Well, since last night on both of my computers (Windows 8 PC and MacBook Pro) creative cloud seems to be stuck in a mode of synchronization of file update that shows like this:
Is it normal to take so long to update a file synchronization? Or there is something wrong?

I'll click on creative cloud and all he says is "Install Update" and nothing seems to happen. It was working fine last time I used it.
The other major problem I've had recently is PS crashing when I close. I then come back and it has a recovery file that won't go away.
PS, I uninstalled it and earlier tried to enter the creative cloud re install - but now cloud creative plays up!
Anyone else having similar problems?

Office of creative cloud on my mac (at the opening of the menu) is stuck in the loading and when I try to uninstall, it says that there are always creative cloud applications. When I push on uninstall for these applications, a menu appears indicating that the adobe application manager is required to uninstall, but when this new download on the site and the installation, I get an error code 86; another version of the creative cloud is running.

Please follow the steps below:
Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud application (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [* important]
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Click on the link of shot and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

Once the installation is complete, double-click the launch of Adobe Application Manager on the desktop icon.
It will start the update process and is updated for creative cloud application.

Please try the following steps to resolve this problem.
(MAC)
(1) close adobe all processes in the activity monitor (cloud Creative), synchronization of the base, CC, ccx, services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, CIB Adobe updater AAM Broker service
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. To navigate, click on go in the bar on then click goto... type/library/application support of / and then click OK.
(3) to assign the authorization right click on adobe folder and click on Get info... A window will open. Then click on the lock symbol to allow editing. Then click on sign + to add your user name. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear icon on the bottom and click on apply to the elements included and click ok... Go to the next step then.
3) navigate to the location following support/adobe application and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
(4) place you ~/Library/application support/adobe/oobe and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
Cloud creative library and remove 5 open application).
(6) open utility library of the application itself and delete Adobe application manager and creative cloud
(7) install creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
(8) launch cc app and it should work properly

I'm a bit confused. I registered for the creative cloud this morning. The installation process has worked well. I did Download Photoshop CC 2015 but when I lunch the program - it's just the track version... I try to activate my Adobe ID, but the pop-up window told me, that I'm not allowed to use this program.
