX90.  I am running TC5.0 on my end points and they are registered in a VCS.  I tried to change the directory on the endpoints to use CUCM and I put the URL to the standard repertoire

http://xxx:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp where xxx is the ip address of my CUCM Editor.

When I check the application connects to the EX60/EX90 I see the following error message

Phone book! ER CUCMHttp failed: ''(No error)

I see this error in the log touchmenu.

endeavour touchmenu: WARNING :  Error from phonebook search: "CUCMHttp failure: ''(No error)"

Has anyone ever gotten this to work? If so what's the trick? Thanks

Yes it's true I know too.

If on the RESUME, you will have to use TMS directories, if on CUCM, you will get the CUCM directories.

This was brought to the management of the products as a condition before so I hope that we will see in the future some development on this, but I have no additional information at this time.

If you CUCM 8.6.1 b.11.11 it could save endpoints EX to it directly and you will get the phone book.

    Thank you.

  • With the help of CTS EX60 without CUCM

    Hello

I want to test the solution of telepresence CTS EX60 without registering to CUCM or other platform.

Is there a way to attribe him a private IP address and do NAT to test if it works or not?

I have a CTSMX200 registered to CUCM, and I want to use it to test (if possible) the EX60.

    Any help?

    Concerning
    Edson Vuma

    Hi Edson,

You will have a private as 192.168.2.X behind a NAT router address or the XDSL modem. You have to install on H323 settings on the NAT mode: on and you have to write down the public IP address of the router or ADSL modem.

You have the Setup ' allocation of port: static "and then on the RTP port range settings, you can see the range of TCP/UDP ports.

It has latest configuration on the router or modem. You have Setup port address translation for the internal IP address of the EX60 with this RTP port because if you receive an internet video appeal H323 form which the public IP address, the router/modem need to know which local IP address must redirect this parcel.

    The summary of port rules:

    192.168.2.x tcp 1720 call signalline

192.168.2.x tcp/udp (your RTP port range)

If you do the same configuration on the two EX60, they can call each other and other VC systems over the internet and they can receive calls from other VC systems.

    Best regards...

  • Integration of the Cisco Telepresence SX20 with Cisco Telepresence EX60

    Hi all

I have a question, I have the following device:

    -SX20 together

    -EX60 with touchscreen controller

Do I know if the EX60 can be deployed in an environment SX20? as each of them as functions of call I don't know if it will be in conflict or not because I have little knowledge about the voice and video. If the device can be integrated, can I request a deployment guide, the configuration guide on these? Thank you very much!

If your devices are not connected to any call (VCS or CUCM) control, search for SX20 autonomous in the forums - there are many threads that describe what you need to configure the settings.  Do the same configuration on the SX and exodus once this is done, you should be able to call the IP address of one of the other.

  • Thermal characteristics on chassis error

    Hi Memebers

I received the following error message; Thermal characteristics on frame 2. Reports from the IOM - B: IOM cannot get blades thermal probe reading (2); IOM - A reports: reading from thermal sensor do not offer blades (2)

any suggestions on what it could be

    Hi Mark,

I have seen this error in a large number of issues related to I2C. If you download your logs of chassis, we could have a better idea. However, in the case of I2C there are two workaround solutions, one is less disruptive than the other but the last of them is the best method if you are hit this issue.

A less disruptive solution is the following, you might still have problems of I2C and need the work complete around.

    1. SSH to your fabric for interconnection
      2. the switch next to a local management:
      local-mgmt to connect a
      3. connect beside A IOM of your chassis:
      connect the IOM
      4. enter this command to see if it is active or not:
view the thermal state of the cmc platform soft | status of grep:
-Online if it says PASSIVE, you must restart this IOM (IOM 1 on fabric)
Via UCSM, if it says ACTIVE, it's the other side (IOM 2 of fabric B) which
      must be reset.
      5. to do the reset, please go equipment > chassis > chassis <#>> IO
Modules > Module e/s 1/2 > general tab > reset the IO Module

    The complete work around would be below;

Remove 1st let stand 2 minutes replace, wait 10 seconds confirm 1st has power, move to PSU2
Remove the PSU2 let stand 2 minutes replace, wait 10 seconds has power, move to PSU3
Remove PSU3 leave 2 minutes replace wait 10 seconds psu3 has the power, move to PSU4
Remove PSU4 let stand 2 minutes replace, wait 10 seconds for psu4 has power, move to Fan1

Remove Fan1 let rest 30 seconds replace, wait 10 seconds confirm Fan1 has power, proceed to Fan2
Remove Fan2 let rest 30 seconds replace, wait 10 seconds confirm Fan2 has power, proceed to Fan3
Remove Fan3 let rest 30 seconds replace, wait 10 seconds confirm Fan3 has power, proceed to Fan4
Remove Fan4 let rest 30 seconds replace, wait 10 seconds confirm Fan4 has power, proceed to Fan5
Remove Fan5 let rest 30 seconds replace, wait 10 seconds confirm Fan5 has power, proceed to Fan6
Remove Fan6 let rest 30 seconds replace, wait 10 seconds confirm Fan6 has power, move to Fan7
Remove Fan7 let rest 30 seconds replace, wait 10 seconds confirm Fan7 has power, proceed to Fan8
Delete Fan8 let rest 30 seconds replace, wait 10 seconds confirm Fan8 has power, proceed to IO MOD1

Remove IO Mod 1, leave 5 minutes replace confirm that IO MOD is running before you reinstall IOMOD 2
Once IO MOD1 is up and running finally reinstall IO MOD 2 let sit for 5 minutes, and place it in the chassis.

This is the complete relocation process to clear the i2c bus.

Once more, it's workaround for I2C, we can check it out if you attach your chassis connects but I know because of security problems that it is not possible. If this is the case, the best solution would be to prosecute with TAC and they can check this problem.

Please let me know if there is anything else I could help you. If you don't mind not to upload the logs I can take a look at the issue.

    Kind regards

  • Telepresence EX60 with CUCM 8.5 - How to integrate?

    Good morning people,

I'm building a lab with 8.5 CUCM and presence Server 8.5

I'll install the Cisco TelePresence EX60, and I wonder how I do integration with CUCM.

Need to install the additional server? You simply add a SIP device in CUCM?

    Can someone help me?

    Thank you

    Hello.

You must have CUCM 8.6 in order to utlize the full potential of the CUCM / integration EX60. You save the unit directly to the CUCM.

I recommend you take a look at this guide, after that you did with your laboratory update.
