• The stylus pressure works... but not in Cs3? Help, please

  I'm having a problem with the dynamic pressure of the stylus on CS3. They cannot be changed.

  It has always worked well on my old computer that where xp, no problem, but I got a new computer with Windows7 64 bit.

  As far as I can tell its photoshop which is not let them work. CS3 is fully updated and works fine apart from this problem that prevents everything.

  You can try the tablet in the paint that should be found under accessories in the all programs list.

  (even if the pen pressure works in paint, you always find a compatible driver)

  You really need to go to the wacom site to find the latest driver because only by using windows for

  updated the drivers still does not receive good driver and you'll probably want to

  uninstall the Tablet driver before installing a new one.

  I've been running on a Vista CS3 system more than two years and had no problems. Last week I went to start CS3 and

  Extensions are in the extensions Manager, but off - simply
  reactivate them.

  You should not be a copy of the snippets in the USER configuration folder,
  the Program Files folder.

  You have a set of recovery DVDs, you should be able to start the reinstallation of the operating system by inserting Disc1 into the CD/DVD drive (close a window that can be opened when you do this), then by restarting the laptop to boot from the disc.  As long as the process progresses, you will be asked to insert Disc2 and then later, Disc3.

• Beginner help.  Changing an image of the stock in a pure black and white image without grayscale.

  I'm taking a black and white (gray scale) tigerpaw and convert it to a totally black and white image without grey scale.  I imported the image (free, unprotected) and size it.  I used the magic wand to select all areas not black and I want to just convert to white, but I can't seem to understand this.  I'm sure this is a stupid question, but the solution is to escape despite the search. Thanks for any help.

  Now that you have selected all of the areas you want to edit white > fill and, in the field of use, choose white. The mixture of Normal mode.

  If you wish, you can select > Inverse the selection and edition > fill with black

  Then select > deselect

  Hi guys - my computer did an update last night and when I went to use Photoshop today, all my actions have disappeared. They were mostly those that I created & I managed to do it again. I ended up being able to find a recorded version of my actions, although it lacked a certain what I made last month, that sucks. WHAT - I had an action that I used, which was purchased. I can't find the file BUT when I click it for import into Photoshop I get a "could not complete your request because of a program error' help please. I tried to click other actions of long ago, and nothing will not install in the action menu * seriously frustrated *.

  When you create and change the action you should always record the action game they are in one of you have folders for guard duty.  You won't ever so your current problem.  If you have a returned in return system, you can recover most of your actions from you, the Photoshop preferences file backup user id 'Actions Palette.psp.

  Hey everybody

  so it is a simple problem, I have a movie of 60 images in one layer and another layer with 2 buttons.
  I want the movie to play forward while one button keeps PRESSED and play back when we continue pressing the other button.

  I tried this simple code, but it didn't work...

  I used this code in the button that plays forward, but it moves only 1 frame. I'm really new at this, some1 help!

  Hello everyone this is my first post here, and I don't know if I am posting this in the right place. I started to learn the flash of my own for like 1 week already, and I have a problem, let me explain:

  I have two layers: the first layer has 50 images and has a tire jumps in the lesson of the Panel help, this thing called "How do i...". ', in one of the lessons that we learn to create something jump (basic Flash > create Animation timeline). Here, I have a motion tween in frames 1-24 to make him go back and a motion tween 25-50 for get him down.

  Now, in the other layer, I have another tire but with 30 images, with a motion tween in frames 1-14 to make up and 15-30 to make him down.

  When I test, the first tyre in the first layer with 50 executives always loops, bounce perfectly, but the second tire in the second layer with only 30 frames, desapears after completing the cycle and reappears when a loop is executed to frame 1.

  so my question is, what do I do to get the second tire keep jump without desappearing?

  NOTE: the plan is to do two tires boucing with diferent speed. as when one does 10 jumps it would make 13 jumps or so...

  NOTE 2: I took the creation of 250 executives too complete a perfect cycle where bouth 1 and 2 tire tire would hit the ground at the same time. but there isn't an easier way?

  Either have the second tire jump twice in the 50 first frameworks, or create the 2 tires bouncing animations also 2 separate movieclips and place those in the timeline (an image is sufficient).

  My head is made with the new AS3. I just can't figure out how to make it work properly. I have to click twice on buttons and transitions are not smooth at all.

  I have 2 buttons in my film that I called but1, but2. When the user click but1 the film called mc_pampered should fade upward and play and when the user click but2 mc_learn film should fade upward and play. The films mc_pampered and mc_learn have the same size and each other so that they cannot all be visible at the same time...

  Anyone that can help please I would be so grateful.

  If the intention is to click on the buttons, then I recommend you use CLICK instead of MOUSE_DOWN.  As far as transitions go, you do not have everything, so I don't see why they would not smooth.  You import the Tween classes but does not have any code to use.  You must search the help documents the TWeen class and see how to set the constructor to create an instance of the Tween.

• Problem of Zapf Dingbats in InDesign CS3 Mac ((HELP Please!))

  I don't think that there is nothing wrong with my Zapf Dingbats font. I got it for Suitcase Fusion, and always when I QuickType, all the characters (all arrows and all hearts) show. In InDesign, the characters shift and SHIFT-option do not work. What kind of question of police is? It makes me crazy!

  do you know that you can also access additional fonts characters using the glyph window?

  at the top of your screen, choose window > Type and Tables > glyphs

  If no help please specify more exactly the problem please.

  So I try to guide a few words. I put my anchor and begin to follow the curves and create the path and then finished the first letter. But when I start the 2nd letter and my first anchor I'm totally losing the first letter that I have drawn just a click away. Why? How to keep the first letter and then go to the 2nd? Help if I'm doing this for my wedding and I made the images in layers, but there are no layers with my letters they need all in a single layer.   I understand not a screenshot of what I'm doing and what I get. Captain Morgan photography is what I'm doing and the Minnesota photo shows what happens after I receive the first letter made.

  Looks like you are using a color fill with the background color (for example, white on white) on no fill color. When you draw the first path, or letter, yo can see the path because it is selected. When you start to draw the second path, the first path seems to disappear becaue it is not selected. It is still there, though. Either go to the map view (command Y) or select the first letter (where you drew just click) and apply a color fill different through the color or Swatches Panel.

• I can't print formats customized in photoshop CS3. Help, please

  I'm on my Imac G4 with mac os x 10.4.11. I know it isn't my printer which poses problem. I was told that I should switch to 10.5.x, I also bought a new CS3 because I don't have the original so I can't reinstall it. The trouble I'm having, is that when I try to print custom formats, the default values for the printer to 8.5x11. Only in photoshop that it. If anyone has had this problem or knows what I can do about it? I would really appreciate it. Thank you for your time. I'll check until it is resolved.

  Hi all

  I have a clever script that I use to make fractions by inserting a textframe inline.  It has a dialog box that allows you to enter the numerator and the denominator.

  Now, I would like to change this script to search for fractions in the text (for example, 5/16) and replace this part with my textframe inserted automatically.

  The problem is I can not understand how to find the word containing the character slash and then to get the insertion point, so I can add my textframe as an inline.  Once I found the word with the slash (fraction), I think I can split the fraction in the slash content for the numerator and the denominator.  Just can't pop than textframe there at this time and replace the word.

  Have I made this pretty clear to anyone who might be able to help?

  you will find that I think it's a relevant discussion. I required the user to select a slash but this is where you will be after your script has found a slash. I hope this helps. I was maybe a little pedantic on this page, but this is all very new at the time.
