  It is best to get the laptop battery checked from Dell or a local technician. It seems that the battery is dead and does not load when you insert it into the laptop.

  I tried to install drivers several times, and they all install. When I plug in my printer to the computer recognizes the printer, and it seems that the printer works.   Clear printer spooler files and activate the spooler service
  Stage I.
  a. Click Start, type "Services.msc" (without the quotation marks) in the Open box and click OK.
  b. double click on "Printer Spooler" in the Services list.

  You can access Mode safe? Repeatedly press F8 as you start? If yes you can try Control Panel - device
  Manager - graphics card - Double click on - driver tab - click on UPDATE driver - then right click
  on devices and UNINSTALL - REBOOT.

  Another method to try to get to the desktop (try in normal Windows Mode without failure)
  CTRL + ALT + DELETE and on the tab process EXPLORER.exe and COMPLETE the PROCESS on this subject - then
  on the Applications tab - lower right - new task - type in EXPLORER.exe. Safe mode is reached
  by tapping F8 as you start several times.

  I guess you wanted to ask how to solve the problem. If then all in Safe Mode you can use system restore to set up Windows to a point when the problem did not exist.
