Follow the procedure below:
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
Temporarily disable the firewall.
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]
Can't delete? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud trees.
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then navigate to Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.
Then, download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

(b) /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support /.
3. restart the computer.

I just did an Adobe ID and bought Creative cloud half an hour ago. A single application (Photoshop) is being downloaded, but the rest of the applications on the Cloud Creative mac app say 'Try' / 'test Downlaod"instead of allowing me to download. - Open the activity monitor and close Adobe all related applications
- Navigate to: / Library/Application support/Adobe
- In this directory, you will see a folder named OOBE - rename this folder in OOBEold
- Navigate to: MAC HD/Applications/Utilities directory
- There, you will see a folder named "Adobe Application Manager" - remove

I have Adobe remote assistance and the problem is solved.
These are the steps we took:
- Uninstall the desktop app creative cloud with the uninstaller of creative cloud
- Download Adobe Application Manager 9 on adobe.com
- Auto app updated to the latest version of the Creative Cloud Desktop.

Hi guys, initially I installed the trial version of the creative cloud but have bought since accession full 12 months. Now, my desktop for creative cloud icon does not load and only Premier Pro charge separately from the creative cloud desktop icon. My creative cloud office does not work - it shows no only an icon of loading applications.
The desktop icon CC usually highlighted in my Mac's menu bar is now turned off/no highlighted. When I click it, the drop down menu is blank, showing only a spinning loading icon. That this has something to do with having recently upgraded to Yosemite?

I use Mac OS x 10.10 and the CC desktop icon is completely insensitive, showing white everytime I try to open it in the bar of window on my desktop. So, I can not download or update applications. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud (and therefore all the apps I have installed so far)?

Creative cloud office do not properly install
Tonight I tried to launch Adobe Application Manager, but instead it automatically installed the application creative Cloud Desktop. That would be perfect, except the desktop app does nothing.
It appears to start, but just a blank white box without options or requests of any kind appears (see screenshot). I tried to uninstall and reinstall. I tried running Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool and then put it back. I even tried uninstalling CC and return to the application manager, but it does not work either. The app seems useless on WIndows 7 64 bit.

2. navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE 3 Rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db

I use a macbook pro and have OSX 10.8.4. When you check the Apps window on the drop all I get is a cone of loading, and it keeps just turns and turns forever... My internet is fine, all my programs work very well, I'm not sure how I know if there is an update and why this is happening?
