  I have Adobe Technical Communication Suite 3.0, which has 10.0.2.249 in FrameMaker.

  I created a user guide in FrameMaker, some of the chapters for which I imported from the word and the little bits of text here and there which I copied and pasted from Word.

  (a) when I created a RoboHelp project and imported the image files, some content has disappeared. Here, a phrase, something smart here, not just content, I copied and pasted.

  (b) I thought I would like image files. MIF and then reopen it in frame to get rid of corruption. They recorded under. MIF very well and they reopen with frame very well. However, when I try to save as. FM, I get the message that. MIF can be saved as. FM.

  I checked the extension in the Save slot, and there was no mention of. MIF.

  What should do? (Suggestions for one) or b)?

  There is a bug in the Save as dialog box. If the file name is votre_fichier. FM, you

  can choose MIF as the file type in the file Type, FrameMaker box

  the name of the file to yourfile.mif and records them as mif.

  But, for some reason if you have a file name of toto. MIF and choose

  FM in the Type dialog box, you get this error message and the

  can't save. The solution is to remove the extension of the MIFID in

  the file name. Then the recording works fine and the file is renamed with a

  Extension of the FM.

  In other words, MIF FM recording works as expected. FrameMaker renames

  the file extension and stores it in the new format. But, in a MIF to FM

  Save, FrameMaker refused to rename the extension of the MIFID. (There may be one)

  reason for this?) You must remove the extension or registration will not take place.

• Video final horrible quality in CS6 after effects when rendering a 1920 x 1080 video in H.264 format

  I use After Effects CS6 on my Macbook Pro for over a year now without any problems. However, today when I exported a video would be rendered in 1920 x 1080 p H.264 format, I had the worst quality video I've ever seen. I filmed my video files in 1920x1080p (as usual) and I clicked on the same buttons as I usually do to export a video, but each HQ video I try to export is horrible. I didn't click on the crazy buttons or anything out of the ordinary.

  File > export > add to render queue > Lossless > H.264 (format quality) > video output (make sure it is checked) > audio output (make sure it is checked) > OK > out of office

  My rendering parameters are still defined as "best settings", including the resolution 'full' and 'better' quality.

  Now, when I click on H.264, an "incompatibility of parameters" appears and says:

  "WARNING: output file will be resized 1920 x 1080 (1.00 BY) 320 x 1080 (BY 6,00) to meet the constraints of format."

  The quality of rendering and playback quality in After Effects is great, but once the video is exported, it's horrible.

  H.264 in After Effects export functions have been removed in later versions due to many problems.

  Whenever you saw that you must convert to AIC is FAKE!  Sorry, it's a HORRIBLE codec. Noisy, disgusting.  No no no. You must convert to ProRes 422. And there is no way to lower the data rate on this format either. FCP is very picky about exact formats, with which it works.  The size of the files will increase by a draw... just be careful.

  Hello, I tried to make a video about a game that I was playing with a resolution of 1080 p. The video I recorded went well, but when I put in aftereffects and made it looked horrible.   First of all your image size must be 1920 x 1080.  You have a size of the model which is standard and if maintained in the render clogged up to color sampling.   24 fps straight up is very rare. Only used for feature films and cameras of late superior (such as RED).  24 p video works at 23.98.  The cameras of Canon should really default 23.98 during the filming of 24 p.  I can't even see a right setting 24 fps.

  What also confuses me is "PAL 24 fps." PAL is not 24 fps... 25 fps and 50 fps PAL frame rates. Watch raw H.264 launches... and the camera open in QT and see what the pace.   I'm really frustrated here, I'm a game developer, and I use the GPU in almost all cases, from Photoshop to unity still play games myself. Since the last update 10.11.4 I have this huge problem , and everything I do will not disappear.

  Whenever I run an application / game that rotates with GPU I get spikes massive lag and thus Frame Drops, they last about 1 seconds but they occur every 30 seconds - 1 minute, this is a huge deal for me and I can't really work like that. Of course, I put photoshop to the CPU usage for now and no problems. But I really need to work efficiently and without Frame Drops.

  I run at El Capitan with a Macbook Pro LATE 2013 10.11.4 @.

  1. the present proceedings is a diagnostic test. It doesn't change anything for the better or worse and therefore, by itself, will not solve the problem. But with the help of the results of the tests, the solution may take a few minutes, instead of hours or days.

  The test works on OS X 10.8 ("Mountain Lion") and later versions. I do not recommend running it on older versions of Mac OS X. It will do no harm, but it will not do not much good.

  I bought a Toshiba journe ^ 1 ^ digital frame (model number: PPA3702A-1ET2) and support could better be described as missing (ie. it does simply not exist).

  in the manual on page EN-58, you can see a chart that tells you the video Formats supported.
  There you can see that H.264 is not supported as an AVI or MOV file.

  If one only .jpg and .bmp is on the box listed as image formats supported, I Don t think that Toshiba will come out a firmware update to support other image formats.

  The light sensor is placed right into the bottom corner.
  You are right - it is a little too sensitive, but unfortunately there is no way to adjust it.

• Corrupted photos

  After you have enabled recently iCloud library on my Mac, I was scrolling through the photos and noticed that many of them seem to have been corrupted at some point. The vignettes illustrate with different amounts of black area covering part of the photo:

  All photos of corrupt display in a similar way: top photo frame, small thumbnail on a gray horizontal line, then a top photo. Portrait photos are the same except: just part of the picture, small thumbnail on the vertical gray line, then more right of photo.

  All photos are lasting about 2 months time about a year back and not all the photos of this interval are messy (but most are). I confirmed with my iPhone (also connected to iCloud photo library with the option optimize on) that this oddity is not only local to my Mac. I know that these pictures once used to display normally, and I don't know what that could have triggered the change. I hope there is a way to fix these photos, and I am also afraid that this can happen again more of my photos. Someone at - it no indication as to a possible cause or solution?

  It looks like JPEG corruption, perhaps a transmission error iCloud or bad blocks on your disk.

  Copies of your photos in iCloud displayed correctly? Open the Photos.app on your iCloud Web www.icloud.com page and look at the pictures in question. Download some for your mac.

  Restore your library of Photos of Time Machine to an external drive (go back in time to a date before you downloaded the photos to iCloud) and compare with the photos that you have uploaded to iCloud.

• IMAQ AVI2 writing Frame question

  I am using the AVI2 IMAQ write vi framework to create an AVI file from images generated by a PCIe-1433 and a series camera Basler Ace.

  Whenever I try to use the AVI2 IMAQ write framework vi he missed my applicaton. The result is that loose I frames and my program becomes unrespsonsive. I tried to put the AVI2 IMAQ write setting in a loop from consumers hoping that if I feed it to my things in the main loop will speed up, but it still bogs down my program.

  If I take 10 seconds or more data and stop the program, and then it takes about half an hour to clear the queue and write all these images on the disk. It is simply unacceptable. How to speed up the generation of the AVI file of the frameworks I caught?

  My current settings on the save the AVI file are a rate of 30 frames per second, 250 quality and using the Cinepak Codec of Radius for encoding. The camera has the two camera cables installed, so I think I'm running the camera in complete configuration mode (not basic, but I'm not sure). I was 100 fps earlier and caused substantial problems, so I slow fps. Ideally, I would like to be able to turn this to the faster frame rate.

  I intend to try experimenting the value of fps and the Codec to see if I can improve performance, but no entry or help would be greatly appreciated.

  Motion JPEG is MJPEG.

  You can also use any third-party codec that can be installed and used by the functions the AVI (Windows). There are some commercial existing ones and who can use the hardware acceleration features more and new compression (such as H.264) codecs, but the MJPEG one included with NI Vision is very good.
