Creative cloud you see not installed Apps

Problem: Impossible update?

It's strange how I have all these apps installed, but creative cloud sees them as non-existent.

I even updated some apps before, it is still listed in the activities tab. But now CC is not yet see all the apps?

  • Creative cloud that does not install Desktop App update 1.7.0.413, 89 error code

I am running on Windows 7 x 64 CS6. The Creative Cloud update insists that I run it is updated to version 1.7.0.413, but it fails every time. I took a look to the queue... Temp\AdobeDownload\LBS.log and found the message "installation VAC failed with status: 89" (complete section of the log is below). I also had a look at troubleshooting installation problems with the log files. CC but saw nothing. The updater gives me only two choices 'Install now' or 'Quit', so I am dead in the water.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks, Bruce

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop does not install

    Hello

I'm trying to install the trial version of Adobe Creative cloud on my Mac (10.9.5). When I run the installation of creative cloud, it shows "download Creative Cloud desktop" and then stops with the error message 'that we met following issues: Installer could not create a critical file. Please try to reinstall. (Error code: 44)'.

Here's what I've tried so far:

    (1) try again produced the same result.

    (2) try the installation of my admin account gives the same result.

    Other info:

    (1) The machine has a copy under license of Adobe Creative Suite 5.

    (2) I have already installed a trial of CS6 but have since withdrawn that go CC place.

    3) deletion of the CS6 trial by the uninstaller failed - I had to remove the components manually.

Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem? Very frustrating because I need start using CC as soon as possible and buy a subscription.

    Best regards

    Tim

    Hi Jeff,

I came to the same conclusion, but the permissions problem was like hunting the needle in a proverbial haystack. I don't think using a temporary directory as you suggested is a solution because the user has no control over the installation program is where to install the files.

In the end, I did as follows:

    1. Manually deleted all my internal drive Adobe products and cleaned cache, support for app files and preferences (BTW, which did not allow the installer to not work).
    2. Clone my external HDD internal SSD drive.
    3. Formatted my internal SSD drive.
    4. Re-installed Mavericks 10.9.5.
    5. CC Desktop successfully.
    6. Shot all my stuff on my internal SSD from the external hard drive using Migration Wizard.

It took some time, but now everything works as it should.

    Problem solved!

    Tim

  • Re: Creative Cloud installer will not install.

I, also, will have this problem on Yosemite 10.10.5 on a macbook pro end-2012. 16gigs RAM. 256 GB SSD drive.

Bridge began acting strangely, so I uninstalled. Tried to re - install the bridge, but then the creative Cloud application started acting strangely refusing to download and install anything.

SO I uninstalled the creative cloud application.

I ran the app Cleaner CC.

When I download the latest CC app to install, it behaves as if it gets to about 2% on the thermometer progress bar and then POP! It closes. No message. No error code. Like the original poster said.

    Someone at - it ideas?

Windows, start your task manager, go to the process tab, then scroll to CCLibrary.exe * 32, select, and then click the button complete the process down to the right. • Creative cloud installer will not install.

I had a subscription to Photoshop CC and noticed it seems to be up to date. I go to the Adobe website in the downloads section, to see about how to manually download the latest version, but instead to get a link to download Photoshop, it gives me a link to download the installer of creative cloud. Fine. I have download the package, open the disk image and run the Setup program. It starts to download the cloud creative desktop application (which I have apparently already), get about halfway the progress bar before disappearing without a trace. Since then, I tried following the instructions to uninstall Photoshop manually by running the uninstall program in the Utilities folder. He tells me that you need to download the installer of creative cloud, and I am at square one.

I'm on a mid-2009 Macbook Pro under OS / X 10.9.5. Is there anything I might have missed?

Stephen, the only other suggestion, I then would be to examine the logs of download for specific errors. You can find details on how to locate the download logs to error download and installation of the creative cloud application.

You can also check for a Setup log, but I don't think you're able to get that far in the process.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret logs to installation troubleshooting install problems with log files. CC. feel free to post specific errors you find in any log in this discussion.  If you can identify which log file, it comes it can help with the process of interpretation.

Finally can you confirm that you completed all the steps listed in the "failed to install" error Creative Cloud Desktop application?  He solved a similar behavior to others in the past.

  • Re: Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop does not install

    Hello Jeff,.

I am Emmanuel. One of my clients is to have 35 licenses of adobe software. In what it is to have 30 licenses of adobe photoshop & 5 licenses of acrobat.

I share with you the bEinf are needs and concerns:

    1. An administration Console local on LAN Server Machine where the allocation and deallocation of Photoshop licenses to users and computers can be made.
    2. Adobe Photoshop installation on several machines and licenses can be assigned and evacuated centrally by admin according to the directions for use of the network and rotation.
    3. Required for each license of Photoshop usage report
    4. We should be able to move the licenses within the local network.

5 if licensing and usage can be served by users without intervention from the IT

Is it possible in the creative cloud adobe to put in place above the customer's requirements. I ask that you many want to share us adobe email support so that we will also share this request for them.

Expected a positive response from your side and thanks in advance.

    Kind regards

    Yoya

    Hi Emmanuel,.

You need to specify your needs. The Adobe Creative cloud for the team and the company provide a dashboard to centralize to manage licenses. You can assign the Adobe license to your dashboard user and revoke at any time of a COMPUTING machine. Please see the article below for more information on this.
