  My mouse controls stopped working. I can only use the keyboard and or not integrated and standalone mouse mouse work. This makes my laptop unusable and inaccessible because there is not much I can do without the mouse. I bought it only in May and it is running Windows 8.1.

  I don't know what to do, please help!

  I will contact Toshiba support Monday, ashamed that they are closed weekends. Fortunately, it is still under warranty, but I'm not impressed. I guess it's related to the operating system.

  Maybe just the touchpad is disabled? Check it using please combination keys FN + F5 or simply using F5.

  When you are in the section of the alarm and you have chosen an alarm, after you select repeat, get you Monday to Sunday, or are the weekends some how greyed out?

  Yes, it is misleading in the way which they advertise 24/7 but don't provide - and it has been like that for years.   You would think by now they could either change what they advertise or corresponding to their service for what they announce.   Chat and phone support is covered during the week - not weekends.  I do not know where they stand on the free provision of service accounts... you might have to rely on the school to help with that.

  I use a vertical dock for awhile, so my MBPro retina works in closed with external display, KB and mouse display mode.

  I just upgraded 10 IOS on my IPad Mini 4 and I can find a way to close or switch to the applications that are running in the background.  When I double tap on the Home button, it just put me back to the homescreen of IOS 10.  I no longer see the applications that are running on my IPad.  I can't switch between apps or apps close apps.  My Home button seems to work for everything, but not with their closing or switching applications.

  Yes, you can continue to use your MBP as long as an external monitor, keyboard, mouse/trackpad are connected.  No problem at all.  Use it as usual.  A lot of use do this every day.  LPX will be fine.  Just be sure to save your work before you leave, before switch to "standby" mode.

• El Capitan calendar gray weekends?!

  I saw some other request it work with no responses.   Finally, I upgraded from ML to EC and the only complain I have is that weekends are greyed out on the calendar, making you not notice them.  Many of us work weekends and these are just as important as M - F days.

  Is it possible to change this?  Its very annoying!   Or someone has a link to where we can apply the fix?
