Convenience store FixIt - sending fails.

I tried to use Fixit for a month.  Towards the end, he often asks me to send data to Microsoft via the troubleshooter.  I correctly enter the random code, then send them ALWAYS fails and asks me to try again.

    I got Thunderbird established and working for years with multiple accounts. All of a sudden today, I can't send all messages in ANY of my accounts with several Web hosts. The message I get from all of them is:

    I checked my settings. The look that is configured in the same way they always do. I can send email with these parameters from my phone (K9 Mail on Android program.)

    All my accounts that can receive messages in Thunderbird. I get new messages and I can read them.

    If I try to save a message as a project over IMAP, I get the error:

    Unable to save your message as a draft.
    Check that your Mail & Newsgroups account settings are correct and try again.

    What could possibly change to make Thunderbird exhibit this behavior? I tried without thunderbird downgrade to the previous version and it still had the same behavior. I tried to start in safe mode without the extensions, and he had always the same behavior. Here are my troubleshooting information:

    The problem was that my directory/tmp was not mounted. I don't know why it has not been mounted, but restarting the Assembly fixed.

    Thunderbird was IO error trying to create temporary files. The error messages were misleading, making me think it had to do with e-mail accounts.

I also thought I might have a conflict of use with an application hogging things even though I have seen no unusual activity in the Task Manager. Despite this, I disabled the 'google ok' feature in chrome and restarted. This seemed to fix that I had the sound and the microphone back, but when I started this morning I had the same problem and since I don't re - not allow 'google ok' and it does not automatically start (I checked), which doesn't seem to have actually done something after all, or there are other problems that are still not resolved.

    in any case, I'm running worm Realtek HD Audio Driver 6.0.1.6937, I'm on a wired ethernet connection, I got no error msgs and I did not any changes in software.

    FYI, I found an announcement and related solution for what seemed to be a similar problem (see post titled "speakers and microphone doesn't work DO NOT, all the devices said to work" posted on 26/02/2013 15:00), but the pilot referenced was an IDT Audio driver not a Realtek, don't know whether or not the process is the same.

    so that is where I am. any help?

    I do not work for HP, but I see a definite advantage on the subject of what you are suggesting.

    Try to perform the following procedure.

    Download Realtek HD Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

    Realtek HD Audio Driver - Windows 8

    One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the Realtek device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

    Then, download and reinstall the Chipset driver on the following link.

    Chipset Driver - Windows 8

    When done, shut down the laptop by holding down the key SHIFT left click Shutdown to temporarily prevent a hybrid boot.

    Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery.  Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds.  Reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter.

    Robinet tap away at the key esc that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu, and then select f10 to open the bios menu.  Press f5 to load the default values (sometimes it's f9, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER.  Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.

    Allow Windows to fully - charge it will automatically load an audio driver, but let just this complete.  Then open your download folder, right click on the installer of Realtek and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  Once this done, do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select playback devices.  Left click "Speakers/HP" (speakers or headphones) once to highlight, and then click the Set Default button - check if you now audio.

    I tried researching the issue, but couldn't find answers to the problem, however, was not able to find a solution for this particular combination of questions.

    I ran the SFC system several times, he can't find anything nor does it fix anything. I also tried to run the Microsoft Fix It utilities, but those who do run either.

    No matter what element is not working properly my Dell XPS8300 (unfortunately WIN7 users) - and there are many - I try to fix it by accessing the troubleshooting. However convenience store does NOT open. Each instance of use results in an error indicated but not access the troubleshooter. Warned by the hardware support Dell convenience store would be of no assistance in 80-90% cases, but that's all that I'm supposed to have and would like to know how to repair the convenience store.

    IMHO, it is unnecessary for most situations.  If you have a problem you're better Googling it.

    Visit the website of your email provider and see if they have instructions to set up an account in Outlook Express.  They provide you with the appropriate settings.   Nobody here knows them, because they are specific to the e-mail provider.  So check with your provider of messaging on the correct settings to use for OE.
