Creative cloud do not cancel.
I get "we're sorry, that something seems to be wrong on our end... Please try again later", in an attempt to "cancel my plan."
This happened days; Similarly I'm unable to change my credit card information, with the same (message above).
Any idea on what to do rather what will the issuer and blocking Adobe (I would really not want to block because I want to get the only plan of Photoshop)?

Online chat was able to cancel my annual creative cloud (annual reversal became too expensive) and settle down with annual Photoshop (which is what I wanted).

I had tried many suggestions for the disc turns, but it still not open.
What I finally did was to uninstall all of my Adobe programs. I thought that I had these programs creative cloud. I started creative cloud and its opening. I downloaded programs I wanted with a glitch. Each program loaded at 85% and stopped. I had to reboot to get it to get.

I had the problem that my creative cloud did not work properly more and always asked me to connect. When I did, it loaded and loaded, and ultimately told me ' you have been signed, please connect» Then I thought, it might be because I did not use the Mac for quite a while and maybe lack of too many updates. I uninstalled all Adobe products including creative cloud and wanted to install it again.
But now it downloads the CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg and subsequently does not open the configuration of the installation. My Mac shows me an error after some to say:
I tried all the easy things like srestarting Mac, update, using the cleaning tool, but nothing.
It won't install any more. I've already lost a whole day of work...

I use Mac OS X EL Capitan 10.11.5
I subscribe to creative cloud for photographers.
Everything was going well until I noticed that the ikon creative cloud appear not in my top page wright conner. I tried to update on adobe.com, and I noticed that the window of the creative cloud will disappear during the update. When I checked the process in activity monitor, it will show that it does not, and then it just closes.
I tried to download the new creative application but during installation that it give me error 86 - a different version of the creative cloud is running. Then I tried to uninstall the creative cloud together. It allows me to do, it is said that the other application use it yet. I uninstalled Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, everything I could... Same question.
Then I fallow instruction from the help topics to go to Applications - Adobe installation and noticed that all the things in this folder are seen "Alias" in the types of requests, and I can't do anything.
Now I'm stuck. If I try to load the creative cloud from Applications, it says "Application"Creative cloud is not open more"I can't update, I can't delete it, I have no more than Lightroom or Photoshop...
Can I have some help please!

In this case, please uninstall creative cloud and rename all the files Adobe After taking the backup of your files / plugins.
Please refer to uninstall creative cloud: use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
Please see the link to rename / remove folders from Adobe After the creation of the back to the top (do not forget: it will remove also all old if installed Adobe applications): Remove already installed the Adobe application files. Mac OS X
Once done then please restart your machine and install again the creative cloud.

I have Adobe Creative cloud and it worked fantastic, then I got rid of my internet and it still worked for a little while and then stopped. I see that my payment was still fine and I got my internet back but my creative cloud will not open at all. Someone please help!

I need help... For some reason any creative cloud will not install or even open on my Mac OS X 10.10.5
I could download before more photoshop and indesign... However after accidentally deleting many files on my laptop, apps would not work and was not able to uninstall it either so I was told to download creative cloud again but its does nothing after that it downloaded and I double-click it to install it...
I looked through the forums and run the cleanup tool as well as the removal of the OOBE file and the folder.
Would appreciate any help that you can give to fix this problem, and I look forward to your reply...
