Conversion light AP1230B AP?

Hi everyone, we have a certain 1230 b we would like to take advantage of our imminent deployment of WLC and I wonder if we can convert these autonomous AP for featherweight?

Hello!

For all IOS 1200 Series modular access point (1200/1220 Cisco IOS Software Upgrade, 1210 and 1230 AP) platforms, it depends on the radio:

-If 802. 11 g, MP21G and MP31G are supported

-If the 802. 11A, RM21A and RM22A are supported

The 1200 Series access points can be upgraded with any combination of supported radios: G only, one, or two G and has.

You can not move from access point 802. 11B - radio 802. 11A only or first generation.

Thus, 1230 b cannot be upgraded to LWAP.

Please take a look:

Hi, we have many points of access AIR-SAP1602I-E-K9 who are currently working in stand-alone mode, we have now a 2504 Wireless LAN controller so is possible to convert the AIR-SAP1602I-E-K9 in light mode?

Yes you can. Make sure you have at least 7.4.100.0 version on WLC in support of the AP of 1602.

    1. for the conversion of LWAP, use the recovery image. First download the rcvk9w8 software from this link.

    2. then, you copy the IOS to your TFTP server to your access point.

    3. the order, must be registered to the AP, is: archive download-sw/over tftp: / / /.

  • Green flashing light on the Magic Mouse

I thought that a green light flashing on the Magic Mouse 1 (not rechargeable), means that the necessary batteries replaced or recharged.  I put new batteries in, and yet the green light continues to blink.  This is a new mouse, sent to replace their defective Magic Mouse.  The defective mouse works, but I can't get the new one to work.  I can't get support to help me with this. • Lights up turn of the computer - monitor remains blank

    • About 5 days ago, I was using my computer as usual. I have a game, was talking to some people and play music, everything works fine. Out of nowhere, my screen locked up, I thought he was just a typical gel, so I waited a minute or two while trying things like the Ctrl alt del and alt + tab, none of these things, do nothing at all. To speed up the process, I turned off the computer manually and turned it back. After back on the screen remains empty. When the device is turned on and that everything is working normally, the light on the power button on the monitor to blue. When the computer is not turned on but the monitor is, or when the computer is in "standby", the power button goes orange. After turning on the actual computer monitor screen remained pure black, and that the switch remained orange. The computer itself seems to turn on normally, the green light in the back turns on and remains solid, the two fans inside the Tower lights up and there is the noise of typical general snoring from the computer. Since then, I tried to unplug drain all the power and turn it back on, I reinstalled the RAM, I checked the card plugged into the VGA port has been completely connected (it was a problem in the past after sending in my computer when the VGA port had been fried. The symptoms at the time were essentially the same ones they are now corrected again when an operator HP had me check if this card was plugegd, it was not completely, I pushed it and it worked fine.) Anyway, this time I tried this card verification. I pushed a little more to check if that was the problem, it doesn't change anything. I tried another monitor (with a different cable), that doesn't change anything. My warranty on the computer turns off, so my only way to contact HP for help is with the online chat, and this conversation has done me any good. They had me try all the things I had already tried and then just told to take it into a store.

It could still be the video card. Try to remove the card completely and the embedded video. If no luck, try another video card.

  • How to defeat Google play Services taken in charge not error after conversion (reconditioning) apk for bar

    Hi guys,.

Recently I converted (reconditioned) our app Android to Blackberry App (apk-> bar) using their recommended tool. The conversion was done successfully with Code signing. But after installing the bar, resulting in the camera, it shows Google play Services not supported error. I understand that Google play Services is Android specific operating system and not be supported directly by BB. But our needs of the application needs of Google Services play to run background location API services.

After a little research had found an option to patch the APK file and remove game services coupled into that and then convert the striped apk / patched in bar file. Anyone can throw some light on this? Since I was looking for the apk to convert with the basic functionality (location Services) in the BB. Can it be replaced by similar location services, or something similar without changing the code? If Yes please let me know.

    Thanks in advance.

Nice, one of the few to actually get an answer here.

The only way to solve the problem, is to go into the source code of the application.  Find and delete all references to the Google Services play and/or include the services of alternatives (in rare cases, an alternative is available).  Keeping in mind, what specific BlackBerry will be * only * works on BlackBerry - so get ready to manage a separate version and the branch for your application goes forward.

In any case, after however many hours it forces you to rewrite all the code sections that are facilitated by the Services of Google - play you can then try and repackage and submit your application on BlackBerry.  Moreover, assuming that you take someone elses APK and reconditioning without permission - which represents about 75% of the APK for BAR conversions in BlackBerry World today - the only solution is something like that.

When you do that, you will have the privilege of working with the BlackBerry test team - who will probably reject your application a few dozen times for some reason, they may make up ("I've had them rejecting applications because a URL Pointant to http://appworld.blackberry.com ' has not used the name recommended for BlackBerry World - as Hello, it's not my URL to change).  But I digress from the topic, hope that helps.

I am also unable to find a tool to upgrade for this model.

Is it possible to convert this device?

Someone on the forum used the last upgrade tool and siad, he was able to convert the LWAPP 1252. You can try it, otherwise here are the steps of another Member on the conversion of these ap:

Here is a method to perform the conversion.

    * Method 1: (Mode key) *.

    1. install an external tool of TFTP for example tftpd32 from http://tftpd32.jounin.net/ tool

    2. assignment of IP address in the range of 10.0.0.2 -.254 (Ex: 10.0.0.3) to the TFTP (your laptop or pc).

    3. download the IOS lwapp image on the tftp root directory. Use http://www.cisco.com or

    4 rename c1250-rcvk9w8 - tar.124 - 10B .JA3 c1250-rcvk9w8 - tar.default

    5. make sure that you set the IP address on the IVB of the AP interface if it is not set. Set it in the 10.0.0.x range default is 10.0.0.1.

    6. connect the Ethernet port on the AP to your server TFTP (laptop)

7 press and hold the mode button and power off of the AP.

8 power back the AP while constantly maintaining the button mode for 20-30

    seconds.

    * Method 2: (Archive command) *.

    1. install an external tool of TFTP for example tftpd32 from http://tftpd32.jounin.net/ tool

    Hello Ben,

Thank you for visiting Microsoft Community.

According to the description, I understand that you bought a new HP laptop and Windows 8 is installed. Now when you start your computer the F12 key on the keyboard has a light that turns on automatically even when you are not using a Wi - Fi connection.

New and most advanced laptops have OneTouch features. The F12 key with a yellow light on computers laptops HP are one of the main OneTouch for Wi - Fi. To turn on Wi - Fi, just press this button and it lights with a white light instead of orange (red) during a Wi - fi is disabled. Also when you turn on Wi - Fi even from network settings this turn key with white light.

There is no problem with your laptop, it is the functionality of your new computer.

  • Color casts in the nuances of light on open images from Lightroom CC to CC PS.

I notice strange color casts in the nuances of light on the images, I open Lightroom cc to CC PS.

My monitor is calibrated, and two color management applications on. The files are RAW of Nikon since a D810.

I get a separate green/blue dominant showing on paper background (grey seals) in the shade, and where the main light goes off around the subject. When I with the pipette sample there is a small amount of extra blue in RGB but not otherwise in other parts of the backdrop - so I think (hope), is a display problem only.

When I choose to test in sRGB, the casting, disappear when I choose to work in CMYK, it persists. I wonder if the PS may be using labour CMYK to display my image on the screen - if so, how to spend it to sRGB or is there an alternative?

OK, as long as you can trust what you see, it's good.

In all cases, the fundamental problem is the same: somewhere along the chain of (the conversion of source in display profile profile) display color management, something breaks down and does not have the right result on the screen. It is usually the profile, but it could also be the conversion of profile itself, such as calculated by the GPU.

Turn off travel, the logic of color management back to the CPU, GPU, which is much more robust and reliable.
