  Firefox is a 32-bit application. Try to (1) download the 32-bit Setup program, save it to your hard drive, (2) close all browsers, (3) run the program installation and (4) test.

  Despite its name, Studio MX 2004 was released in 2003. Thus, it is difficult to remember the details of six years on. From what I can remember, however, the only difference between the trial version and the retail version is that the trial was limited in time to 30 days. As long as you have a valid serial number for Studio MX 2004, it should work. However, I can't guarantee that it will be.

  A valid serial number for version 8 should also work for version 8.1 - this is the same major version.  Did you happen to change your system recently - perhaps upgrade hardware or software?  If so, that might nix the activation of your license.

  In any case, something might have wrong with your license.  As this is a user forum, you may not be able to find someone here with the power to fix the licensing issues.  In general, you will need to contact Adobe directly about this:

  BTW, note that Acrobat 8 is from 2006 and did not receive an update of safety for many years.

  Try this:

  1. Open network connections by clicking the start , and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type adapter and then, under center network and sharing, click view network connections.

  2. Right click on the connection that you want to change, and then click Properties. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  3. Click the network tab. Under this connection uses the following items, click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) or Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6), and then click Properties.

  Double check and make sure obtain DNS / IP are both checked on automatic.

  You are allowed to 2 places, so if you have not used a second then your license number will still work.  However, you'll want to disable your old seat at some point.  Because you can't access the computer that crashed, you need to contact adobe.  See here:

  Although, if it was just your hard drive that crashed it should be OK, because it will recognize the motherboard and it will still count as the same 'seat'.

  Basically, a Collection is a specific session 'table' which has 50 fields of varchar2 (4000) - once the user session is complete, the collection will automatically be deleted.

  To set up:

  1 create a tabular presentation on:

  SELECT TO_NUMBER(c001) FROM_VALUE,
  TO_NUMBER(c002) TO_VALUE
  FROM APEX_COLLECTIONS
  WHERE COLLECTION_NAME = 'YourCollectionName'
  

  2. now, create a collection - in a process before the header of page something like:

  IF NOT APEX_COLLECTION.COLLECTION_EXISTS('YourCollectionName') THEN
   APEX_COLLECTION.CREATE_COLLECTION('YourCollectionName');
  END;
  

  3 now create your process to loop through the collection when the user clicks on the Send button:
