Creative Suite subscription expired suddenly
Hello
I subscribe to Creative Suite for a one year plan. I tried to run Photoshop and a pop-up message asked me to renew my subscription even though to my knowledge, the subscription will end only in 2 months. I clicked on the link to renew all the same, but the page failed to load. Anyone have similar problems?

Looking for deliverance for Creative Suite subscription info
I was looking for information on Creative Suite subscription licenses. I wanted to know if I can use it on cloud subscription on multiple computers as am long only use it on one computer at a time, and as long as I'm the only one to ever use it. I bounce back between two computers (imac widescreen and a macbook air) depending on whether I'm working at home or on the go. I was wondering if I need two subscriptions or if I could use the same subscription on both.

End user license agreement (EULA) applies to both perpetual version and a subscription of a Adobe product.
Yes, according to the LICENSE agreement, you can install a product on 2 computers and use them unless you do not work on them at the same time.

Creative Suite trial expired, I can use it again?
Hi, I bought a Creative Suites cs5.5 test version, I installed it on my old Toshiba laptop (2006) but was counting programs did not work very well, 3D objects specially. I bought a new laptop Sony Vaio 2-3 months ago, that work quite well, after 2 weeks I had to send the new laptop for repair, it took 3 weeks to fix my new laptop, when I finally got my laptop back to repair the Adobe Creative demo due to expired. I have reinstall my computer so I could use it again. When I first started its 3O days says tests now, but while I open programs it says my trail version expired. This is a chance I can continue to use 30 days trial on my new computer if I already have install before but I couldn't use it due to the laptop repair? Kind regards. Katerina
You cannot run a trial of CS 5.5. However, CS 6 is now available. You might be able to try it.

You can use the subscription on a trial basis pending before buying to clear the system.

I thought that my problem has been resolved, however it has reappeared.
It was my intention to send a screenshot of the pop-up that appears; However it doesn't seem to be a mechanism
to do this during re - open the case.

A yellow triangle with an exclamation mark inside. On the right side of the triangle it is indicating a text

Under the triangle text further States

When I click Try Again I'm directed to a subscription on the open hyperlink Manager called link then I get a message indicating
"Sorry this page is not available" in addition there is a notice "error returned error 404" is displayed. ""

My Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium subscription license have a problem with activation, do not work, said who have connection problems.
My internet access is ok.

as long as you have a 64-bit computer, yet is included.
You should install something that comes with still (as first pro cs6) by opening your cc app > apps > filters & releases > previous versions > first pro install > cs6.

Hello, I'm stuck in CS4 on Mac, so I'll try to understand what is happening with the newer versions of CS. apologies if I got things completely wrong.
I heard that you have now for rent Creative Suite. What version of CS started the subscription service and it's subscription ONLY, or you can buy it purely and simply as (as with the previous editions)?
If the news is subscription ONLY, which was the latest version of CS which can be bought in the normal way, so to speak?

CS6 is the last version that can be purchased on a license basis, but this possibility begins to fade. It is more than 3 years now and as operating systems become less compatible, it will one day makes no sense at all for Adobe to offer it, or it will make sense the user to buy an incompatible product.

Cloud creative subscription expired and no Illustrator more
I bought the Web and Desgin CS6 in January 2012 and had to reinstall in December (with the help of Adobe) due to problems. Before uninstalling it to reinstall in December, I signed up for the membership student creative cloud. I was told to cancel the fact inorder to reinstall CS6. So I did that, which now gives me the free version of creative cloud. Now CC says subscription expired and I noticed that some of my apps (that I own) start over. Instead, I get a creative cloud error message telling to renew your subscription. Can someone please help me to solve this problem and get my apps? I have my serial number for CS6.

Please contact the vendor of the Mac machine & get the proof of purchase.
Check if he could provide the serial number or order number or the email address under which it was purchased.
We will be able to support & help you if:
1. proof of purchase is & the serial number is registered with Adobe.
2. in the event that it is produced volume license & you have the order number, the ID of the end user, deploy to ID or address email ID with which it has been registered.

I have a subscription of cloud (PC) labour that I would use at home (Mac) when I need to work from home. I also have a CS6 Creative Suite (same Mac) for personal use. I want to be able to work of zinc files without disturbing my personal suite. Is this possible?

As the creative cloud composition was renewed, so you must disconnect from the Adobe application manager (CC app) & reconnect you, then launch the product.
I understand that the previous subscription was installed where the new creative cloud subscription a CC icon of the application from the Adobe Application Manager.
You can use the cleanup tool to remove Adobe Application manager (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) & download the CC these past App

Note: If you get any guest at the launch of the product, click on "buy this software" & sign in, wil turn on the current version.

Why Adobe Creative Suite is asking me to renew my subscription
I have the Creative Suite installed on 2 different Operatin systems. I usually use it under windows. Today, I would like to use it on my Mac, but I get a notice telling me to renew my subscription. It works very well under Windows.
