  Could you say how the branches are connected to each other? It is through the Internet or VPN? Then we will know how to position the highways.

  If you have CUCM you will use as your calling command for your SX80s and write them down on it as SIP endpoints.

  SX80 endpoint can be ordered with multisite option so it can appeal a multisite up to 5 participants. You will need Telepresence server to host concurrent conferences with more than 5 participants in a conference. You also need a conductor when implementing telepresence servers to manage the resources of the Conference.

• Randomly call in Cisco TelePresence SX80.

  I have a recurring problem of many unknown incoming calls in a Cisco SX80 recently deployed. An example of the address that we get these calls from the East [email protected]/ * / I have no idea what is the part of the address in 1986, but the 129.59 address is the IP address of the codec. I am somewhat a novice in the world of VTC, so I am at a loss on how to stop the calls. Automatic response has been disabled pending just so that the device can be used.

  I assume that the system uses an accessible public IP address?  If it uses a public IP address, you should put behind your firewall with NAT, or allow only traffic from known IP addresses.  If you don't use a SIP, you can enable turn off completely, however if you are, you can disable SIP ListenPort and activate outgoing SIP so to avoid these calls, see bug CSCue55239.  There is a form any of these calls which will appear as coming from "cisco", the only way to prevent these is to put endpoint behind your firewall and use NAT or an ACL.

  I'm struggling to acquire images from a sony camera XCL-C280, I use a framegrabber to the NI PCIe-1430.

  I had to make my own camera file using the camera file generator (see attachment camera file, I had to change the extention of the CIM to txt to view it) and I think that I am not to far from a working solution.

  When I use MAX, I could only to get images if I disable the standard controls (on the tab 'Attributes of the camera' MAX), but if I leave the standard activated, controls when I either try to initiate or dumpster I receive an error "the requested series termination string is not found in the buffer returned."

  And I have exactly the same get LabVIEW, if the series controls are enabled, I get: "-1074397038 took place in Start.vi IMAQ - or the possible reasons: NOR-IMAQ: chain series requested endpoint not found in the buffer returned." and when I disbaled the series command I can acquire images but I sen can configures the camera via series controls more...

  No, the XCL-C280 must have "OK\r" as the chariot of the termination, I read the manuals of the XCL-C280 and one for the XCL-5005CR, these 2 cameras actually have a different endpoint... funny tank as it may seem.

  I have disabled commands series Max (and then realized it's a setting in the camera file "SerialDisabled (Yes)") and then it all works in LabVIEW, which is what I really want.

  I thought that disabling command series would then send commands to the camera using the series IMAQ write VI, but this is not...

  I am wanting to create a menu drop-down having the names given to the controls of the series for a device.

  So, as the Advanced Serial write and Read.vi that is provided by labview, instead of having to type in the code of the command series, I want to add a code to a name and ask the user select this name in a drop-down list and it will run the vi.

  Any suggestions would be helpful. I also looked in help enums and rings but could not find an example of these.

• LabVIEW loop takes 100% of cpu

  I was wondering the best way to send a command series when a key is pressed.  At this moment I have a while loop that checks if the key each time.  If is is, it sends the command series and adds the response to a text via a shift register box.  If this isn't the case, the original text box info is passed to the shift register.  However, this loop takes 100% cpu (ok, a single core at 100% so technically 50%), and I think that its because the text box becomes ignored each cycle.  However, I'm not sure how else to do it.  Is attached a screenshot, let me know if you want to the file.

  You have what is called a greedy loop. It runs just as fast as possible that finally consumes 100% of your CPU. Simply place a wait with a delay of 0 in the loop and this will allow the Planner to do other things and prevent the CPU to be hungry.

• IMAQ - acquisition of 10-bit images?

  Hi all

  I am trying to acquire images from our camera acA2000 - 340 km from Basler 10 bits, but it maintains calendar.  Correctly, I create a buffer of 16-bit (Int16) for the acquired image.  However whenever imgSessionAcquire is called, an error(-1074397150) of time-out occurs.

  I do all development in C + c++ / Visual Studio 2010.

  I took a peek in the camera file NOR and discovered that my pixel bit depth of command series was wrong.  I fixed it and then was able to acquire the images.  However the images are not saved 16-bit, 8-bit only.  I will present another question on this.

  In regards to our result of offset by comparing the C-program. I already spoke with the support of the product.

  The CRC algorithm is CRC 16 Modbus, even we used.

  Cause we got wrong with the result is that they did is not calculated CRC of the whole package.  they cut part of the outside (example: header, address etc.) and calculate only the data component.

  In my case, we tried to do a few different modifications here and there on the DX650 but never managed to do work.  Randomly, I was able to connect to the fineness with the DX650 as my camera, then my colleague could not connect to the Finesse with his 9971 as his camera - (keep in mind this was in an environment of model and it was just her and me as agents).  Since I saw this strange behavior and doesn't do not sense, we rebooted the server CCX. Once she is back to the top, we were also well able to connect successfully and had not had the problem since.

The problem is, that I only recover from strange letters and "?" as answers. That means a share of Labview or the evaluation kit does not include orders. Given that all other settings are good, I guess that Labview does not send with the ANSI emulation?

  But when the problem is ANSI, so I don't understand why I get the right answer when I send a single 'I' for the version of the firmware. Is it possible, that only the first letter is interpreted right?

  There is another tank of termination that I can try? Til now, I tried [cr], [VC], [lf], [LF], \r, \n, combinations of these last, none of them,...

  The material is ok. I could get the results desired with HyperTerminal.

• How to automate the SSH connection/commands on a series of switches PowerConnect 3400 3500 and 6200 series.

  I'm trying to find a way to automate the commands to send a series of switches (about 20) showing some configs and save the output to a file. The way I was trying to do was using plink and creation of a batch of files for her.

  Essentially, it would be something similar to the following.

  ECHO for /f % in (devices.txt) plink % l word of PAST of USERNAME-pw-v - m C:\Batch\commands.txt > output.txt

  To split the above command, looking for my ips in the devices.txt and made a "plink pw - username PASSWORD - v IP-l m - COMMANDS > OUTPUT" for each. The problem, I'm running is that the switches do not accept logins, they constantly ask for the user and the password again. Even when you try to put them in the commands.txt he will not accept the entry. I googled using plink with dell switches but there is nothing to talk about this problem.

  So my question is, is it possible to automate this sort of thing in a batch file? Or some way to automate a series of commands to a switch via SSH? I'm just not wan't do manually connect to each of them, carry out my orders, out, reconnect and repeat.   Sorry, I haven't used before plink, so I'm not sure what to change to get this to work. In the past, there was another Member of the community who has been able to use expect to establish connections to switches and save configs.
