• I have a problem with my creative cloud subscription.

  I have a problem with my creative cloud subscription. I used the creative cloud for about 1 year now. I paid monthly fees for the Package of Adobe curriculum for about 1 year. (I pay 35200won (KRW) every month from 19) And today, I update my creative cloud to the CC2015 version, and now I have to use the free trial version. I can't use the previous version more. And I have to renew their subscription. I think that my membership things has a problem. So I think on my creative cloud membership cancellation, but my monthly payment is already in. In other words, I have to use free trial versions of the program (CC2015), but my money for June 20 to July 19 monthly rate has already contracted.  I want to get refund or some useful to the resolution of this problem.   I left my creative cloud subscription end. I also have a valid installation of Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium programs on my computer. I can't launch the CS6 applications since the end of the subscription of the CC. When I try to launch the CS apps I get a screen 'renew your membership '.

  My creative desktop application Cloud shows the CC and CS applications. Currently, I don't plan to renew my subscription to CC, but I like to keep the CC applications installed in case I need to renew the subscription of the CC in the future.

  Please try this: click on the button 'Buy this software' (if available) and it should ask you to log in.

  Enter your details and sign up at the back. If this does not resolve the problem, you need to uninstall

  all your Apps CS6 first, then run the Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool and reinstall your applications.

  If anyone else has this problem, try the following.

  1 disconnect from creative cloud.

  2. close all applications from creative cloud of the Task Manager.

  3. delete all the files in the following folders

  C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache

  4 start creative cloud and connect.

  You can install it on as many computers as you want, but you can't have two assets at some point and only one user at a time... CC allows disconnect you other computers remotely, which is a big advantage!

• I'm looking for a simple list of available applications with different levels of creative cloud subscriptions?

  Boy, the Adobe web site is incredibly frustrating. It is very difficult to accomplish some very simple tasks. First of all, there should be an email address for contact. I shouldn't be forced to submit my question on a forum. It's cheap and lazy on the part of Adobe, especially when they charge a lot for their subscription applications.

  My biggest complaint is that I can't find a simple list of the applications available with the cloud creative in different subscription levels. When I search, it sends me to a video of slick 'overview' of the creative cloud which tells me zero in on specific applications available. It should be a simple list of available with creative cloud applications and a side-by-side comparison of the applications available with the different levels of subscription creative cloud. Why can't I find something like this on the web site of Adobe? I found a page that lists 15 adobe applications, but not a page that describes to me what apps come with what levels of creative cloud subscriptions.
