  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both

  I spent 3 days trying to get photoshop 11 to install on my new computer (using windows 8) mysteriously, my drive appears to be missing its configuration file which makes no sense at all. I need to have this place and running as soon as I use it for work but also for personal use. I am also concerned of having downloaded it several times now.
