• PSC 1400v 'check ink cartridges' seeing rest even with new cartridges

  My COPS 1400v 'check ink cartridges' stays on even with new cartridges. I have Windows 7.  I followed the troubleshooting tips to clean the contact points, but not luck.  I bought a carton of off - brand, who worked for a few weeks.  This is the error message at startup.  I replaced the cartridges with the HP brand, but the error light does not turn off.  All advice is appreciated.  I know that this thing is so outdated, but that's all I have right now.  Thank you very much.

  It looks like a case of rejection of the cartridge. You can have a bad ink cartridge, or something more serious. If you have tried all the steps in the document below, then you should try to do a hard reset. If this does not work, the cartridge may be bad and need replaced. Sometimes you get a bad right cartridge against the package. If after changing the cartridge again and again all the troubleshooting steps did not receive the printer print, then you may need to replace the printer.

  To do a hard reset:
  1. make sure that the printer is turned on.
  2. pull on the power cord from the printer.
  3. pull out the power cord from the wall.
  4. wait for 30 seconds.
  5. plug in the printer and turn it on.

• Photosmart Pro B9180: Exhausted ink with new cartridge message

  I had 2 showing depleted, inks Light Cyan and Magenta, so I replaced them both.  After a bit of memorization and re - insert, I managed finally to get the LC to be accepted, but kept showing Magenta empty ink Replace cartridge. Finally I managed to get the printer to accept the cartridge by removing the yellow and magenta and the closing door ink cartridge so this printer it has advised both cartridges where either missing or damaged. I then re inserted the Magenta cartridge and closed the door and waited for the error message about the yellow show and then re-inserted cartridge yellow. The printer then went to the ready state. Hurrah! After a print test sheet and a couple of head cleans and then some photos on plain paper I tried to print on photo paper. At half way through printing the machine stopped and threw the message for the Magenta cartridge is exhausted. I cheated once again the printer twice to remove the yellow and magenta cartridge and put back as before. It has managed to get at the end of printing, which indicated that the heads remain a pure which I proceeded to do. Unfortunately the printer cannot again print throwing up the message that the Magenta cartridge was exhausted and needed replacement.

  After doing a lot of research online, it seems it is a common problem, but what I failed to find are solutions even on the HP forum.

  Is this a problem with the cartridge having questionable chips? Is this a problem with the printer, chiefs or general design?

  I really need an answer that will prevent me from buying inks Dungeon I am wasting money. I have tried all resets as described in other posts here. Unfortunately once the exhausted ink message nothing different pose can be done as the printer all crashes.

  Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

  an update on printer problems. Following your last message, that the printer has again stopped work while I followed your advice and tell me the magenta was exhausted that I knew, that it could not be. In any case, I decided that the cartridge must be defective, so I ordered a new one. The next day, waiting to get to the printer, I let on, ran his daily routine of maintenance and the problem corrected itself, is great. I ran a few prints which still showed heavy bands/bad colors, so I ran routines cleaning and alignment that has made the problem worse. What I noticed, is that the banding seemed to be linked to black ink and there are large gaps in the text. I changed the black photo that has been reading about 25% full I had read a similar post where someone had problems with a low black cartridge. I also pulled the print heads and thouroghly them cleaned manually. The two black print heads showed signs of ink muddy accumulate but color heads everything looked very clean. After cleaning and reinserting the heads the printer ran his routine alingment and produces best alignment prints that I had. I then printed the test page, was also excellent showing no missing text and three print heads that fell in fair condition were now show as good. Since then I've produced great prints.

  That I summise from all this is that the problems seem to have stems printheads being blocked preventing ink flow and giving messages erroneous re cartridges is exhausted. Everything that was probably due to the printer being unused and left off for an extended period. Once the heads had been cleaned and enough ink has flowed to purge the ink heads has been lying in it for a period the printer was able to function properly.  At least I now have a spare cartridge magenta on-site as well as a printer to work.

  I recently ordered a 12 cell Li-ion battery for my Hp dv9310us replace battery Li - Ion 6 cells aging.

  I have been using hp refill that says that very often unload completely the battery by changing the power to "never" options settings so that the laptop stays on until there is no more energy left. Then recharge it back to 100%.

  I bought my new battery company, Level8technology and on their website under the heading battery care and maintenance, they said that for Li - ion batteries should not be left to discharge less than 20% in the opposite case the cells can fail and recharging must begin once, he gets to that or even before no problem.

  I'm confused, with my new battery only a week.

  I agree with Hüffer.  I went to not allow your battery less than 20%.

  With the old nickel metal-hydride and even older NiCd batteries, it had to discharge and then recharge.

  Still, I learned that this is not necessary with Li - ion batteries.

• HP Photosmart 3310 printer. Problem with new cartridges hp 363 original.

  I live in Italy and I bought an all-in one HP Photosmart 3310 U.S.. Once the original ink cartridges were being run-out, I bought a complete set of original HP ink cartridges that are new in Italy. Now, the printer screen displays the following message: "Printer set up to use ink cartridges 02" and do not want all works. The ink cartridge, I bought was 363 (n.6 cartridges for all 70 euros!). Please let me know if there is a way to change the configuration of the printer and allow it to work with 363 cartridges instead of 02. Thanks in advance for your answer.   Of course, I can't speak for cdurso, but for my part, HP refused to help me with the reset of the region. Some representatives of the foreign customer support told me simply repeatedly that my printer was obsolete, and that I had to buy a new one. However, I found a solution very simple to my problem. I simply pulled the chip on the ink cartridge in the region that the printer has been set to, and I stuck on my new cartridge. I think that this would negate my ink level readings, but it allows me to use the printer, which now works perfectly. I just have to ignore the "expired cartridge" message I get every time I need to activate or reset it.

  I do not use ripple either but can see what the problem is (nothing to do with the ripple)

  Open your file config.xml for the new project (probably copied 'App A'?)

  In the widget section, change the id to something different, for example com.example.AppB

  Save - reload the ripple and make sure you have the new ID in the Config-> Widget

• Why is my CS6 confused with CC my subscription?

  I'm so sick of oddities of recording Adobe, bugs and errors (experienced over the years) that I could vomit.

  Adobe has confused the CS6 Design Premium I have PURCHASED a few years back with the subscription of the CC that I RENT, $50 per month, when in fact the two have nothing to do with the other. Adobe must have knowledge of this error, but they have done nothing to fix it.

  More specifically, I have CC 2015 on two Macs. I also have Adobe CS6 on two Macs, including a CC 2015 on it. I just tried to launch Illustrator CS6 on the Mac that doesn't have a 2015 installed CC. It launched as a Trial Version. Huh? So I thought, OK, maybe I need to disable Illustrator CS6 on the first Mac, with CC active 2015. I have launched Illustrator CS6 and tried to turn it off. An alert told me that I would also be turning off all my CC 2015 on the Mac applications. There is the amalgam of the CS6 I have BOUGHT and the CC 2015 subscription that I RENT.

  The result is that Adobe (illegally, in my view) is preventing me to run one copy of the software (Illustrator CS6) that I purchased and registered and I'm trying to use according to the license agreement.

  I have the feeling - must have heard somewhere--that if I could move my CS6 purchase a different Adobe ID the problem would go. Anyone know if this is possible?

  Yes. as CS 6 is also a part of the subscription of the CC, it is grateful for the activation of the CS 6 CC.

  In this case, you can register with a username Adobe new or different in order to activate the 6 CS. There is thus no confusion with the activation server.

  Even if the serial number is registered under an Adobe ID, you can always sign and activate using different Adobe ID.

I bought my printer in the Middle East almost 2 years already Photosmart C4383 with ink cartridges 140 (black) & 141 (tricolor).  Since then, I have in my country now, resides in the Philippines and I always use the printer.  This week, I already have run out of ink Supply and decided to buy a.  Since then, I bought the printer in another country, I decided to check the site to ensure the compatibility of ink cartridges.  The results stated that the Photosmart C4383 belongs to the Photosmart C4380 series and it also says here that HP74 (black) & HP75 (HABs) are the compatible cartridges for the printer in my area.  Since then, I always have the tricolor ink cartridge available 141, I decided to buy only the HP74 (black) ink cartridge.  But when I place the HP74 (black) ink cartridge for my printer, I was surprised to see in the display as the ink cartridge, I bought is not compatible with the printer. I was so disappointed because if I can't use the product then I lose money and and check again and again in the sights of compatibility of ink in my area said but still the same thing as HP74 (black) is the compatible ink cartridge and also saw a result stating to "reset the printer to work in my current position."  Need your help to enlighten me and give me the right solutions to these problems and the steps how to make good sense.   I need to use my printer so badly.   You will need to Contact HP and require a reset of regionalization.  It will take you have access to your computer and printer so that on the phone with HP agent.  If the C4383 is a model only sold in some regions it is not possible to have the region reset.

  I'm a bit confused with the implications of fixing the rate of the wrong frame.  My camera can record to 23.976 however the manufacturer sometimes mentions this parameter as 24 p in the manual.  I read that there is no harm using 24 p if the model is a bit long second.  But questions arrise if the model is longer and you are being followed.  On the other hand, mocha specifies that you be specific in the choice of your pace.  The difference.024 makes a real difference?

  You can blame the TV standard NTSC color for the odd frame rate.  At the same time, it was really 30 frames per second.  These are the days of TV in black and white ONLY.  Engineers worked mightily to get to a color system that was compatible with existing B & W games millions, and they finally got it.  But to answer a color signal, they need a little bit more information in each image. The NTSC signal was already packed and needed something to give, so they slowed down the pace a bit.

  Thus, 30 images/s became 29.97... and in direct proportion, 24 fps is 23.976.  Just learn to live with it.

  You can not.  But a frame does NOT miss a count of the number of frames in a second. It's really a MEASURE OF TIME.  PAL-Land, a frame is 1/25 of a second.  In Hollywood, a frame is 1/24 of a second.   In days of yore NTSC, a frame was 1/30 second.  But since 1953, 1/29.97 second.

  Don't obsess over 29.97 and 23.976.  Just use them and get used to them.  Do not put 29.97 images in a model of 30 fps, or 23.976 images in a model of 24 fps just because you like whole nice.  If you do, the movement of the images you shoot can go all twisted up.  Do not.  Do not.

  (this default value can be overridden if you have set up the TYPE of DEVICE...) BACKUP TYPE to... where the backup type can be changed by default for the COPY.

  An incremental backup can be a HOT or a COLD backup.

  Hi everyone, I used FRAPS to record the gameplay of a certain video game and he did three different clips (the other continues where the previous clip ended).   You must establish a pre-defined sequence which corresponds to you source footage. If there is no one to begin with, choose office and there you can set almost all the parameters of the sequence. Which will remove the black borders.

  I am very confused with the PF_Cmd_SEQUENCE_FLATTEN command. In literature, it is mentioned that it is sent when recording and duplication of a sequence. When I duplicate my custom effect FLATTEN is sent. But my confusion here is that this command is sent to the former effect which is reproduced or duplicated new effect?

  1. I add a layer. Then I add 2 effects customized with data sequences 1 and 2 respectively.

  2. now duplicate the layer. PF_Cmd_SEQUENCE_FLATTEN command. I increment the sequence data. It is called twice for 2 custom effects. Data are 3 and 4 respectively for 2 new duplicate effects.

  But the problem is that now the effects in the first layer and the second layer, both have same sequence data. that is the 3 and 4 respectively and not 1, 2, 3 and 4.

  This can happen if the FLATTEN command is sent to the former effect prior to duplication. It's my guess that both the layer effects have updated IDs.

  Any ideas?

• HP ENVY 4504: HP ENVY 4504 does not print black ink even with full cartridge

  Ink cartridge information after doing all the recommendations of HP:

  Once you check the vents turn the cartridge and check the underside near the opening of the ink.  They can be of four plastic tabs near the opening are resurrected.  Make sure that the raised tabs are removed and made flush with the body of the cell.  This will cause the cartridge do not do sit properly in all of the print head and cause air that are expected.  This will affect especially the black ink cartridge.
