Creative cloud repeatedly asks me to update - even after I've already updated. Why is this?
Creative cloud Launcher located on my task bar ask me to update. When I click on the button to update and give the access authorization of my MBP, the software goes through the process of update, but when I try to launch the CC program, it asks once again update me. Everyone knows this?
I'm under CC on a MBP, OSX 10.11.5.

If you are serious about using Windows XP then you should do is to pursue the cancellation and refund. Windows XP is not capable of running the CC. Here is a link to see the system requirements for the Cloud and all its applications...

Creative cloud shows I have 2 updates - 1. Photoshop cc 2015 & 2. Lightroom cc 2015. When I try to do it asks for my password and then rejects it. I clearly know ' cos I'm connected here with him. The reminder is as much as I with reminds me that it is correct but is not not eligible and therefore do not allow me the updates. Cannot find anywhere to get help from Adobe other than the connection to a forum and ask. Anyone else has this problem and how can I solve it please? Thank you, Tom
Remember that the password asking, it is NOT the creation of clouds or Adobe ID, the user of the computer, you must be and admin to install updates.

Is there a list of graphics cards that work perfectly with all the new features of Creative Cloud? I want to update my graphics system and want a model that will be obsolete when the next CC updates the roll autour.
The "General" cloud requirements are quite low... so you have to ask in the forums of specific program for a special features used by individual programs

I have a subscription of CC photo by using photoshop and lightroom. I own Acrobat Pro XI. My desktop creative cloud app keeps saying to update Acrobat DC? I am not a subscriber to the DC?

I would like to inform you that you're not subscribe to the Acrobat DC as is the latest version of the Acrobat program & as you XI Acrobat Pro & Cloud membership for photoshop & lightroom, you keep getting the message to upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC (latest version). If you have Acrobat Pro XI subscription, then you can also install the latest version that is Acrobat Pro DC.
If you XI Acrobat pro as serialized product then you must buy Acrobat Pro DC as improved version.

I have download and install creative cloud with no problems. In the window of creative cloud cannot display the APPS page (while other 'Home', 'Community' can be seen. This is why I can't select the application to be updated. Thanks for your help

Ive been using Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop for a while now with creative cloud, but since I've updated the 2015 After effects version, it is said that it is a trail version? But when I go on the creative menu cloud and look at apps it just said up to date, any ideas on this?

I can't download the Adobe Edge reflow. The file download is successful but the file is not in my creative cloud so I can't install the program. I already install the CC of Photoshop and the reflow plugin for Photoshop.
We have fixed an issue in the cloud, so reflow creative application must be appear to install now. In order to ensure that the list of products is updated, quit and restart Creative Cloud: cloud creative, select the gear icon at the top right and choose Exit, then restart the Adobe Creative Cloud application.
I hope this fixes things for you! If it doesn't, please let us know your operating system and version, as well as the steps how you feel.
