  You are probably using the Quick - switch to Expert mode at the top. All the tools are only available in Expert mode.

• Just downloaded and installed CS6 but Acrobat did not come through

  After I installed my new suite CS6, told me (the program error code) that it was an error in the installation of the Acrobat of my package CS6 Web Premium and Design component.  All the other components installed successfully.  How to re-install the software Acrobat without uninstall or reinstall the entire Suite?  I have Windows 8.

  Welcome to the community!

  As Acrobat has come with the suite, so you will need to install the full suite, before that I suspect you may have a previous version of Acrobat is installed, if so please uninstall it and then start the installation of the suite.

  PS: There is no need to uninstall the suite, the installation of the suite and all by selecting the right products select Acrobat.

  From 2014:

  Spoke to the engineer online and he had me remove 1 file, restarted the program CC and it let me log in, a problem fixed.

  In your c:\users\(your \appdata\local\adobe\oobe\ folder user name), I have deleted the opm.db file and restarted program CC and corrected a problem.

  Hello your useragent (information, the browser sends to websites to identify its version) - apparently by mistake - shows this:

  probably some kind of unwanted software has crashed it. Please refer to this article in order to reset the user agent settings in firefox:

  Whenever a new version of the software is available, it is always a good idea to keep your older version around for quite some time to make sure that the new version has nothing in it that affects your workflow.

  When you do not know that new versions are insufficient for your needs, you can uninstall through the Creative Cloud software. Uninstall or remove Adobe Creative Cloud applications
